Identification and Ranking of Antecedents Affecting Ethical-Emotional Acting in Education(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background : One of the new topics in organizational behavior management is dealing with moral-emotional acting and the factors affecting it. The aim of the current research is to identify and rank the antecedents affecting ethical-emotional acting in education. Method: This research is applicable in terms of purpose, which was done with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In the qualitative part, the qualitative content analysis method was used with inductive approach, and in the quantitative part, the descriptive-survey method was used. The participants in the qualitative part were the high-level education managers of Golestan province, and the statistical population in the quantitative part included the education managers of Golestan province. The sampling method in the qualitative part was purposive sampling method (N=20) and in the quantitative part it was stratified random sampling in which 270 people were selected as a statistical sample for investigation. The research data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part through coding and in the quantitative part through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in SPSS 22 software. Results: The results showed that the antecedents affecting ethical-emotional acting have 2 dimensions; "individual antecedents and organizational antecedents". Individual antecedents have 3 components; "knowledge and information, personality traits and motivation" and organizational antecedents have 4 components; "organizational culture, ethical atmosphere of the organization, organizational structure and leadership and management". Conclusion: According to the results of the research, paying attention to the factors affecting moral-emotional acting will lead to the growth of positive organizational behaviors and the institutionalization of ethics in the organization. Designing a New Behavioral Model of Blockchain Technology Acceptance in Public Banks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of the study is to design a new behavioral model of blockchain technology acceptance in public banks through content analysis. Therefore, based on the theoretical literature and behavioral theories of technology acceptance, the primary conceptual model was presented. Then, by interviewing experts selected by snowball method, the relevant model was finalized. Theoretical validity and interpretive validity methods were used to measure the validity of interviews. To check the reliability of interviews, the test-retest reliability method has been used. The validity of the factors was checked through the Delphi technique and with fuzzy calculations. According to the results, four main factors of the behavioral model are: people, environment, organization, and technology. Totally 10 sub-factors and 36 indicators were identified. This model can contribute to public banks to understand how these various factors interact with each other and how they can be improved to achieve higher acceptance of blockchain technology.

Presenting a Model of Organizational Vitality Through a Positive Organizational Behavior Approach in the Era of Digital Management: A Meta-Synthesis Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose : This study aims to develop a model of organizational vitality through a positive organizational behavior lens for the digital management era, utilizing a meta-synthesis approach. Method : A comprehensive search of various databases was conducted using keywords related to organizational vitality and positive organizational behavior, informed by data mining techniques. The initial search yielded 2,151 publications from 2011 to 2019. Following a systematic screening process, 1,468 works were excluded based on title, 429 based on abstract, and 217 based on a full-text review, as they did not align with the study's purpose and research questions. Consequently, 37 publications that were pertinent to organizational vitality and positive organizational behavior in the context of digital management were selected for in-depth analysis via meta-synthesis. Findings : A meticulous review of the selected sources led to the extraction of components and indicators constituting organizational vitality within the framework of positive organizational behavior in the digital management context. The resultant model is organized into 2 overarching concepts, 16 distinct components, and 123 specific indicators. Conclusion : The findings from prior research were systematically evaluated and analyzed using a qualitative research approach and a seven-step meta-synthesis methodology grounded in data mining. This process culminated in the proposed integrative model.
