بررسی عملکرد فضایی مراکز آموزش عالی در توسعه پایدار فرهنگ شهری کلان شهر تهران

چکیده
مراکز آموزش عالی کلانشهر تهران به عنوان بخشی از فضاهای پررونق شهری، به دلیل دارا بودن پتانسیل ها و ظرفیت های بالقوه فرهنگی از جمله مستعد ترین فضاهای فرهنگی این شهر درتوسعه پایدار فرهنگ شهری به شمار می روند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی وتحلیل فضایی عملکرد مراکز آموزش عالی در ارتقای فرهنگ شهرنشینی در کلانشهر تهران است که بیانگر رابطه ی مراکز آموزش عالی و فرهنگ شهرنشینی درکلانشهرها است. در این پژوهش روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی– تحلیلی و مبتنی بر دو روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای ومیدانی می باشد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که رابطه معنی داری بین این دو وجود دارد، به این شکل کهمراکز آموزش عالیکلانشهر تهران درتوسعه پایدارفرهنگ شهری تأثیر گذار بوده اند، اما این رابطه در منطقه 3 قوی تر از منطقه 19 بوده است. برای آگاهی از روند و میزان تأثیر گذاری مراکز آموزش عالی در ارتقای فرهنگ شهری در کلانشهر تهران، با توجه به فرضیات و شاخص هایی تدوین شده، آزمون ناپارامتری دو جمله ای به تفکیک در مناطق 3 و 19 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و برای بررسی تفاوت معنی داری بین دو منطقه از آزمون ناپارامتری مان– ویتنی استفاده شد. به منظور معرفی جایگاه مراکز آموزش عالی در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار فرهنگ شهری در کلانشهر تهران بر اساس ابعاد توسعه پایدار پیشنهادهایی بیان می گردد.Examining the spatial Performance of Higher Education Centers in Urban Culture Sustainable Development of Tehran Metropolitan (A case study of zone 3 and 19, Tehran)
Higher education centers as a part of the active urban areas, including the potential cultural capacities, and presenting services in high levels of urban society are considered the best urban cultural spaces of sustainable development of urban culture This study aimed to identify and analyze performance space higher education centers in promoting urban culture in the Tehran metropolitan represent the relationship between higher education centers and urbanization culture in the metropolitan. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive –analytical approaches which exploited intensive documentary sources. The survey results show that there is a significant relationship between these two regions. To form the metropolis Tehran Higher education centers in urban culture sustainable development have influenced Tehran. To the knowledge of the process and impact of higher education institutions in the promotion of culture in the metropolitan city of Tehran the assumptions and parameters specified, the binomial non parametric tests were used separately in 3 regions and 19. In order to introduce the role of centers higher education in achieving culture urban sustainable development in the metropolitan city of Tehran Some suggestions are put forward on the basis of sustainable development.
