بررسی رضایت مردم از کیفیت خدمات رسانی حمل ونقل عمومی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 2 شهرگرگان)

چکیده
روند رو به رشد شتابان شهرها با افزایش سریع وسایل حمل ونقل موتوری به ویژه اتومبیل و استفاده زیاد از آن در شهرهای کشور بویژه شهر گرگان باعث بروز مشکلات متعددی همچون آلودگی های شدید زیست محیطی، تراکم های ترافیکی زیاد، مصرف بیش از حد انرژی، ناامنی مسیرها و تصادفات شده است. برای کاهش و رفع مشکلات مذکور سامانه حمل و نقل عمومی به عنوان سیستمی توانمند توسط مدیران شهری راه اندازی شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی میزان رضایت شهروندان از سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی و ارزیابی عملکرد این سیستم در منطقه 2 شهر گرگان می باشد. به منظور اجرای این هدف از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی استفاده شده است. همچنین جامعه آماری پژوهش، شهروندان منطقه 2 شهر گرگان می باشند، که نمونه ای به تعداد 250 نفر انتخاب شده اند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بر اساس روش های آماری در نرم افزار SPSSپردازش شده اند. نتایج یافته ها حاکی از آن است که مسافران منطقه 2 گرگان از سیستم اتوبوسرانی با میانگین(89/2) نسبت به سیستم تاکسیرانی با میانگین(78/2) رضایت بیشتری دارند. این رضایت بیشتر، بدلیل پایین بودن هزینه و امنیت بالای اتوبوس نسبت به هزینه بالا و نبود امنیت و راحتی در داخل تاکسی می باشد. این سیستم در منطقه مورد مطالعه توانسته رضایت شهروندان را به طور متوسط جلب کند.Investigating people’s satisfaction from public transportation (A case study of Gorgan city, Zone 2)
The rapid growth of cities which accompanied with intensive use of automobiles led to various problems such as environmental pollution, traffic congestion, over consumption of energy and increase of accidents. To reduce such problems, public system is established as efficient mode of circulation in the city of Gorgan. This paper aims to investigate the level of satisfaction of public transportation among the people of Gorgan in zone 2. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive- analytical approaches. The statistical society of the research included the residents of zone 2 who used public transportation. The samples were selected using Cochran model which 250 people responded the questionnaires. SPSS was applied to process the data and the relevant statistical tests were used to analysis the data and information. The results revealed that the resident had higher satisfaction with bus system with mean of 2.89 compared to taxi with 2.78. The reason behind such contentment is to the higher safety and lower cost of bus system. However it should be reminded that the level of satisfaction is almost equal among the citizen of zone 2 regarding to both mean of transportation.
