چکیده
امروز صنعت توریسم مشروط بر اینکه نظام مند، دانش محور و دوستدار محیط باشد، می تواند به عنوان یکی از متنوع ترین و کم هزینه ترین بخش های اقتصادی در دست یابی به توسعه پایدار مناطق ایفای نقش کند. این مطالعه بر آن است تا با بهره گیری از ارزیابی توان محیط، مناسب ترین مکان ها برای توسعه گردشگری در شهرستان نیشابور را شناسایی کند. در این تحقیق توان محیطی سرزمین با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل سیستمی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق گویای آن است که 84/1259 کیلومتر (معادل 11/14 درصد) از منطقه جهت توسعه توریسم گسترده قابل استفاده است. این بخش بصورت پراکنده در قسمت شمال، شرق و جنوب شهرستان نیشابور توزیع شده است. این در حالی است که توان توسعه توریسم متمرکز نیز در قسمت هایی از شمال، جنوب و شرق شهرستان وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج بررسی وضعیت پایداری شهرستان برای نیل به یک گردشگری پایدار که با بهره گیری از مدل DPSIR انجام شد، نشان می دهد شهرستان نیشابور اگر چه در زمینه شاخص های اجتماعی در مجموع در وضعیت نسبتاً پایداری قرار دارد اما از لحاظ شاخص های اقتصادی و محیطی عمدتاً در وضعیت ناپایدار است که طبعا در فرآیند توسعه گردشگری بایستی مورد توجه تصمیم گیران و برنامه ریزان قرار گیرد.Environmental capability assessment for Sustainable Development of Tourism in Neishabour city
Today, if the tourism industry is systematic, knowledge-based and environmentalist will play an outstanding role to develop tourist destinations sustainably as one of the most various and low-cost economic sectors. . This study aims to identify the most appropriate destinations for developing of tourism in Neishabour city using environmental capability assessment. In this research, environmental capability of the land has been estimated using systematic analyzing method. In the next level, environmental capability of the region was determined by examining units which was extracted using ecological factors. The result of the research states that 84.1259 kilometers (i.e. 11.14 percent) of the region can be used for extensive tourism development. It has been expanded sporadically in the north, east and south of Neishabour city. However, these destinations are usable for Development of centralized tourism. And also, results of analysis for the stability status of the town to access to a sustainable tourism which was done by means of DPSIR Model show that although Neishabour city is relatively stable regarding social indicators, but it is usually instable in terms of economic and environmental indicators. It naturally should be targeted by city planners and Decision makers.
