شناسایی عوامل مدرسه ای مؤثر بر تربیت اخلاقی دانش آموزان دوره ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان: مطالعه کیفی

چکیده
تربیت اخلاقی در عصرحاضر از مهمترین اهداف نظام تعلیم و تربیت است. دراین راستا هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مدرسه ای موثر ازدیدگاه معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر تربیت اخلاقی بود. پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی از طریق تحلیل محتوا به شیوه تحلیل شبکه مضامین (اتراید استرلینگ، 2002) انجام گرفت و عوامل مدرسه ای موثر بر تربیت اخلاقی استخراج گردید. شرکت کنندگان پژوهش به صورت نمونه گیری بارز با اصل حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند(17 معلم مقطع ابتدایی). برای گردآوری داده از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده گردید وجهت اعتبار داده ها از روش بازبینی محقق انجام گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل و طبقه بندی داده ها 82 مضمون پایه (شکیبایی و تاب آوری معلم، تسلط معلم نسبت به محتوا، بحث های اخلاقی، تقلید از همسالان، وضع مقررات اخلاقی و...)؛ 11مضمون سازمان دهنده(ویژگی شناختی معلم ، ویژگی های شخصیتی و اخلاقی معلم، نحوه ی تعامل با دانش اموزان، ارزشمندی محتوا و... )؛ 5 مضمون فراگیر (معلم، محتوا، فضای مدرسه و چینش کلاس، گروه همسالان و مقررات مدرسه) استخراج گردید .Identifying school factors affecting the moral education of primary school students from the teachers' point of view: a qualitative study
Ethics and moral education is one of the basic pillars of human culture and due to its important role in the destiny of man and society, This research was conducted with a qualitative approach through the analysis of the content of the interviews using the descriptive and interpretive method using the theme network analysis method and the school factors effective on moral education were extracted. The participants of the research were selected as a clear sampling with the principle of maximum diversity (17 primary school teachers). A semi-structured interview method was used to collect the data, and the researcher's review method was used to validate the data. After analyzing and classifying the data into 82 basic themes (the teacher's patience and resilience, the teacher's mastery of the content, moral discussions, imitating peers, establishing moral regulations, etc.); 11. The theme of the organizer (cognitive characteristic of the teacher, personality and moral characteristics of the teacher, the way of interaction with students, the value of the content, etc.); 5 overarching themes (teacher, content, school environment and classroom layout, peer group and school regulations) drove them.
