ارزیابی کتابخانه های دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر اساس استانداردهای کتابخانه های دانشگاهی ایران

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی تطبیقی وضعیت نیروی انسانی، مجموعه و فضای کتابخانه های مراکز آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با استاندارد کتابخانه دانشگاهی ایران است. این تحقیق از نوع مطالعهکاربردی است که با استفاده از روش پیمایشی - توصیفی و با به کارگیری ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، بر اساس استاندارد کتابخانه دانشگاهی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری آن را 64 کتابخانه پردیس و۳۴ کتابخانه مرکز آموزش عالی دانشگاه فرهنگیان تشکیل می دهد. به طور کلی 69 کتابخانه دانشگاهی فرهنگیان در شهرهای مختلف برای پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. یافته ها نشان داد کتابخانه های دانشگاه فرهنگیان از نظر نیروی انسانی 29درصد، از نظر مجموعه سازی 23درصد و از نظر فضا 54 درصد با استانداردهای کتابخانه دانشگاهی مطابقت دارند. کتابخانه های دانشگاه فرهنگیان از لحاظ کمی در شاخص های نیروی انسانی و مجموعه منابع اطلاعاتی با استاندارد کتابخانه های دانشگاهی فاصله چشمگیری دارند. اما در شاخص فضا، کتابخانه ها از وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوبی در مقایسه با دو شاخص دیگر برخوردارند. جذب نیروی متخصص کافی و تخصیص اعتبار مورد نیاز برای استانداردسازی مجموعه منابع و فضای کتابخانه ها تصمیم های جدی است که باید سرلوحه امور قرار گیرد.Evaluation of Farhangian University Libraries According to the Standards of Iranian University Libraries
The purpose of this study is to compare the human resources, collections and space of libraries in Farhangian University with the standard of Iranian university library. The present study is an applied study that has been done using a descriptive survey method. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire based on the university library standards. The statistical population consists of 64% of campus libraries and 34 libraries of Farhangian University. A total of 69 libraries responded to the questionnaire and the analysis was based on their data. Findings showed that Farhangian University libraries were 29% in terms of human resources, 23% in terms of collection and 54% in terms of space, according to university library standards. Farhangian University libraries are quantitatively far from the standards of university libraries in terms of human and information resources. But in terms of space, libraries are in a relatively good position compared to the other two indicators. Employing enough experts and allocating the necessary funds to standardize the collection and space of libraries are serious decisions that should be at the forefront.
