تجارب زیسته ارزشیابی آنلاین مدرسان، در دوران اپیدمی کووید 19: چالش ها و راهکارها (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تغییر اجباری و ناگهانی آموزش های رسمی دانشگاهی کشورمان از حالت حضوری به مجازی در دوران اپیدمی کووید 19 ضعف ها و چالش های سیستم های یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاهی ما را تا حدی زیادی نمایان ساخت. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش ها و پیشنهاد راهکارهایی برای بهبود سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاه آزاد کشورمان در بخش ارزشیابی بر اساس تجارب و دیدگاه های اساتید فعال در این سیستم یادگیری است. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و از راهبرد طرح پدیدارشناسی بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مدرسان دانشگاه آزاد سراسر کشور (به شرط دارا بودن حداقل دو نیمسال فعالیت آموزشی به صورت مجازی) هستند که 12 نفر از آن ها به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند گلوله برفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری داده ها انتخاب شده اند. داده لازم با استفاده ازمصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با روایی و پایایی تائید شده جمع آوری، و با استفاده از روش کوربین و اشتراونس و بهره گیری از نرم افزار ماکس کیودای 16 تحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش به مشخص نمودن 28 راهکار قابل اجرا در 8 بعد ارزشیابی در سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاه آزاد منجر شد. پژوهش های آتی می توانند با طراحی پلاگین های مرتبط با این راه کارها به صورت عملی به کیفیت این سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی بیانجامد.Lived experiences teachers, of online evaluation in the e-learning system of Iran Azad University during the Covid 19 epidemic: Challenges and solutions
The purpose of this study is to identify challenges and propose solutions to improve the e-learning system of our Azad University in the evaluation department based on the experiences and views of professors active in this learning system. The research approach is qualitative and the phenomenological design strategy has been used. The research population includes all faculty members of Iran Azad University, and 12 of them have been selected by purposive sampling method until the theoretical saturation of the data. The required data were collected using a semi-structured interview, with Confirmed validity and reliability, and analyzed using the Corbin and Strauss method and the Max Qudai 16 software. The results of the study led to the identification of 28 appropriate strategies in 8 evaluation dimensions in the e-learning system of Azad University. Future research can lead to the quality of this e-learning system by designing plugins related to these solutions in a practical way. Also, the results of this research can be used by other researchers as new topics for the development of the e-learning system of our country's Azad University.
