Blockchain technology
حوزه های تخصصی:
In recent years, Blockchain technology has been recognized as one of the most important new technologies affecting businesses and society, with a very bright future ahead. This technology is known as one of the most critical technologies of industry 4. Given that Blockchain technology is a new concept, before implementing it, the organization must understand it and be prepared to accept it; otherwise, the organization will incur irreparable damages. The main purpose of this study is to provide a framework within which organizations can evaluate their readiness to implement Blockchain technology. For this purpose, after a library study and systematic literature review, this study provided the initial research framework using the meta-synthesis method. Finally, the Lawshe model was applied to validate the proposed framework for the organization's readiness to implement Blockchain technology. Based on the findings, the final established framework included seven main dimensions, including Blockchain-based business strategy, operations of a distributed system, culture, people in Blockchain decentralized network, decentralized governance, technology, and Blockchain-based product traceability. Besides, 37 main criteria affected these dimensions, which can help companies increase the level of Blockchain technology readiness. Finally, this framework was used to measure the readiness of an airline company. According to the results of the analysis, Blockchain-based business strategy, culture, and Blockchain-based product traceability showed a medium level of readiness. Moreover, none of the main dimensions of Blockchain technology readiness were sufficiently prepared in this case study. This paper suggests practical recommendations to improve the level of Blockchain technology readiness for the managers
Blockchain Capabilities to Improve the Productivity of Maritime Logistics Processes: Review, Taxonomy, Open Challenges and Future Trends(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This paper surveys recent publications on maritime logistics with a focus on blockchain capabilities. Maritime logistics plays an important role in global trade and an important part of the global economy depends on it. The growth of world trade has led to the creation of various systems that are prone to error and fraud, the current supply chain needs to connect and trust many intermediaries which not only increase abuse and errors but also it will increase cost and time in the chain. Hence, transparency and stability are highly demanded. On the other hand, with the onset of the fourth industrial revolution, a new approach called “blockchain” was introduced which can have very important applications in maritime logistics. As this novel technology is in its early stages of development, its applications in maritime logistics have not been specifically investigated. So, this paper takes a deep dive into blockchain technology capabilities for maritime logistics by reviewing relevant scientific journal papers since 2014. The paper also discusses and challenges the current operational paradigms and by categorizing efforts, provides a taxonomy of research topics in maritime logistics. Finally, the paper in addition to presenting challenges, identifies new avenues for academic research based on current trends and development.
Future Study of Marketing in the Banking Industry with a focus on Blockchain Technology(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The aim of the current research is to identify the futures of marketing in the banking industry with a focus on blockchain technology. The current research is applied in terms of direction and has a mixed methodology due to the use of qualitative and quantitative methods together. The theoretical population of the research was experts in banking marketing and digital financial technologies, especially blockchain, and the sampling method was done in a judgmental method. The sample size in this study was equal to 15 people. For data analysis, meta synthesis methods, Binominal's statistical test, developed Copras and root definitions tool were used. The tools of data collection in this research were interviews and questionnaires (expert evaluation and priority evaluation questionnaires). 47 drivers were extracted from meta synthesis and these drivers were classified into nine main drivers. The drivers of the research were screened in two stages using theory-based inference screening and Binominal's test, and 12 drivers were considered for prioritization using the Copras technique. The remaining drivers were evaluated using the Copras technique and three criteria of importance, degree of certainty and experts' expertise. The findings showed that the drivers of marketing researchers' interest in digital financial technologies and blockchain and the development of decentralized banking had the highest priority and were selected for scenario planning. Based on these two drivers, four scenarios of crypto bank, conservative banking, pioneer banking and traditional banking were developed. The research proposals were proposed based on the important drivers and the desired scenario (crypto bank).
Designing a New Behavioral Model of Blockchain Technology Acceptance in Public Banks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of the study is to design a new behavioral model of blockchain technology acceptance in public banks through content analysis. Therefore, based on the theoretical literature and behavioral theories of technology acceptance, the primary conceptual model was presented. Then, by interviewing experts selected by snowball method, the relevant model was finalized. Theoretical validity and interpretive validity methods were used to measure the validity of interviews. To check the reliability of interviews, the test-retest reliability method has been used. The validity of the factors was checked through the Delphi technique and with fuzzy calculations. According to the results, four main factors of the behavioral model are: people, environment, organization, and technology. Totally 10 sub-factors and 36 indicators were identified. This model can contribute to public banks to understand how these various factors interact with each other and how they can be improved to achieve higher acceptance of blockchain technology.
Identification of Stakeholders in Personal Health Records Using Blockchain Technology: A Comprehensive Review(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
Leveraging supplementary technology such as Blockchain has the potential to alter the stakeholders involved in a system. Paying attention to stakeholders is one of the main pillars of developing a system. Evidence has shown that Blockchain can solve existing challenges and add new capabilities. These actions will change the stakeholders of PHR. If a value is different for everyone, at the first stage, stakeholders should be identified, and that is our goal in this study. The research adhered to the guidelines outlined in the PRISMA statement. To this end, the study utilized databases including MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for English language articles, while the "iranjournals.nlai.ir" database was accessed for Persian language articles. Finally, 35 articles were chosen from searching databases, and six extra articles were selected from reviewing the final articles' references. Stakeholders were categorized into 15 groups. The patient (individual) was identified as the most frequent stakeholder (41 times), and infrastructure providers and the token exchange market were mentioned once each. The usage type is categorized into four groups: direct user interaction, data user, impact user, and financial beneficiaries, comprising six, eight, four, and four stakeholders, respectively. Patients (individuals) use the four groups, and health care providers, policymakers, hospitals, and the government each use two groups. Intelligent contracts are neglected in PHR, which can significantly impact the motivation and creation of incentives for using different stakeholders. The grouping presented here can be used in the preparation of the business model of PHR based on Blockchain. Data has the most usage for stakeholders and strengthens and supports investments in technologies such as Blockchain as an infrastructure for creating data markets, new business models, and creating value.
