چکیده
نظام های انتخاباتی از لوازم بنیادی نظام های سیاسی مردم سالار هستند. اهمیت آن ها نه فقط به واسطه نقش آنها در ساخت جامعه ی مردم سالار که در تأثیراتی است که کارکردهای این نظام بر ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه بر جای می گذارد. واژه انتخابات به معنای عملِ گزینش و انتخاب کردن است؛ یعنی عمل گزینش و انتخاب کردن از چندین مورد یا گزینه های مختلف؛ انتخابات زمانی واقعیت بیرونی خواهد داشت که اولاً اراده ی آزاد انسان، پیش فرض گرفته شود؛ و ثانیاً امکان اجرای این آزادیِ عملِ گزینش وجود داشته باشد و ثالثاً گزینه های مختلفی وجود داشته باشد تا از میان آنها گزینش صورت گیرد. هدف این مقاله تبیین تأثیر مشروعیت سیاسی و مردم سالاری دینی بر انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی است که با استفاده از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای، به تأثیر این دو مقوله بر انتخابات مجلس پرداخته شده است.The effect of political legitimacy and religious democracy on the electoral system of the Islamic Council
Electoral systems are a fundamental part of democratic political systems. Their importance is not only due to their role in building a democratic society, but in the effects that the functions of this system have on the political, economic and social aspects of society. The word election means the act of choosing; It means the act of selecting and choosing from several items or different options; Elections will have an external reality when, first, the free will of man is assumed; And secondly, it is possible to implement this freedom of choice and thirdly, there are various options to choose from. The purpose of this article is to explain the effect of political legitimacy and religious democracy on the elections of the Islamic Council, which has been addressed by using the descriptive-analytical method and using library sources, the effect of these two categories on the elections.
