نیازسنجی فعالیت ها و دوره های آموزشی- ورزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در بخش همگانی و قهرمانی از دیدگاه دانشجومعلمان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، نیازسنجی فعالیت ها و دوره های آموزشی- ورزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در بخش همگانی و قهرمانی از دیدگاه دانشجو معلمان بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجومعلمان ترم های چهار و بالاتر دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی400-1399 بود (70000 نفر). براساس جدول مورگان، اعضای نمونه 400 نفر بهصورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نیازسنجی در دو بخش وضعیت موجود و موضعیت مطلوب با چهار مؤلفه (سخت افزاری ورزش همگانی، نرم افزاری ورزش همگانی، سخت افزاری ورزش قهرمانی و نرم افزاری ورزش قهرمانی) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی تأیید شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از t تک نمونه و t مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در بخش ورزش همگانی پیاده روی و والیبال، و در بخش ورزش قهرمانی فوتبال و فوتسال در اولویت بود. از دیدگاه دانشجومعلمان وضعیت موجود امکانات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری ورزش همگانی و قهرمانی در وضعیت مطلوب نمی باشد. همچنین، بین دیدگاه دختران و پسران نسبت به امکانات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری ورزش همگانی تفاوت معنادری مشاهده نشد. اما بین دیدگاه پسران و دختران نسبت به امکانات سخت افزاری ورزش قهرمانی و امکانات نرم افزاری ورزش قهرمانیتفاوت وجود داشت. بنابراین، انتظار می رود مسئولان ورزش دانشگاهی به منظور کسب موفقیت، افزایش سلامت و تعالی دانشجومعلمان و برای اثربخشی فعالیت ورزشی فوق برنامه و تأمین ارضای نیازهای آن ها به انتخاب مسئولان متخصص و مربیان مجرب، علایق دانشجویان، به کارگیری اطلاعات علمی و تجهیز امکانات لازم توجه بیشتری داشته باشند.Needs assessment of cultural-educational activities and courses in Farhangian University in the public and championship section from the perspective of student-teachers.
The purpose of the study was to assess the needs of Farhangian University's educational and sports activities and courses in the public and championship sections from the perspective of student-teachers. The statistical population was students of fourth and upper semester teachers in the academic year 1399-400 and a sample of 400 people were selected by stratified random sampling. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire containing hardware and software components in both sports and championship sports was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Single sample t and independent t were used to analyze the data.The results showed that in public sports, walking and volleyball and in championship sports, football and futsal were in the priority of students, respectively. The current situation of hardware and software facilities of public and championship sports of the university was not in a favorable situation from the perspective of student-teachers (<sig0.05). Also, there was no significant difference between the views of girls and boys regarding the hardware and software facilities of public sports (t = 5.313,> sig> 0.05), but in championship sports (t = 7.146,> sig> 0.05. ), This difference was significant.
