Agovernmentshouldusesocialmediaforcommunicatingwithitscitizen.Theengagement index score is one of the methods for assessing the rate of governmental success in using social media as a tool in establishing interactive relationships with its citizen. In general, the engagement index score is obtained by calculating the number of posts, number of likes and comments, and so forth on a single social media account. Therefore, we propose an integrated engagement index score for three social media: Facebook, Youtube and Twitter. In this work, we carry out a study for local governments in Indonesia. The engagement index score was adopted from the previous research. However, we modified the formula to get a better distribution score.Our modified formula generates the same ranking sequences with previous research.Also, Facebook and Youtubes’ reaction are considered in this work to analyzes the quality of sentiments to a Facebook fan page and Youtube channel of localgovernments.

Does the Lecturer’s Innovativeness Drive VLE Adoption in Higher Education Institutes? (A Study Based on Extended UTAUT)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The focus of this study is on lecturer’s use of online technology in the higher education context. Precisely, this study aims to understand the effect of personal innovativeness in IT (PI) in determining technology adoption behavior of lecturers in the higher education institutes in Sri Lanka. In this study, the variable of personal innovativeness in IT is integrated with the UTAUT framework and thereby the causal paths which effects VLE adoption intention of individuals is examined. Literature suggests that domain-specific innovativeness is a crucial factor in determining an individual’s adoption of technological innovations. Therefore, understanding the multifaceted effects of this factor along with other significant factors can help higher education institutes to effectively endorse online technology among lectures, generating productive payoffs in the long run. The quantitative method was used for data collection, which yielded # 1253 responses through the Question Pro online survey tool. The targeted respondents were the registered lecturers in higher education institutes of Sri Lanka, selected based on simple random sampling method. Structural equation modelling (SEM) procedure was employed for data analysis using IBM SPSS (ver.21) and AMOS (Ver.26). The structural path analysis resulted in partial mediation, confirming that “lecturer’s innovativeness in IT” exerts its influence on VLE adoption intention by altering the mediators set in the study. Further, the study validated a unique set of factors that determine lecturer’s acceptance of VLE in a higher education setting.

A Prototyping and Evaluation of Hospital Dashboard through End-User Computing Satisfaction Model (EUCS)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

In today's competitive environment, one of the new tools in the field ofinformation technology is business or organizational dashboards that are as abackup in the process of strategic management of organizations. The aim ofthis study is building a prototype of a hospital dashboard on the principles andguidelines of dashboards and evaluating it based on End UserComputing Satisfaction (EUCS). The prototype of a simple dashboard was prepared for evaluation, using experimental research through a questionnaire according to the end-user computing satisfaction model. The test results to compare the average of research variables consisted of satisfaction of the dashboard format, being up to date, ease of use, accuracy and content with average status showed a significant difference between the average of all variables and their average value. Results concluded that among the variables, the format which has had the highest satisfaction rate and accuracy has had the lowest levels of satisfaction among users. Also, the level of users’ satisfaction of all factors of the dashboard is equal.

Investigating the Impact of Information Quality on Relationship Marketing with Mediating Role of Salespeople’ Relational Competency: Survey about Iranian ISP(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Despite the vital role of information in relational-oriented firms, there are limited studies on the impact of information quality on relationship marketing. To address this gap, this study develops a conceptual model to examine the impact of information quality on the successful implementation of relationship marketing by assessing the mediating role of salespeople's relational competency. The proposed model is tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique with data collected from 140 employee-customer pair sample of Shatel Group (Tehran, Iran). Stratified sampling is our applied research methodology, we also employed questionnaire for data collection. The results indicate that while there is no meaningful relationship between information quality and salespeople's relational competency, there is a significant relationship between salespeople's relational competency and relationship marketing. Accordingly, it could be concluded that salespeople's relational competency cannot act as a mediating variable and thus information quality cannot affect relationship marketing indirectly.

Managers should pay more attention to flexible production systems in order to cope with the challenges posed by factors such as global competition, changing customer demands, increasing market penetration, and rapid technological growth. On the other hand, the development of information and communication technology (ICT) provides significant opportunities for a more effective supply chain management including mobile supply chains. This research is aimed at identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting the diffusion of mobile supply chain management systems in dairy industries. To do this, the effective factors and key performance variables were identified through the reviewing associated literature followed by utilizing the Interpretative Ranking Process (IRP). The Prioritization of the factors was conducted with respect to the performance variables. Applying this method provides the ability to prioritize indicators with respect to variables that are very influential in business based on experts' opinions. The results of this study indicate that having appropriate knowledge, compatibility with existing infrastructure, Privacy of data stored and company revenue have the highest rank in this prioritization.

Factors Influencing Acceptance of E-health: an Interpretive Structural Modeling(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The aim of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the acceptance of electronic health on the basis of the theory of planned behavior. E-health is a growing field of health communication that entails using medical informatics, public health, and trades. As a result, E-health facilitates the provision of health information and services through the internet and related technologies. In this regard, this study aims to explain the acceptance of e-health by its beneficiaries such as physicians, patients, and healthcare managers. The results have shown that the most important factors affecting the acceptance of e-health are:  1. Organizational related factors of e-health services; 2. Human-related factors of acceptors; 3. Environment-related factors; 4. Factors associated with financial sources and expenditures; 5. Technical and infrastructural factors. Taking advantage of interpretive structural modeling, we demonstrated these factors and determined the level of their reciprocal relations.
