چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی دلالت های اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر ویژگی های معلم بود. این تحقیق از نظر سنجش پذیری داده ها جزء روش های کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد عرفی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا (جمع آوری داده ها) جزء پژوهش های اسنادی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. نمونه پژوهش تمامی گزاره ها، احکام و مواد اسناد بود. نمونه گیری با توجه به هدف و روش شناسی تحقیق به شکل هدفمند انجام شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات به منظور پاسخ گویی به سؤالات تحقیق از چک لیست کیفی استفاده شد. روایی ابزار تحقیق توسط صاحب نظران حوزه علوم تربیتی تأیید شد. یافته ها نشان داد جامعه آماری دارای گزاره ها، مواد و بندهایی است که شامل واحد معنایی دلالت کننده بر ویژگی های معلم هستند. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد از دلالت های به دست آمده از اسناد می توان رمزهای را برای دستیابی به ویژگی های معلم استخراج کرد. ویژگی های معلم در قالب زیرمقوله ها و مقوله ها دسته بندی شدند. به کار گیری شیوه استدلال استقرایی در نهایت، زیرمقوله های مانند خصوصیات شخصیتی؛ مهارت های پداگوژیکی، قابلیت های ذهنی – عقلانی، توجه به اصول پداگوژیکی، شایستگی های پایه و ویژه، وظایف سازمانی، قدرت علمی تخصصی، وظایف شغلی، خدمات سازمانی، رشد سازمانی، توانمندسازی، احراز صلاحیت و ارزیابی عملکرد را آشکار کرد و به تناسب، آن ها را در هر دو سند (اساسنامه و سند راهبردی دانشگاه فرهنگیان) در ذیل سه مقوله ویژگی فردی، ویژگی حرفه ای و ویژگی سازمانی قرار داد. در نتیجه، ویژگی های معلم از منظر اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در یکی از سه مقوله فردی، حرفه ای و سازمانی جای می گیرد.Examine the Implications of the Upstream Documents of the Farhangian University on the Teacher Characteristics
The purpose of this research was to examine the attributes of the upstream documents of the Farhangian University on the characteristics of the teacher. This research is a qualitative method of qualitative content analysis with a conventional approach. The statistical population was the upstream documents of the Farhangian University. The statistical sample was all the statements of the documents. Sampling was done purposefully. A checklist was used to collect information to answer the research questions. The results showed that the statistical society has predictions, materials and clauses that include semantic unit that affects teachers' characteristics. Also, the findings showed that the signatures obtained from the documents could be extracted to obtain teacher attributes. The teacher's characteristics are categorized under the categories and categories. Applying the method of inductive reasoning in the end are subcategories such as personality traits, pedagogical skills, mental-intellectual capabilities, attention to pedagogical principles, basic and special competencies, organizational tasks, specialized scientific power, job tasks, organizational services, organizational growth, empowerment, qualification and performance evaluation in proportion to both documents, classified in three categories of individual characteristics, professional characteristics, and organizational characteristics.
