تحلیل مدل عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی

چکیده
هدف تحقیق، تحلیل مدل عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی بود. روش تحقیق، توصیفی-پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. داده های تحقیق به صورت میدانی و به شیوه آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) جمع آوری شد. نمونه کیفی، شامل 18 نفر از خبرگان که به روش غیر تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب و در بخش کمی، کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان تربیت بدنی وزارت آموزش و پرورش و ادارات کل تابعه بودند که بر اساس نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای و با فرمول کوکران، تعداد 400 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 29 عامل مؤثر بر توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط 10 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه که بر تربیت بدنی مدارس اشراف داشتند و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد (85/0=α). برای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی عوامل از نرم افزارهای SPSS وAmos برای اولویت بندی عوامل شناسایی شده از تکنیک AHP استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که 29 عامل به ترتیب، در قالب 8 محور بهینه سازی منابع انسانی، برنامه آموزشی، برنامه های جاری آموزش و پرورش، اقدامات انگیزشی، سیاست گذاری کلان دولت، حمایت مالی، قوانین و مقررات و پشتیبانی از برنامه های توسعه منابع انسانی، بر توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی اثرگذار است. توجه و تمرکز بر جذب و توسعه حرفه ای مدرسان، کیفیت بخشی به محتوای آموزشی و ایجاد انگیزه در دبیران تربیت بدنی، توسعه حرفه ای دبیران را تسهیل خواهد کرد.Analysis of the Model of Factors Affecting the Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers
The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers. The research method was descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. Research data were collected in the field and in a mixed manner (qualitative and quantitative). The qualitative sample consisted of 18 experts who were randomly selected and in the quantitative section, all managers and physical education experts of the Ministry of Education and affiliated departments were selected based on stratified random sampling with Cochran's formula, 400 people were selected. . The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire including 29 factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers. (α =0 /85). SPSS and AMOS software were used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and AHP technique was used to prioritize the identified factors. Findings showed that 29 factors in the form of 8 axes of human resource optimization, curriculum, current education programs, incentive measures, government macro-policy, financial support, laws and regulations, and support for human resource development programs, respectively. The professional development of physical education teachers is effective. Focusing on the recruitment and professional development of teachers, improving the quality of educational content and motivating physical education teachers will facilitate the professional development of teachers.
