امکان سنجی اجرای دوره های آموزشی آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر در بستر رایانش ابری بر اساس الگوی خان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر امکان سنجی اجرای دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت بر بستر رایانش ابری می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه معلمان، مدیران، کارمندان و مدرسان دوره های ضمن خدمت آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر بودند. از این میان 250 نفر به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی محتوایی و سازه پرسشنامه بر اساس نتایج CVR لاوشه و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی و تایید شد. ضریب آلفا کرانباخ بالاتر از 89/0 نیز مبیّن پایایی مناسب آن بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون T تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر از نظر موسسه ای، مدیریتی و فناوری برای اجرا برنامه های آموزش ضمن خدمت بر بستر رایانش ابری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد. اما از نظر آموزشی، اخلاقی، طراحی واسط کاربری، پشتیبانی و ارزشیابی آمادگی استفاده از این تکنولوژی را دارد. بنابراین می توان گفت اگرچه آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر برای اجرای برنامه های آموزش مبتنی بر رایانش ابری تاحدودی شرایط لازم را دارا می باشد اما کافی نیست و لازم است که عوامل مؤسسه ای، مدیریتی و فناوری را تقویت کند. باید قبل از تصمیم گیری در مورد برگزاری دوره های آموزش مبتنی بر رایانش ابری در مورد مواردی که امکان اجرای آنها در حد متوسط و یا کمتر از متوسط است فکری نموده و نسبت به رفع کاستی ها اقدام کرد.The Feasibility of Performing Educational Courses of Bushehr Province Education in Cloud Computing bed Based on Khan's model
This study aims to assess the feasibility of training courses in the field of cloud computing. The statistical population of the study included all teachers of education departments and instructors of on – the - job education courses in Bushehr province. 250 of them were selected by Stratified Relative Sampling Method and a questionnaire based on Khan e-learning model was used to collect data. content reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Law she's CVR and constructive validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was more than 0.89 and confirmed the good reliability of the questionnaire. The results of data analysis using One Sample t-Test showed that education in Bushehr province has the least level of readiness to do a training courses in the field of cloud computing in terms of support, that requires a detailed planning to improve it. It is also in an unfavorable status in the managerial, institutional and technological dimensions. However, it has an excellent status in the moral dimension. The design of user interface, education and technology is also in good condition. It is important to note that although Bushehr Education Department has the conditions to implement education programs based on Cloud Computing.
