Predicting Market Value of Iranian Soccer Players Using Linear Modeling Techniques
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to predict the market value of professional football players in the Iranian Premier League in the 2020-2021 season of Iranian football. Methods: The present research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the present study included all Iranian and foreign players working in the Premier Football League of Iran, which was a total of 409 people. The appropriate sample size for the research was calculated to be 200 people based on the sampling formula from the limited population. Descriptive statistics were used for analysis and multiple regression method was used for inferential analysis. Results: The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between player valuation and age variables, goalkeeper position, midfielder position, striker position, individual awards, foot position and his appearances for a team. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that when evaluating, the mentioned factors should be considered to attract the desired players of the clubs in the transfer seasons. In general, it can be acknowledged that the estimated coefficients of this model have the necessary efficiency to determine the market value of professional football players in the Iranian Premier League. According to this study, it is suggested that the factors affecting the evaluation of Iranian Premier League players, including the nationality of foreign players, the popularity of Iranian football players and finally individual skills, by relevant evaluating models, the necessary research be conducted.

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی ارزش بازار بازیکنان حرفه ای فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران فصل 98-99 فوتبال ایران بود. روش پژوهش: شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش بازیکنان شاغل در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و در مجموع ۴09 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه مناسب برای پژوهش، براساس فرمول نمونه گیری از جامعه محدود و در سطح خطای ۵ درصد، ۲۰۰ نفر محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل از آمار توصیفی و به منظور تحلیل استنباطی از روش رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد رابطه معنا داری در ارزش گذاری بازیکنان و متغیرهای سن، پست دروازه بان، پست هافبک، پست مهاجم، جوایز فردی، وضعیت پا و تعداد بازی وجود دارد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که هنگام ارزش گذاری باید عوامل ذکرشده را برای جذب بازیکنان موردنظر باشگاه ها در فصول نقل و انتقال مدنظر قرار داد. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی ضرایب برآوردی این مدل کارایی لازم را برای مشخص کردن ارزش بازار بازیکنان حرفه ای فوتبال در لیگ ایران دارد. با توجه به بررسی به عمل آمده در این پژوهش پیشنهاد می شود عوامل اثرگذار بر ارزش گذاری بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران از جمله ملیت بازیکنان خارجی، میزان محبوبیت بازیکنان فوتبال ایران و در نهایت مهارت های فردی با ارزش گذاری مدل های مربوط بررسی شود. همچنین با توجه به تأثیرگذاری شبکه های اجتماعی به ویژه اینستاگرام در ایجاد ارتباط ارزش بازیکنان و محبوبیت ایجادشده برای آنان و ارتباط آن با افزایش ارزش بازیکنان، تحقیقاتی انجام گیرد.تبلیغات
