تبیین الگوی گسترش فضایی-کالبدی شهر سقز با رویکرد فرم شهری پایدار

چکیده
از مشکلات اساسی ناشی از ساختار فضایی نامناسب که برنامه ریزی شهری امروز با آن روبه رو می باشد، توسعه ورشد بی رویه و بی برنامه شهرهاست. هدف این پژوهش بررسی انواع فرم های شهری و تبیین الگوی گسترش فضایی-کالبدی شهر سقز است. فرم شهری سقز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و الگوی گسترش شهر مشخص شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی -تحلیلی و برای سنجش فرم شهر وتحلیل چگونگی گسترشاینشهر از روش ها و مدل های کمی آنتروپیشانونوهلدرن، ضریب جینی، ضریب مورانو برای شناخت الگوی رشد کالبدی شهر از روش خود همبستگی فضایی در Arc Gisاستفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از مطالعات و روش های پژوهش نشان می دهد که روند توسعه فیزیکی شهر سقز از سال 1335تاکنون نشان از توسعه فیزیکی ناموزون و بدون توجه به معیارهای شهرسازی و زیست محیطی دارد که طی دوره 1335تا 1365الگوی توسعه شهری به تبع از شبکه ارتباطی به صورت شعاعی و در سالهای بعد توسعه شهری به دلیل وجود موانع طبیعی در ضلع غربی شهر به تدریج از حالت شعاعی به شکل فشرده تبدیل شده است. بهرهگیریازمدلهاو تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها حاکی از آن است که رشدسریعشهرازسال 1365 شروعشده و از این دوره گسترش شهر تا سال1390به صورت پراکنده و افقی و خارج از محدوده تصویبی طرح ها بوده است. باتوجهبهنتایجپژوهش،الگویرشدفشردهبهعنوانالگویتوسعهآتی شهرسقز پیشنهادمی شود.Explaining the pattern of spatial –physical expansion of Saqqez from sustainable urban perspective
The main problems caused by inappropriate spatial structure that today’s urban planning is faced with it, are uncontrolled growth and development of our unplanned city. The purpose of this research is the study of types of urban forms and explanation of physical andspatial pattern of Saqqez. Urban form of Saqqez was analyzed and city’s expansion pattern was determined. The study method of descriptive-analytical.and for evaluation the city's form andAnalyzing how this city expanded, used the methods and quantitative models of Shannon and Holdernentropy, Gini andMoran's coefficient. And to recognition, physical growth pattern of the cityIs used spatial autocorrelation method in Arc GIS .The results of studies and research methodsShows that physical development process of Saqqez, since 1335,that indicades in harmoniuosPhysical development and regardless of urban and environmental criteria that during period of 1335 to1365 urban development pattern and with following communicative network in radial formAnd in later years, urban development due to the natural barriers, gradually on the west side of the Town, is turned to compact form from radial form. Using models and data analysis implies thatthe city's rapid growth has begun in1365 decade. From this period since 1390 city's developmenthas been scattered, and horizontal and out of range of approval plans. According to research results, Compact growth pattern is recommended as city's future development pattern.
