علیرغم اینکه رتبه بندی مدارس متوسطه اول به عنوان یکی از مهمترین ماموریت های وزارت آموزش و پرورش نقش بسزایی در موفقیت این سازمان در دستیابی به اهداف این دوره است، اما تدوین و اعتبارسنجی مؤلفه های مربوط به رتبه بندی دبیرستان های راهنمایی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. است. نگرفته است. تحقیقات ارائه شده در این زمینه عوامل مرتبط با رتبه بندی این نوع مدارس را در نظر نگرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه توسعه و اعتبارسنجی عوامل، شاخص ها و نشانه های رتبه بندی مدارس راهنمایی می شود. حاضر از نظر روش، نوعی تحقیق کیفی است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل روش انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، اسناد و منابع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و 10 موضوع جامع رهبری روند یاددهی-یادگیری، موفقیت ها، رهبری اخلاقی و فعالیت های فوق برنامه شناسایی شد. آنها توسط توصیه شده اند. نتایج نشان می دهد که رتبه بندی مدارس متوسطه اول در حوزه آموزشی موضوعی جدید و نوظهور است که بیشتر مورد توجه این حوزه قرار نگرفته است. بنابراین با توجه به منابع مورد استفاده، ممکن است برخی از عوامل،ها و علائم پیشنهادی در این پژوهش کامل و یا برخی مؤلفه های دیگر وجود داشته باشد که هنوز شناسایی نشده باشد. همچنین برای اثربخشی رتبه بندی مدارس به عوامل همسویی، شاخص ها و نشانه های شناسایی شده با عوامل اصلی سازمان، رهبری، فرهنگ، زیرساخت ها بیشتر مورد توجه قرار می گیرد.
Identifying challenges and effective indicators in entrepreneurial attitudes in the content of elementary textbooks (qualitative study)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The aim of this study was to identify the challenges and effective indicators in entrepreneurial attitudes in the content of elementary textbooks. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and based on how to collect qualitative data based on semi-structured interviews. The statistical population was the selection of interviewees using snowball-type purposive sampling method, which was stopped in the eleventh interview due to the repetitive text of the interviews and consensus. Based on the results of the interviews and the extraction of challenges, which consisted of 46 two concepts or items, 8 challenges in the content of science and Persian textbooks for first to third grades of elementary school were identified. Also, in the index extraction section, which consisted of 43 concepts or items, 7 effective indicators were identified in the content of science and Persian textbooks for the first to third grades of elementary school. The results showed that the challenges of lack of space and educational context, theorizing of concepts, neglect of entrepreneurship, lack of education, optional activities, lack of evaluation, lack of support from officials and lack of skills of teachers as the most important challenges of not developing attitudes, respectively. Entrepreneurship was introduced in the textbooks of the course. Also, indicators of creating and creating opportunities, self-efficacy, desire and confidence in success, talent identification, participation and interaction, operationalization and acquisition of skills, flexibility of officials were selected as the most important factors in developing entrepreneurial attitudes in elementary school textbook content.
Blockchain Applications for the Police Task Force of IRI: A Conceptual Framework Using Fuzzy Delphi Method(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Blockchain is one of the trending emerging technologies that enables immutable data storage over distributed ledgers. The fundamental features of blockchain technology, such as record and identity traceability and immutability makes it an attractive alternative for the state-of-the-art information systems. Thus, blockchain has found its way into various fields. In Iran, blockchain technology has been employed in different areas including: commercial mining platforms, secure exchange platforms, and innovative trustless projects. One of the main applications of blockchain is secure management of sensitive information, which makes it a suitable infrastructure for providing advanced control over data in police task forces. The motivation behind this research is to provide a conceptual framework for employing blockchain in law enforcement organizations by analysis and comparison of best practices in other countries and academic case-studies. We provide a systematic overview of case-studies by qualitative content analysis. Moreover, the reliability of our statistics is evaluated by Cohen's kappa coefficient roughly 0.64. Finally, the prioritized applications were evaluated by a 14 member experts panel through fuzzy Delphi method with a Kendall’s Coefficient of Concordance of W=0.711, indicating high rates of agreement among members. To this end, “trustless authentication systems”, “distributed data/resource/information management”, and “inter-department integrated information systems” were selected as most valuable applications of blockchain for police task forces and law enforcement agencies in Iran.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Over the Platforms (OTT) such as Netflix and Amazon multiplied their streaming and eased access to foreign content in India. The hybridity and transnational nature of the digital spaces allowed the audience to consume foreign content beyond the geographies of language and culture. This article aims to analyze the reception and perception of Iranian films in India during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study posits that the shift in the reception of Iranian film in India during the Covid-19 pandemic constructed a positive perception of Iran among the Indian audience. By applying the reception analysis and qualitative content analysis theories, the paper interrogates the way in which film acts as an agency to produce the perception of Iran as a nation among the Indian Audience. For the collection of data, the existing literature has been used. Furthermore, a purposive sample survey among Iranian film lovers had been conducted. The paper also carries a content analysis of the posts, comments, and reviews about Iranian films on social media pages. Iranian films have influenced the Indian audience to such a level that 80% of the respondents want to visit Iran once in a lifetime.
Developing an English Textbook for Iranian Senior High School Students.

Developing textbook material is a crucial component of any curriculum, which should be based on sound and systematic techniques. In a detailed view, considering the importance of knowing English not only as an international language but as the language of commerce, tech and science, English course needs to be programmed efficiently to provide a suitable circumstance of learning for learners. In this regard, the present study is to develop a new English textbook for Iranian Senior High Schools to provide an opportunity for high school students as well as teachers to be actively engaged in the text, questions, and images of the textbook based on William Rummy’s Technique to keep up with the developments of the field. The results of the study demonstrate demonstrates that the involvement index is appropriate enough to actively engage the learners in the newly developed English textbook. That is, the texts, questions, and images within the textbook are suitably developed to engage the students actively.
Analytic Assessment of TEFL Undergraduate Students' Writings: Diagnosing Areas of Strength and Weakness

Assessment of learners affects all processes of their learning. Generally, without assessment, it is very difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Understanding their weak points and difficulties in their writing would help teachers and administrators focus more on these areas. Therefore, this content analysis study was an attempt to investigate the relative contribution of each writing component to the variation in the overall writing performance of TEFL undergraduate students to determine areas of strength and weakness in their writing. To this end, the writing samples of 73 students who were willing to participate in this study at different universities in Tabriz, Iran, were assessed through an Analytical Scoring Scale. These participants were divided into two groups: group 1, first-year and second-year students, and group 2, third-year and fourth-year students. The results of Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression analysis revealed that the greatest contributions to the variance of the total rating of TEFL undergraduate students' writings were related to the grammar and punctuation components in groups 1 and 2, while the least contributions were related to the content and spelling in group 1, and vocabulary and spelling in group 2. In addition, results indicated that the weaknesses and issues of participants in both groups of this research were mostly related to the grammatical structure and using punctuation marks in paragraphs. Moreover, the positive effects of the analytical scoring scale as well as the implications of the findings were discussed.
An Evaluation of the English Language Textbooks for Iranian Junior High Schools Based on the Objectives of Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
Although several studies have been carried out after the approval of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE) in 2011, a small number of studies have reviewed the textbooks of Iranian schools in the light of this document, and unfortunately, English language textbooks have almost been ignored. Accordingly, the present study sought to answer the questions of what objectives are included in this document regarding English language teaching at schools, and to what extent the English language textbooks for Iranian Junior High Schools are based on these objectives. Therefore, the text of the document was first analyzed using directional content analysis. Then, based on the objectives extracted from the FRDE, the content of English language textbooks were reviewed. The results showed that the objectives of teaching English in accordance with this document should be (1) critical understanding and analysis of non-Iranian culture, (2) responsible interaction to introduce Iranian-Islamic culture and civilization, as well as dissemination of local findings and achievements and (3) establishing effective interaction and communication with non-Iranian parties, which is specifically explained in the form of two micro-goals (a) knowledge and mastery of local issues and (b) knowledge and awareness of global issues. Then, using deductive content analysis, English textbooks were analyzed. The results showed that these textbooks deal mainly with Iranian culture, and the balance between Iranian and "non-Iranian" culture, which is clearly defined in the document in three regional, Islamic and global forms but is not noticed. Accordingly, the findings of this study implied that it is essential that prospect series be revised to include non-Iranian cultural issues, especially those from Islamic countries and nations. In addition, there is a need to include global issues while domesticating them moderately.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES : The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of the articles in the International Multidisciplinary Journal of Pure Life (IMJPL) and answer the question about the characteristics and specifications of the articles and the authors of the articles. METHOD AND FINDING : In the present research, the content analysis method is used as a descriptive method. The statistical population of this research is the ten published issues of the IMJPL since the journal was promoted to the rank and its articles became English i.e. number 23 to number 32, and the statistical sample of this research included 60 articles published in these issues. The unit of analysis, was the relevant topics of the 11-question checklists of this research in the quarterly articles. The method of this research was collected by referring to the titles and contents, citations of the articles, and the required information. The data were analyzed using collection tools and descriptive statistics such as data classification according to frequency distribution and frequency percentage using SPSS software version 26. CONCLUSION : 80% of the articles were written as a group, men are so active than women, and 19 are faculty members, also among the participating countries, Iran with 71 authors, 93% of qualitative articles, 82% were descriptive-analytical articles, Islamic Azad University and Al-Mustafa International University With ten authors, The Meaning of Life with 24 articles, keywords: life with 11 repetitions, had the most quantity and the qualitative analysis of the articles was also reviewed.

This study aims to examine the representation of women with disabilities (sensory impairment) in the Indian cinema, focusing on the Hindi speaking Bollywood. Three popular movies shown in Bollywood have been selected in order to investigate the way in which women with disability are represented. The movies include Koshish (i.e. ‘Effort’, (1972), Lafangey Parindey (i.e. ‘Cheeky Birds’, (2010) and Kaabil ([i.e. ‘Capable’, (2017). The year 1970 has been selected as the beginning of the time frame because it is the closest time to the first Bollywood movie (Koshish, 1972), in which a disabled woman is depicted as a leading role. To analyze the movies, Critical Disability Theory (CDT) was selected as the study’s theoretical framework, and Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA) has been applied as the study’s research method. Results reveal that the representation of women with disability has undergone significant positive changes over time, which includes variations in social status, ability and achievements, issues and concerns, patterns of pleasure, presence and acceptance, social attitude, words and phrases used, as well as changes in policies related to women with disabilities.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a model of organizational agility in Fars education departments with a digital transformation approach. Methodology: This study is applied research from the perspective of the purpose of agile modeling of education departments' digital transformation strategy. Based on the data collection method, it is mixed research that was done by qualitative-quantitative methods. The participants include experts familiar with the structure and organizational relationships in education. Using the purposive sampling method, 15 people participated in this study. The main tools for collecting data are interviews and questionnaires. The interview consisted of 6 initial questions in a semi-structured manner. Content analysis has been used to identify the underlying categories of the research. The structural-interpretive modeling method has been used to design the initial model. Data were performed in the qualitative phase with ATLAS TI software and the quantitative phase with MicMac software. Results: Using qualitative analysis, the views of experts were identified through content analysis, and 5 categories and 19 components were identified. Then, based on the interpretive structural model, a model was designed for organizational agility of the Department of Education. There are 5 main themes of maturity, visionary leadership, structural flexibility, knowledge-based and socialism, and 19 organizing themes in this model. Conclusion: Education as a knowledge-creating organization acts in a coordinated and directional manner by creating an agile environment, thus providing the necessary platform for increasing the flow of information to create new knowledge and increase added value in its economic fields.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide a model for the participation of health donors in the direction of digital health developments. There are different types of this partnership, which necessitates the goal of this paper. Method : This research has been done qualitatively and it is exploratory. Theme analysis technique has been used. Also, by examining different patterns related to charitable affairs in the country and abroad, a preliminary pattern was drawn by reviewing domestic and foreign studies. Using the snowball technique, 47 experts were selected in the qualitative section. Using semi-structured interview tools, 47 experts and philanthropists in Fars province were interviewed. The software used is ATLAS TI. Findings : Based on the results, 51 codes were identified. These 51 codes were divided into 8 categories of primary content. These 8 themes are codified plan and roadmap, interaction with donors in policy-making, providing legal facilities to donors, streamlining laws for donors, helping with education in the health sector, creating a culture for health, and spending financial resources in the sectors. Priority is given to costs in the prevention department commensurate with the treatment. Conclusion : Based on the designed model, creating strategy and planning, education and culture, ease of laws and regulations, as well as planning financial resources play an important role in managing the participation of health donors. With clear planning of health programs, benefactors see the clarity of decisions.

The purpose of this study is to plan new customer acquisition and keep customer loyalty to banks by identifying the factors that influence banking services marketing and growth and development of marketing systems. The purpose of this research is "Designing and testing a banking services marketing model based on a systematic fundamental data method in Bank Saderat Iran", which was prepared in order to provide a new paradigmatic model of banking services effective on customer preferences. This study used a mixed exploratory approach with qualitative techniques on systematic foundation data. The qualitative model of banking services was extracted and tested using survey methods and structural equations. The Foundation's data analytics division's work is a paradigmatic model in the field of banking services, consisting of 22 components. This model has undergone validation and testing on banking service customers and can be used for future research as a new model in the area of marketing mix for banking services.

The purpose of the study is to design a new behavioral model of blockchain technology acceptance in public banks through content analysis. Therefore, based on the theoretical literature and behavioral theories of technology acceptance, the primary conceptual model was presented. Then, by interviewing experts selected by snowball method, the relevant model was finalized. Theoretical validity and interpretive validity methods were used to measure the validity of interviews. To check the reliability of interviews, the test-retest reliability method has been used. The validity of the factors was checked through the Delphi technique and with fuzzy calculations. According to the results, four main factors of the behavioral model are: people, environment, organization, and technology. Totally 10 sub-factors and 36 indicators were identified. This model can contribute to public banks to understand how these various factors interact with each other and how they can be improved to achieve higher acceptance of blockchain technology.
Content Analysis of Young People's Attitude towards the Positive and Negative Effects of Instagram

Objective : Social networks have become widely popular among young people in recent years. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the content of young people's attitude towards the positive and negative effects of Instagram. Methods : The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is qualitative content analysis. Among the students of Islamic Azad University of Shiraz, 13 students were selected in a purposeful way until the theoretical saturation of the data and were subjected to a semi-structured interview. Coding of the interviews was done in three steps and manually. Finding : The coding of the interviews shows 5 components of increasing awareness (with the subcomponents of enhancing awareness in various fields, learning techniques and skills, increasing media literacy), strengthening relationships (with the subcomponents of awareness of the conditions of friends and relatives, holding celebrations and occasions and strengthening group connection), addiction to Instagram (with the subcomponents of excessive use of Instagram, failure to handle other tasks and unpleasant mental states when not using Instagram), physical and psychological problems (with the subcomponents of negative effects on sleep, negative effects on attention and concentration, experiencing negative and unpleasant emotions and physical pains) and disruption in social ties (with the subcomponents of increased social comparisons, inequality and injustice, mistrust of others and social scandal). Conclusion : According to these findings, it can be concluded that the expansion of social networks, especially Instagram, in recent years has been associated with positive and negative individual and social consequences, which are necessary and vital to pay attention to by the relevant institutions.
Linguistic Corpus Analysis of Historical and Narrative Sources Related to Miqdad bin Amr

In the Islamic school, there are examples and models that all their personal, social and political status is beyond time, place, race and culture. In this school, after the Prophet (PBUH) and the infallible Imams (PBUT), their prominent companions are among the best examples and role models. One of these companions is Miqdad bin Amr. He is one of the first Muslims who, in addition to his high status among the Sunnis, is also considered to be of high status among the Shiites. Despite the wide range of sources related to the personality of Miqdad bin Amr, the materials available about him are brief, scattered or limited to a specific time period, and some aspects of his personality have not been analyzed. Therefore, this article provides a linguistic analysis of his character as a role model by collecting relevant historical, and narrative sources and paying special attention to Miqdad’s personality traits and characteristics. This article uses a descriptive method based on qualitative and quantitative linguistic content analysis. The analysis of Miqdad’s character using the pattern of character classification in Islamic sources shows that Miqdad’s personality is described as chaste, calm, self-confident and clever in narrative, historical and Qur’ānic sources.

This paper seeks to study the security strategies in the Syrah (The life conduct) of the Shiite Infallible Imams. Since one of the most important Shiite sources in understanding the life of the Infallibles Imams are the four books of hadith regarded as reliable by the Shi'as (Al-Kutub al-Arbaʿa), so this study have been analyzed these books in terms of case study. The research question is as follows: What security strategies did the Infallibles Imams use during their Imamate and what are the features of these security strategies? The research method used in this study is content analysis. The results of this research show: According to their historical circumstances, the Infallibles Imams have used these four security strategies: Alavi, Expediency, Order Good and Forbid Evil and Taqiyya.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of "developed man" and determine the degree to which attention is paid in the Fundamental Transformation Document (FTD) in education in Iran approved in December 2011. This concept has been developed based on the theoretical basics of classical economics on description of "economic man" and also the Engels’s theory on the description of "modern man" and with regard to some of adapted and localized national and Islamic ideas and beliefs. What is meant by "Developed man" in this research is a person whose attitude and opinion has been developed and has the ability to turn the country's resources into wealth and prosperity for the people of society. METHODOLOGY The instrument by which one can measure it, is a researcher-made content analysis checklist that involves 25 characteristics for developed human, and its face reliability and validity have been also verified and ranked by subject matter experts. Shannon entropy indices have been used to determine the importance and ranking of developed human components. In order to achieve a valid explanation and transparent results in this study, some important and fundamental concepts and components that were analyzed in the literature reviewing this document and their frequency was determined, were selected, and their frequency was compared with the total frequency of developed human components in the transformation document text. FINDINGS By use of word-counting the whole text of the Fundamental Transformation Document of education system, it also became evident that only about 1% (113 words out of 10914 words available) of this 64-page document are dedicated to the components of developed human and as a result it can be said that with regard to the weight and importance of the economy and its related issues in the country (such as unemployment, weak attitudes and skills of wealth creation and lack of efforts to increase production and improve public living and poverty alleviation) from the leaders and policymakers viewpoint, especially. CONCLUSION In recent decades, little emphasis and attention has been paid to developed human, and accordingly, it is worthwhile to pay close attention to these components in revision of the Transformation Document text.
مفهوم شناسی هویت در حفاظت از آثار تاریخی فرهنگی برمبنای تحلیل محتوای اسناد بین المللی مرتبط(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هویت ازجمله مفاهیمی است که دارای گستره معنایی وسیعی در علوم انسانی است و در بیشتر شاخه های مختلف علوم انسانی ازجمله روان شناسی، جامعه شناسی و فلسفه مورد مطالعه پژوهشگران است. اهمیت این موضوع از آن جهت است که نمی توان فرد یا شیئی را یافت که فاقد هویت باشد. بر این اساس مقاله حاضر نتایج حاصل مطالعات انجام شده با چهارچوب نظری هویت اجتماعی، شاخه علوم اجتماعی در اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حفاظت و مرمت آثار تاریخی فرهنگی است. در این پژوهش روش پژوهشی تحلیل محتوا انتخاب شد تا بتوان تعداد زیادی از اسناد مرتبط را تحلیل کرد. اسناد مورد بررسی 28 سند بین المللی مربوط به سال های 1969 تا 2023 است. به منظور مفهوم شناسی هویت و رابطه آن با حفاظت و مرمت آثار تاریخی فرهنگی، متن اسناد به صورت دقیق مطالعه و سپس کدگذاری و مقوله بندی شدند. این امر کمک میکند موضوعات مربوط به مفهوم هویت دقیق تر و سریع تر استخراج و تحلیل شوند. نتایج تحلیل محتوای انجام شده در این اسناد، در دو شاخه اصلی تعریف هویت و رابطه هویت و حفاظت طبقه بندی شدند؛ همچنین نتیجه مطالعات در این پژوهش بیان می کند که بین حفاظت - مرمت ویژگی های هویتی اثر رابطه دوسویه برقرار است؛ زیرا هریک بر دیگری تأثیر می گذارند، بنابراین با شناخت ویژگی های هویتی اثر و تعریف آن می توان از آن به عنوان ابزاری برای تعیین خط مشی حفاظت و مرمت آثار تاریخی فرهنگی استفاده کرد.

The study of topics related to religions, especially Abrahamic religions, has always been important and prioritized, particularly when these topics are examined in a comparative and interfaith manner. This research examines the character of Jesus Christ from the perspective of the Holy Quran and the four Gospels to determine whether divinity can be attributed to him or if, as the Holy Quran explicitly states, he was one of the great prophets of God. By analyzing the content of the four Gospels using content analysis methods, we concluded that none of these four Gospels, which are regarded as the official sources of Christianity, provide any evidence of divinity for him. Rather, he was a human, born of Mary by divine will and through the Holy Spirit, with his special mission being the guidance of the Children of Israel. Like other prophets, he performed numerous miracles, and his character possessed outstanding qualities that are also emphasized in the Holy Quran.
Presidents’ Conceptual Complexity and Unilateralism in US Foreign Policy(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The US foreign policy in the post-World War II has been marked by periods of unilateralism, while in other periods, multilateralism has been more prevailing. The existing works, while explaining certain periods of unilateralism by various domestic and international factors, such as neo-conservative ideology and superpower rivalries in the Cold War, are unable to explain the reason for which in some periods, the US foreign Policy has been more dominant. This article seeks to explain the difference by referring to the conceptual complexity of US presidents. We analyzed the content of news conference transcripts for 11 post-WWII US presidents using the Flesch-Kincaid text readability index to measure presidents’ conceptual complexity. We used the index in our previous study to explain the unorthodoxy of Donald Trump’s foreign policy. Findings suggest with statistical significance that Presidents with low levels of conceptual complexity do not consider many factors as important and prefer unilateral actions by emphasizing short-term achievements. On the contrary, presidents with complex cognition are less likely to believe that the US can solve critical or long-term international issues alone.
