چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر آسیب شناسی دوره های کارورزی معلمان پذیرفته شده از طریق آزمون استخدامی است. مطالعه حاضر در قالب روش کیفی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل معلمان پذیرفته شده در آزمون استخدامی سال 1397 بود که از بین آن ها به شیوه در دسترس و با رعایت قاعده اشباع نظری نمونه گیری انجام شد. در همین راستا، با 12 نفر از افراد شرکت کننده در دوره کارورزی مصاحبه به عمل آمد و نتایج مصاحبه از طریق تحلیل محتوا بررسی شد. براساس نتایج، مصاحبه شوندگان عدم استفاده از کارورز در نقش تعیین شده، عدم پذیرش کارورز در مدرسه، عدم تعیین معلمان راهنمای ماهر و توانمند، محدودبودن آموزش کارورزی به شیوه تدریس در مدارس شهری و تک پایه، عدم برنامه ریزی مناسب و ضعف نظارت از سوی اساتید راهنما و معلمان راهنما، کمبود امکانات اجرایی و فعالیت بدون کارمزد را به عنوان نقاط ضعف و افزایش اعتماد به نفس و کاهش استرس در اداره کلاس و آشنایی با محیط مدرسه و کلاس را به عنوان نقاط قوت دوره ها بیان کردند. در مجموع، یافته های پژوهش بر ضعف در اجرای دوره های کارورزی و از سوی دیگر آشناسازی افراد با شغل معلمی تأکید کرد.The Pathology of Teachers Internship Courses Accepted Through the Employment Test
The purpose of this study is to investigate the pathology of the internships of teachers accepted through the employment test. The present study was conducted as a qualitative method. The statistical population of the study consisted of teachers who were admitted to the recruitment test in 1397. In this regard, 12 interns were interviewed, and the results of the interviews were analyzed through content analysis method. Adoption of school interns, lack of qualified and capable guidance teachers, limited apprenticeships in urban and mono-elementary schools, lack of proper planning and poor supervision by tutors and teachers, lack of executive facilities and no paid work as weaknesses and increase self-esteem and stress reduction in class management and familiarity with Describe the power of school and class as the strengths of the courses. Overall, the findings of the study emphasized the weaknesses in the implementation of internships and on the other hand, the familiarity with the teaching profession.
