چکیده
مراکز خدمات روستایی، نقش مهمی را در ارائه امکانات و خدمات مورد نیاز روستاهای تحت نفوذ خود دارا می باشند. مهم ترین عامل در ارتباط با تعیین مکان مناسب برای خدمات رسانی روستایی در سطح دهستان و یا مجموعه روستایی، تعیین و تنظیم ساخت سلسله مراتبی در سطح مجموعه روستاها می باشد تا جامعه روستایی بتواند از امکانات خدماتی موجود ، هر چه بهتر سود برد. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، تحلیل وضع موجود و تعیین مراکز بهینه خدمات رسانی روستایی در شهرستان بابلسر (استان مازندران)است. برای نیل به این هدف از تکنیک تحلیلی پتانسیل جمعیتی و ماتریس ارتباطات استفاده شده است. این تحقیق از نوع مطالعات توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، روستاهای با جمعیت بالای 500 نفر شهرستان بابلسر براساس نتایج سرشماری سال1385 می باشد. بدین منظور تعداد 20 روستا انتخاب گردیده اند که با استفاده از این مدل چند روستای تاثیر گذار و مهم جهت ارائه خدمات روستایی به نقاط اطراف مشخص شدند. نتایج نشان می دهد سکونتگاه هایی که از جمعیت بیشتر و راه های ارتباطی منظم و گسترده تری برخوردار هستند، می توانند به عنوان مراکز توزیع خدمات به مناطق اطراف معرفی شوند. در نواحی دوردست شهرستان بابلسر روابط خدماتی روستاها قوی، منظم ، سلسله مراتبی و چند سطحی است.Applying the models of population potential and matrix of connection (A case study of Babolsar Township)
Rural Service Centres play an important role in providing the facilities and services required under their influence rural ones. The purpose of this paper to analyze the situation and determine optimal centers serving rural in Babolsar county (Mazandaran province) is. For this purpose, analytical technique of the demographic potential and communications matrix of used. This research, is a descriptive - analytical study. The research community is the villages with a population of more than 500 people, according to Census 1385 in Babolsar county. For this purpose, 20 villages were selected by using the model, Villages that have influential and important services in rural surrounding areas were identified. Results indicate that the population of settlements are larger and more regular communication paths, can be referred to as distribution centers service the surrounding areas. In Villages of remote parts in Babolsar county, the service relationships are strong, disciplined, hierarchical and multilevel.
