چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توسعه پایدار گردشگری خلاق که نسل سوم گردشگری و متناسب با نیاز گردشگران کنونی است، سیستمی بسیار پیچیده و پویا است. یعنی عوامل زیادی در آن دخیل هستند که از یکدیگر تأثیر پذیرفته و بر یکدیگر تأثیر می گذارند و روابط آنها به صورت خطی نیست که بتوان به راحتی در مورد آن تصمیم گیری و برنامه ریزی کرد. همچنین هر یک از عوامل دخیل در این سیستم، هدف و مدیریت متفاوتی دارند. این می تواند منجر به همپوشانی و حتی درگیری بین ذینفعان شود. از سوی دیگر، در گذر زمان این سیستم بسیار دستخوش تغییر و تحول می شود و ایستا نیست. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر این است که روشن کند چه عوامل مهمی در توسعه پایدار گردشگری خلاق تأثیر می گذارد و چه استراتژی هایی باید در راستای توسعه پایدار این نوع جدید از گردشگری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.روش شناسی: به منظور این هدف از روش پویایی شناسی سیستم استفاده شده است.یافته ها: کلیه عوامل دخیل شامل ابعاد پایداری و همچنین ابعاد گردشگری خلاق، در قالب نمودار علت و معلولی (CLD) ترسیم شده که حلقه های مختلفی شکل گرفته اند و سپس نمودار انباشت – جریان (SFD) مربوط به آن نیز ارائه شده است و این مدل به عنوان مبنایی برای مدیریت و برنامه ریزی به منظور توسعه پایدار گردشگری خلاق مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: در توسعه ی گردشگری خلاق، هدف اصلی افزایش تعداد گردشگران وفادار است ولی باید به اهداف پایداری نیز توجه کرد تا ارزش بازدیدها هم برای گردشگران و هم برای جامعه محلی و ارائه دهندگان خدمات افزایش یابد.نوآوری و اصالت: پژوهش حاضر با به کارگیری رویکرد پویایی شناسی سیستم به منظور توسعه پایدار گردشگری خلاق و نگاه دوجانبه و همزمان به مفاهیم گردشگری خلاق و مفاهیم توسعه پایدار گردشگری، در پژوهش های صنعت گردشگری نوآوری و اصالت داشته و ارزش افزایی نموده است.Sustainable development of creative tourism using system dynamics approach
Context and Purpose: The sustainable development of creative tourism, which is the third generation of tourism and fits the needs of current tourists, is a very complex and dynamic system. That is, there are many factors involved in it that influence each other and influence each other, and their relationships are not linear, which can be easily decided and planned. Also, each of the factors involved in this system has a different purpose and management. This can lead to overlapping and even conflict between stakeholders. From the side of the passage of time, this system undergoes a lot of changes and transformations and is not static. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to clarify what important factors affect the sustainable development of creative tourism and what strategies should be used in the direction of the sustainable development of this new type of tourism.Design/methodology/approach: For this purpose, the method of system dynamics has been used.Findings: All the factors involved, including the dimensions of sustainability as well as the dimensions of creative tourism, are drawn in the form of a cause and effect diagram (CLD) and then the related accumulation-flow diagram (SFD) is presented and this model is a basis for Management and planning are used for sustainable development of creative tourism.Conclusion: In the development of creative tourism, the main goal is to increase the number of loyal tourists. . But in this regard, we should also pay attention to sustainability goals to increase the value of visits for both tourists and the local community and service providers.Originality/value: The present research has been innovative and original and added value by applying the system dynamics approach in the complex and dynamic field of creative tourism with regard to sustainable development in the researches of the tourism industry.
