Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to assess the feasibility of using VSAT satellites in the information services of university libraries.Method: The research method is a survey using the TOPSIS model, which indicates that the optimal method of providing the Internet is the method that has the greatest distance from negative factors and the least distance from positive factors. The opinions of user organizations, i.e. academic libraries and information centers, have been examined to clarify the necessity of using this method as well as its characteristics and advantages compared to other ways of providing the Internet.Findings: The findings show that VSAT satellite internet can have better conditions for providing services compared to other services such as ADSL, optical fiber, Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX. Also, their assessment determined that VSAT satellite internet is currently the best way to provide internet based on the criteria of service, support, cost, trust and quality, and ranks second in criteria such as security, confidentiality and service. In conclusion, the priority of solutions to provide library internet using TOPSIS analysis is: VSAT service; Optical fiber; ADSL service; Wi-Max services and wireless services.Conclusion: The results indicate that the VSAT satellite network, with advantages in the use of Internet services by libraries, plays an important role in improving the quality of these services.
A Fuzzy Inference System to Evaluate Maturity of Green Information Technology(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Green information technology is in the spotlight for organizations, helping them save money by using information technology (IT) to achieve the highest efficiency and thus reduce environmental impacts. One of the ways that can help organizations planning for deploying green IT is to evaluate green information technology maturity (GITM). Previous studies have referred to various criteria for green IT evaluation, most of which are qualitative criteria that are difficult to measure and evaluate in ambiguous conditions. The main objective of this study is to identify crucial criteria that affect the GITM level and to design a fuzzy inference system to assess the GITM level in any organization. While using a Mamdani Inference system, inputs can be verbal expressions or crisp values, and the output shows the level of maturity of green information technology. Since green IT knowledge is not modeled in previous studies, modeling it in the current study is a valuable step for organizations confused about various factors they should consider for going green. The main system criteria are the conditions of the data center, office environment, work practice, procurement, and corporate citizenship. Due to the generality of the model used for the knowledge base system development, organizations can use this system for the green IT maturity level determination. The presented inference system helps organizations understand their status of being IT green and plan for the following steps to accomplish their desired maturity level. The proposed inference system has been tested, validated, and used to determine the maturity level of Tehran municipality.
An Effective Model for Ontology Relations Efficacy on Stock prices: A Case Study of the Persian Stock Market(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The unpredictability of the stock market makes it a serious area of study and analysis. With the help of the accumulated information available in the current digital age and the power of high-performance computing machines, there is a great focus on using these capabilities to design algorithms that can learn stock market trends and successfully predict stock prices. The main goal is to create an intelligent system that provides these features for predicting short-term stock price trends to facilitate the investment decision process. To increase the accuracy and productivity of these systems and facilitate the routine of using common-sense knowledge in machine learning systems, developing or enriching knowledge bases and ontology for market modeling will be one of the effective measures in this field. In this research, an attempt has been made to strengthen and enrich the basic ontology created by the authors by using other global ontologies related to the subject of the stock market, and parts of the target space that were not addressed have been added to the ontology. By combining reference ontologies, a level of standardization is also created for the ontology and stability in the representation of concepts and relationships is ensured. In the next step, it has been tried to test the impact of the concepts and relations of the ontology in predicting stock price movements. For this purpose, news in the field of economy is considered as input and a model is created that first filters the textual inputs related to the desired stock symbol and then observes their effect on the price changes of the related stock. After improving the performance and comprehensiveness of the ontology, the study conducted in this report presented a model to measure and prove the effect of the relationships in this ontology on price changes. In practice, according to human limitations and the tools used, this effect was observed and confirmed with a proper level of certainty by checking the economic news.
بررسی تاثیر رفتارهای پنهان کننده دانش بر سکوت کارکنان و رفتارهای منحرف سازمانی با نقش میانجی نقض قرارداد روانشناختی (نمونه پژوهش: اداره کل امور مالیاتی مودیان بزرگ)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر رفتارهای پنهان کننده دانش بر سکوت کارکنان و رفتارهای منحرف سازمانی با نقش میانجی نقض قرارداد روانشناختی می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر نوع هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع ماهیت، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل کارکنان اداره امور مالیاتی مودیان بزرگ که مشتمل بر 400 نفر می باشند که تعداد 227 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده و به روش تحلیل توان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است و داده ها بوسیله تحلیل چندمتغیره مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد کواریانس محور در بستر نرم افزار Amos ورژن 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از تایید تاثیر پنهان کاری منطقی بر سکوت تدافعی، پنهان کاری گریزان بر سکوت رابطه ای، پنهان کاری منطقی بر سکوت رابطه ای، پنهان کاری گریزان بر سکوت بی اثر، پنهان کاری منطقی بر سکوت بی اثر و سکوت تدافعی بر رفتار منحرف سازمانی، سکوت رابطه ای بر رفتار منحرف سازمانی و سکوت بی اثر بر رفتار منحرف سازمانی می باشد و همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل میانجی نشان می دهد که سازه "نقض قرارداد روانشناختی" برای تمامی روابط میان ابعاد پنهان کاری و ابعاد سکوت دارای نقش میانجی است، به طوری که فرآیند میانجی گری مذکور برای روابط علی میان "پنهان کاری خاموش" و "سکوت تدافعی/ سکوت بی اثر" به صورت کامل و برای مابقی روابط به صورت جزئی است. در نهایت، از میان بیست و یک فرضیه مطروحه، هفده فرضیه مورد تائید قرار گرفت که از این بین تاثیر سکوت رابطه ای بر رفتار منحرف سازمانی از بالاترین ضریب مسیر (0.33) برخوردار است.
طراحی سیستم خبره به منظور تحلیل رفتار مصرف انرژی کارکنان به کمک مدل سازی راف(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

شناخت رفتارهای مصرف انرژی و تغییر آنها، به دانش گسترده ای درباره محرک های رفتار و بیان این دانش به صورت برنامه های مداخله گر موفق نیاز دارد. در این مقاله، رفتار مصرف انرژی کارکنان در سازمان، به کمک مدل سازی راف بررسی شده است. به این منظور پس از انتخاب 13 مشخصه موقعیتی (شامل شاخص های جمعیتی، ارزشی، نگرشی و سازمانی کارکنان) و یک مشخصه تصمیم (رفتار مصرف انرژی روشنایی کارکنان)، سیستم اطلاعاتی راف ایجاد شد. 482 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در 37 ساختمان اداری وزارت نفت، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مدل سازی راف برای آنها به اجرا درآمد. با تلفیق روش های مختلف گسسته سازی داده، تولید بی زائده و تولید قوانین و به کمک نرم افزار ROSETTA، نُه مجموعه قانون تولید شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد از بین 13 مشخصه موقعیتی، چهار مشخصه شهروند سازمانی، رضایتمندی، نوع نگاه به رفتار و امکان کنترل روشنایی، اصلی ترین مشخصه های سیستم اند و در تمام بی زائده های تولیدشده، وجود داشتند. پس از اعتبارسنجی مدل های مختلف، مدل گسسته کردن دستی داده ها که بی زائده های آن به کمک الگوریتم ژنتیک و با رویکرد ORR استخراج شدند، بالاترین دقت و اعتبار را نشان دادند.

Purpose: Due to the importance of creating competitive advantages, the present study was conducted with a view to validating the pattern of digital marketing capabilities affecting the development of new Abadan petrochemical products. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done with a survey method.Method: The type of research is quantitative. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with 50 questions. Confirmatory factor analysis was used for the validation of the questionnaire as well as Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Findings: Findings showed that the value of confirmatory factor analysis (t-value) for all 5 paths of the model is greater than 1.96 and the significance of the test is less than 0.05, so with a 95% confidence level causal factors affect the main category (marketing capabilities for new product development) by 0.705; The main category (marketing capabilities for new product development) has an impact on strategies of 0.379; Intervening factors affect strategies by 0.129; Underlying factors affect strategies by 0.457; Finally, strategies have an impact on outcomes of 0.849Conclusion: The results show that the innovation, customer orientation, marketing technologies improvement, research and development capabilities and communication capabilities are confirmed. Also they emphasized as causal dimensions and the basis of digital marketing. Finally, the board diversity is confirmed as the underlying dimensions and platform of digital marketing.

روش های معمول بخش بندی صرفاً باتکیه بر سه مؤلفه تأخر (R)، تعداد (F) و ارزش پولی (M) طراحی شده اند و تغییرات رفتاری مشتریان را در طول زمان در نظر نمی گیرند. بر این اساس برای دستیابی به بخش بندی مطلوب، هدف پژوهش حاضر به کارگیری مجموعه ای از محاسبات آماری از قبیل شیب خط و مشتق نسبت به زمان و روش های داده کاوی مانند K-means و نقشه های خودسازمانده (SOM) برای تعریف متغیرهایی جدید به منظور بررسی روند تغییرات رفتار خرید مشتریان است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد در نظرگرفتن شیب خط تغییرات رفتار مشتریان (R، F و M) و ارزش بیشتر برای رفتارهای اخیر نسبت به رفتارهای گذشته در بخش بندی مشتریان، موجب افزایش دقت پیش بینی رفتار آتی و همگن تر شدن مشتریان هر بخش شده است. بر اساس روش پیشنهادی، مشتریان به چهار بخش بهترین، خرج کننده، تکرارکننده و از دست رفته دسته بندی شدند که به منظور شناخت بهتر و دقیق تر مشتریان بر اساس نحوه تغییر رفتار آنها، هر بخش نیز به دو زیربخش صعودی و نزولی طبقه بندی شد. درنهایت ضمن تشریح ویژگی هریک از بخش ها و زیربخش ها، راهبردهای مناسبی برای مدیریت مشتریان آنها ارائه شده است.
Design, Realization and Measurements of Printed Patch Antenna with Circular Slots for UWB and IoT Applications(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This paper presents the design, simulation and realization of a patch antenna for IOT applications. The patch antenna consists of a radiating element printed on one face of a dielectric substrate, when the ground plane is placed on the other face. In this work, two techniques are used to design a miniaturized patch antenna: the set-up of slots on the radiating element and the use of defective ground plane. Also, the slot’s radius and Length of inset point effects on the performances of the antenna is illustrated. All the simulated results are performed with FEKO, a solver based on a Moments Method and measurement is made using Vector Network Analyzer Anritsu MS2026C. The propose antenna resonates in three frequency bands 3.91, 4.86 and 5.16GHz for different characteristics such as radiation pattern, gain, return loss, which makes it suitable for many wireless communication applications such as IoT applications.
Readiness for Artificial Intelligence Adoption in Malaysian Manufacturing Companies(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and its growing societal importance are reshaping decision-making processes and policy analysis roles. This study examines the readiness of manufacturing companies in Malaysia to embrace AI technology, considering its potential to enhance decision-making, productivity, quality control, job automation, and data analysis. Focusing on the Technology, Organization, and Environment (T-O-E) readiness framework, the research investigates the relationship between these dimensions and AI adoption readiness among manufacturing companies in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. AI adoption readiness serves as the dependent variable, while technological, organizational, and environmental readiness dimensions act as independent variables. The study applies the T-O-E framework to AI readiness and proposes a framework for assessing AI readiness at the manufacturing level. It identifies factors influencing readiness within the technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions, including relative advantage, compatibility, resources, competitive pressure, top management support, and government regulations. Through rigorous analysis, patterns, trends, and correlations are revealed, highlighting a significant link between the T-O-E readiness dimensions and AI adoption readiness. Notably, organizational readiness emerges as a key driver of AI adoption in Malaysian manufacturing companies. The results of this investigation have broad implications, offering suggestions to improve organizational preparedness and unlock AI’s potential benefits for businesses in the industrial sector. Additionally, the research lays the groundwork for further studies on AI readiness across various industries and international contexts. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into manufacturing processes, adaptive businesses gain competitive advantages on a global scale. These advantages include increased productivity, informed decision-making, streamlined quality control, improved customer satisfaction, and potential contributions to economic growth. The study concludes by recommending strategies to reinforce organizational readiness and emphasizes the need for future research to deepen understanding of AI adoption readiness in the manufacturing industry. The integration of AI technology offers benefits such as enhanced productivity, decision-making, quality control, and customer satisfaction, granting businesses a competitive edge in the digital landscape and increasing stakeholder interest.
طراحی الگوی حکمرانی دانش بنیان در دستگاه های اجرایی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

امروزه حکمرانی دانش بنیان می تواند، اقدامی ارزشمند و تاثیرگذار در جهت بهبود عملکرد نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی باشد. لذا، رعایت اصول حکمرانی دانش بنیان می تواند به بهبود وضعیت سازمان ها و دستگاه های اجرایی و جامعه کمک نماید و سبب استفاده حداکثری از توانایی افراد، کاهش چالش های پیش روی جامعه شده و درنتیجه رفاه عمومی جامعه را به دنبال داشته باشد. این پژوهش با روش کیفی از نوع نطریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شده است جامعه آماری این پژوهش از خبرگان آشنا با موضوع تشکیل شده که با 12 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی و گلوله برفی مصاحبه عمیق، صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار MAXQDA انجام شده است. تعداد 302 کد باز شناسایی شده در قالب 46 زیر مقوله و 18 مقوله اصلی قرار گرفته اند که در 6 طبقه اصلی به عناوین شرایط علی شامل تسهیم، خلق، حفظ و نگهداری دانش و شایستگی مدیران و شرایط زمینه ای شامل ایجاد زیرساخت، ساختار سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمان است. شرایط واسطه ای در برگیرنده مولفه های قوانین و رویه ها، ارزیابی عملکرد، شفافیت، تیم سازی، سیستم جذب و نگهداری، سیستم برنامه ریزی و اداره است. مولفه های قابلیت پویای نوآوری و استراتژی توسعه گرا جز شرایط راهبردی است. پیامدهای حکمرانی دانش بنیان با ارتقای عملکرد جامعه، عملکرد سازمان و عملکرد کارکنان مشخص می شود. شرایط محوری نیز حکمرانی دانش بنیان است. رویکرد داده بنیاد پژوهش و طراحی الگو در دستگاه های اجرایی جنبه منحصر به فرد بودن دارد و می تواند تسهیل گر پیاده سازی حکمرانی دانش بنیان در دستگاه های اجرایی کشور باشد
Stress-Testing Technologies of Financial Stability of Financial Corporations: Aspect of Insurance Companies(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of the article is to perform stress-testing technologies of the financial stability of an insurance company based on the constructed mathematical model of the insurance company's activity, which would meet the established requirements (adequate reproduction of the main parameters of the insurance company's functioning; taking into account the stochastic nature of insurance processes; flexible management of model parameters describing company's behaviour; the ability to influence the intensity of flows; suitability for algorithmization and construction of computational simulation model. The relevance of this study is due to the need to address the problem of changes and complications, the growing variety of strategies and products implemented by insurance companies. There is a need for innovative methods to assess and monitor the vulnerability of these institutions to various types of risks. One of these methods, which is gaining widespread recognition both among regulators and financial corporations, is stress testing. It has been established that stress testing as a risk management tool is used both to assess the insurance company's readiness for a crisis situation, and to develop a plan of adequate measures to counteract and eliminate its negative impact. The development and application of the proposed mathematical and simulation model of stress testing of the financial stability of the insurance company allows to solve issues of ensuring sufficiency of capital level, control of financial stability and solvency, reliability of efficiency of activities, taking into account the probabilistic nature of insurance activities, various typical insurance risks and time horizons.
Factors Influencing the Security Framework in Cloud Computing: A Case Study of Infrastructure Communications Company(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Cloud computing technology could bring about cost-effectiveness, scalability, usage easiness, and flexibility against environmental changes. Despite several advantages of this technology, the acceptance and movement to the cloud computing environment occurs slowly, particularly in several organizations in developing countries. Cloud computing allows an individual to share distributed sources and services. This study aims to identify the optimal security framework in cloud computing, focusing on the Infrastructure Communications Company as a case study. The method used in this study is descriptive (non-test) and the correlative research scheme is PLS (partial least squares). The participants of the current study were selected among the Tehran Communication Infrastructure Company employees. Based on the Cochran formula and the research population which was 600, 234 were selected using the random sampling method. To measure the security framework in cloud computing, the questionnaires related to Joils and Opria (2017), Tari (2014), Qio and Gayi (2017), and Sing et al. (2016) were used. Findings indicate that the impacts of technological and technical factors, experienced human resources, financial resource provision and secure infrastructures on information technology security were significant (0.01). Moreover, information technology management and supporting regulations on security risk assessment have significant effects. The assessment of security risk has a significant effect on information security. Additionally, information security management and supporting regulations have a significant effect on Goal setting (0.01). Goal setting has a significant effect on environmental and physical security. Based on the results, the evaluated model of the research could explain 0.53 of information security management, 0.50 of security evaluation, 0.36 of goal setting, 0.55 of information security, and 0.35 of environmental security.
A Socio-economic Analysis of the Online Gambling(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research delves into the socio-economic aspects of online gambling in Iran, exploring the underlying cultural drivers that have contributed to its rapid growth in recent years. Online gambling's prevalence is intricately linked to cultural norms and values, both overt and covert, which have shaped its emergence in the country. Despite the religious, legal, and cultural taboos associated with gambling in Iran, this study investigates the cultural motifs that have challenged these obstacles, particularly among the youth. To unravel the psychological mechanisms at play among young online gamblers, this study adopts a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews with 17 male online gamblers aged between 20 and 40, alongside participatory observations. The data is analyzed thematically, with a focus on cultural motifs that reinforce mental accounting biases, drawing from the principles of behavioral economics. Notably, the central theme that emerges from this analysis is the "psychology of success", a worldview that influences the mindset and actions of individuals engaged in online gambling. The findings of this study reveal a significant thematic alignment between the teachings of the psychology of success and the cultural elements that bolster cognitive biases in the speech and conduct of online gamblers. The psychology of success, which emphasizes a sense of agency and empowerment, appears to drive cultural change and contributes to the widespread acceptance of online gambling despite its illegitimate status. Furthermore, the study highlights a connection between the prevalence of online gambling and the devaluation of the national currency.
Service Quality Performance of E-Hailing Services in Sarawak, Malaysia(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

With the advancement of communication technology, e-hailing services are becoming more widespread in Malaysia. Even though e-hailing services offer relative advantages compared to other types of public transport, research on the service quality aspects and customer satisfaction is essential to ensure customers receive worthwhile service with the money they spend on the services. Therefore, the growth of the e-hailing sector in Malaysia has drawn attention from the government, service providers, passengers, and even academics to the issues of service quality and customer satisfaction. Much research on service quality has been conducted in Malaysia; however, limited research has yet to be done on e-hailing services specifically for the state of Sarawak (East Malaysia) compared to peninsular areas. Thus, this research aims to measure the service quality performance of e-hailing in Sarawak and investigate the factors influencing passenger satisfaction. Three hundred ninety-two e-hailing users voluntarily participated in the survey, which was conducted in 2023. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was performed to assess the measurement and structural model. The analysis revealed that vehicle condition, customer service, and reliability have a significant one-percent relationship with passenger satisfaction. To ensure e-hailing vehicles are always in good condition, e-hailing companies and government agencies must make it mandatory for e-hailing cars to be maintained periodically. Next, the driver should improve communication skills and show a good attitude to provide excellent customer service. Besides, prompt response to customer orders is a must to ensure e-hailing services are reliable public transportation.
اولویت بندی گزینه های سرمایه نامشهود در تدوین مزیت رقابتی از طریق فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای (مطالعه موردی: شرکت های خصوصی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه بندی مؤثرترین گزینه ها برای خلق مزیت رقابتی پایدار شرکت های فناوری اطلاعات در ایران است. در این پژوهش به کمک خبرگانِ سه شرکت مطرح فناوری اطلاعات در این حوزه، مهم ترین سرمایه های نامشهودی (سرمایه فکری، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه معنوی) که در تدوین مزیت رقابتی برای شرکت های فناوری اطلاعات نقش مهمی دارند، شناسایی و رتبه بندی شدند. با مطالعه ادبیات و ایجاد پنل خبرگی، برای سه گزینه سرمایه فکری، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه معنوی، در مجموع 16 زیرگزینه استخراج گردید. برای مزیت رقابتی نیز پنج معیار قیمت، پشتیبانی، طراحی، تصویر و کیفیت در نظر گرفته شد که رتبه بندی گزینه ها بر اساس این معیارها، از طریق فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای صورت پذیرفت. نتایج فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای نشان داد سرمایه فکری در مقایسه با سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه معنوی در خلق مزیت رقابتی در شرکت های فناوری اطلاعات، نقش مهم تری دارد. همچنین در رتبه بندی زیرگزینه ها، سرمایه انسانی بالاترین رتبه را در کسب مزیت رقابتی در این حوزه به دست آورد. عنصر رابطه ای، چشم انداز محوری/ ارزش محوری و سرمایه رابطه ای/ مشتری، در رتبه های بعدی اهمیت در تدوین مزیت رقابتی پایدار قرار گرفتند.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to provide a model for dynamic knowledge management in Iranian government organizations.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, survey-exploratory in terms of approach, and qualitative in terms of type. The statistical population of this research was a group of experts, including university professors, and senior managers of the Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, and based on theoretical sampling, 11 of them were selected as a statistical sample and were interviewed. The approach adopted in this research to analyze the interviews was theme analysis.Findings: The results of the research led to the presentation of a new model in the field of dynamic knowledge management in Iranian government organizations, including five main variables (including: promotional levers of dynamic knowledge management, intra-organizational factors of dynamic knowledge management, extra-organizational factors of dynamic knowledge management, executive levers of dynamic knowledge management, and expected consequences of dynamic knowledge management).Conclusion: The results of this research showed that if dynamic knowledge management is implemented well in Iran's government organizations, it can be expected that organizational productivity and agility and the satisfaction of stakeholders will improve.
A Sustainable eHealth Program to Enhance the Healthcare Sector(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aims to assess the efficiency of the eHealth program by conducting a comparative study between public and private healthcare settings in Bangladesh and Malaysia. A detailed literature review gathered from leading databases, articles, and case studies was conducted to achieve the study’s objective. After evaluating the literature and utilizing reducing methods the factors were organized and categorized into the four SWOT groups. The study exhibits that the government of Bangladesh has taken multiple approaches to efficient usage of their resources and providing primary healthcare services at grassroots levels. However, compared to a developing country like Malaysia it is far lag and struggling with multiple challenges like inadequate ICT infrastructure interoperability issues, low adoption of services, privacy and trust issues inadequate data security lack of policies and regulations, and insufficient funding along with multiple threats like resistance to change, cultural influence, and native environmental issues. Nonetheless, these challenges can be addressed through the development of adequate infrastructure, technology, financial support, and human resource capabilities. This will help to achieve the goal of universal health coverage and digital healthcare. This paper identified and explored numerous eHealth concerns and institutionalized favorable policy recommendations to establish an effective and successful eHealth system and boost the healthcare sectors of Bangladesh and similar emerging economies. Being the first to incorporate SWOT analysis and eHealthcare programs, the suggested approaches can have a significant positive impact on the implementation of an effective and sustainable eHealth system.
Mushakkal: Detecting Arabic Clickbait Using CNN with Various Optimizers(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The term "clickbait" refers to content specifically designed to capture readers' attention, often through misleading headlines, leading to frustration among social media users. In this study, titled "Mushakkal," which translates to "variety" in Arabic, we utilized a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)—a deep learning approach—to detect clickbait within an Arabic dataset. We compared three optimizers: RMSprop, Adam, and Adadelta, evaluating various parameter settings to determine the most effective combination for detecting clickbait in Arabic content. Our findings revealed that the CNN model performed best when both pre-processing and Word2Vec techniques were applied. The Adam optimizer outperformed the others, achieving a Macro-F1 score of 77%. The RMSprop optimizer closely followed, attaining a Macro-F1 score of 76%. In contrast, Adadelta proved to be the least effective for classifying Arabic text.
Designing an Adoption Model for Electronic Human Resource Management in Service-Oriented Organizations: A Case Study of Tehran Municipality(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aims to develop an adoption model tailored for service-oriented organizations and then evaluate its effectiveness within the specific context of Tehran Municipality, Iran's foremost service-oriented institution. Utilizing a mixed-method research approach integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies, this study delineated the dimensions, categories, and indicators pertinent to the adoption of Electronic Human Resource Management (EHRM) systems in service-oriented organizations. Qualitative methodologies were employed to identify and develop the adoption model, which was subsequently evaluated within Tehran Municipality using a quantitative approach. In the qualitative segment of this study, in-depth interviews were conducted using a snowball sampling technique until theoretical saturation was achieved. For the quantitative phase, a sample of 310 experts affiliated with Tehran Municipality's EHRM system was surveyed. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS 4.0 software were employed for data analysis. Ultimately, this research extracted five dimensions, 14 categories, and 94 indicators for the proposed adoption model. Notably, experts accorded the highest priority to the technological dimension in the adoption model, with specific emphasis on “adaptive architecture, security and privacy of employees, trialability and reliability, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational dynamic capabilities, digital Leadership Policy and Actions, cloud computing, etc…”, as pivotal factors in EHRM adoption. The organizational dimension assumed the second-highest priority, while the individual dimension was assigned a third-place ranking. Micro and macro-environmental factors followed in subsequent priority order.
Identification and Evaluation Factors for Improving Online Shopping Based on Customer Experience in E-Start-ups in the Field of Health and Medical Care(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Start-up businesses have attracted considerable attention regarding the new approach in the modern economy The present study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of customers’ online shopping experience in e-commerce start-ups in the healthcare sector.Method: This is an applied research conducted as a descriptive-survey. The target population includes all customers who used the electronic start-up services in the healthcare sector; out of which a sample of 384 individuals was selected using the Morgan table. A self-administered questionnaire was developed to collect the data which were analyzed using partial least squares and Smart-PLS software.Findings: All research hypotheses were confirmed, and it was proved that factors such as customer respect, customer enjoyment, importance of time, information security, convenience, perceived experience, valuable experience, and perceived image experience have a positive effect on improving customers’ online shopping experience in e-commerce start-ups.Conclusion: Applying the proposed model helps e-start-ups increase their performance by eliminating their shortcomings and boosting their strengths.
