چکیده
ﺑﺨﺶ ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز اﯾﺮان و واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟ ﻮژﯾﮑﯽ آن ﺑ ﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوری ﻫﺎی ﻧﻮﯾﻦ اﮐﺘﺸﺎف، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز و ﻧﯿﺎز ﻣﺒ ﺮم ﮐﺸ ﻮر ﺑ ﻪ درآﻣ ﺪﻫﺎی ارزی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺻﺎدرات ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز ﺳﺒﺐ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ اﯾ ﻦ ﺑﺨ ﺶ ﺑ ﻪ ﻋﻨ ﻮان ﺑﺨﺸ ﯽ ﮐﻠﯿﺪی ﺑﺮای ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮ ﮐﺮدن ﺗﺤﺮﯾﻢ ﻫﺎ از ﺳﻮی اﯾﺎﻻت ﻣﺘﺤﺪه و اﺗﺤﺎدﯾﻪ اروﭘﺎ ﻣ ﻮرد اﺳ ﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای درصدد پاسخگویی به این سوال بوده است که استراتژی تحریم های بین المللی چه تاثیری بر الگوهای توسعه یافتگی صنعت نفت ایران داشته است؟ یافته ها حاکی از آن است که تحریم های بین المللی طی سالیان اخیر بر بازارهای مالی و سرمایه گذاری های خارجی و بالاخص بر میزان بهره برداری و بهره وری میادین صنعت نفت تاثیر گذار بوده است و الگوی مطلوب توسعه صنعت نفت در راستای مقابله بهینه با تحریم های بین الملل، اجرای تلفیقی الگوی توسعه مبتنی بر بهره برداری و بهره وری میادین و مخازن و الگوی توسعه مبتنی بر تکنولوژی و فناوری استEvaluation of the effects of international sanctions strategy on the development patterns of the oil industry
Iran's oil and gas sector and its technological dependence to new technologies for oil exploration, development and production provide country's urgent need for foreign exchange earnings from oil and gas exports have made it a key part of making sanctions more effective that use by the United States and the European Union. The present study, with a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, has sought to answer the question that what effect has the international sanctions strategy had on the development patterns of Iran's oil industry? Findings indicate that international sanctions in recent years have affected financial markets and foreign investment and especially the exploitation and productivity of oil industry fields and the optimal model for the development of the oil industry in order to optimally deal with international sanctions is the integrated implementation of a development model based on the exploitation and productivity of fields and reservoirs development model based on technology
