The rapid emergence and evolution of technology have greatly impacted the way people live their lives. The internet has become a vital part of our daily lives. E-commerce is a type of technology development that enables customers to buy and sell products online. It is a unique form of transaction that connects people from all around the world. Today, many consumers shop for products online and present their products along with their specifications. This is becoming more prevalent. This increases the number of consumers online, which can result in a drop in growth. This is one of the main factors that a company uses to measure its success. Growing business success is revealed with retained customers. Satisfied consumers are the assets for a growing business. The study investigates the factors that influence people's decisions when it comes to buying items online. It shows that the experiences they have while shopping online can affect their decisions. The following statistical tools were applied for this study: percentage analysis, mean score with rank correlation, and t-Test. The results reveal that the factors quality, cost, product variety, uniqueness, and safety payments were highlighted as important indicators of performance and that the companies that do online businesses had to take care of their main goal as per the proposal.

Social Media Value Creation Practices and Interactivity of Electronic Word of Mouth Systems(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The main drivers of value creation in a ‘brand community’ are social networking, community engagement, impression management, and brand use. Marketers are therefore interested in determining which factors affect the value creation practices. This study examines the impact of the Interactivity of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) systems on value creation practices in a brand community, which in turn influences the loyalty of the customers. In this regard, a conceptual model was developed and tested by the researchers of the current study. The results indicate that perceptions of the users regarding the interactivity of EWOM systems, highly impact only three of the four value creation practices including community engagement practices, impression management practices, and brand use practices. Furthermore, the researchers found that collective value creation practices could significantly and directly enhance brand loyalty. Several theoretical contributions and managerial implications were also discussed

Identification and Evaluation Factors for Improving Online Shopping Based on Customer Experience in E-Start-ups in the Field of Health and Medical Care(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Start-up businesses have attracted considerable attention regarding the new approach in the modern economy The present study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of customers’ online shopping experience in e-commerce start-ups in the healthcare sector.Method: This is an applied research conducted as a descriptive-survey. The target population includes all customers who used the electronic start-up services in the healthcare sector; out of which a sample of 384 individuals was selected using the Morgan table. A self-administered questionnaire was developed to collect the data which were analyzed using partial least squares and Smart-PLS software.Findings: All research hypotheses were confirmed, and it was proved that factors such as customer respect, customer enjoyment, importance of time, information security, convenience, perceived experience, valuable experience, and perceived image experience have a positive effect on improving customers’ online shopping experience in e-commerce start-ups.Conclusion: Applying the proposed model helps e-start-ups increase their performance   by eliminating their shortcomings and boosting their strengths.
