بررسی عوامل محیط بیرونی مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل محیطی بیرونی مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان استان گیلان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان فعال در حوزه ورزش قهرمانی (ورزشکاران، مربیان، داوران و کارشناسان) بودند که نمونه آماری به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند (351 نفر). روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسط 10 نفر از صاحب نظران مدیریت ورزشی، همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (83/0) و پایایی ترکیبی آن تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و بررسی برازش مدل با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار های اس پی اس اس25 و پی ال اس3 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل محیط بیرونی شامل عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی، اقتصادی ، سیاسی و بوم شناختی به طور مستقیم اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان داشت و حدود 81 درصد متغیر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان را تبیین می کردند. ضمنا عوامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی، بیش ترین تاثیر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان استان گیلان داشتند و فضا و امکانات، کسب موفقیت و در نهایت توان رقابتی ورزشکاران دارای بیش ترین اهمیت و اولویت در توسعه بودند. براساس این یافته ها می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که مسئولین و دست اندکاران حوزه ورزش، برای رشد و توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان می بایست توجه ویژه ای به عوامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی ورزش قهرمانی زنان داشته باشند.The Survey the External Environmental Factors Affecting the Development of Women's Championship Sport
The purpose of this study was to investigate the externalenvironmental factors affecting the development of Guilan women's championship sport. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of the study consisted of all women active in the field of championship sport (athletes, coaches, referees and experts) who were selected through purposive sampling (n= 351). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sport management experts, its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (0.83) and its composite reliability. Data analysis and model fit were performed using structural equation modeling in SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that external environment factors had a positive and significant effect on the development of women's championship sport and explained 81% of this variable. In addition, socio-cultural factors had the most impact on the development of Guilan women's championship sport, and the space, facilities, achievement and ultimately competitiveness of athletes were the most important and priority in development. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the authorities in the field of sport should pay particular attention to the socio-cultural factors of women's championship in order to develop and develop women's championship sport.
