The Role of Educational System and Moral Teachings in the Process of Political and Social Development of Developing Countries(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: Human power is the most reliable capital of any country due to the power of thought, creativity and innovation. The expectation of any kind of development in the society depends only on the human power and intellectual ability of its members. One of the important components in measuring and evaluating human resources is the ethics and motivations of training and education. Therefore, in the following article, the influence of the political and social development process on the educational system and moral teachings in developing countries was investigated. Material and Methods: In order to achieve the goal, the present study conducted a comprehensive review of the sources related to the research keywords in PubMed and Science Direct, Sid, Noormagz and Civilica databases in the range of 2000 to 2022. Conclusion: People who participate in matters related to moral education, in addition to helping the organizational progress and ultimately the social and political system, also reach growth and prosperity in the individual dimension and promote social and political development. Therefore, it can be said that one of the important mechanisms for improving productivity is paying attention to the close relationship between ethics and education in the direction of social and political development. By realizing the abilities, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the educational system, the gap between the current situation and the desired situation can be identified, and based on the result, strategies can be formulated to improve it and eliminate the shortcomings. It is appropriate for political science theorists and government managers to include the interaction of ethics and education with society and its development among their key programs and goals and to invest in this matter as much as possible.

Favorable Social and Moral Consequences of Organized Crime Management in Society(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: The management of organized crime means the management of organizing, improving and organizing, in order to improve the situation and conditions of dangerous situations of committing crimes. Organized crime management in the country's criminal policy, as one of the pre-emptive strategies in committing crimes, along with other strategic models of crime reduction, can play a role and have favorable consequences. Therefore, the present research has investigated the desirable consequences of organized crime management at the social and moral level. Material and Methods: The present thesis is descriptive-analytical and analyzed the topic by reviewing the sources and articles related to organized crime that were published in Science Direct, PubMed, Magiran, civilica and Irandoc. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, the management of organized crime at the social level by affecting the preconditions of committing a crime has a significant effect on reducing the desire and motivation of criminals to commit a crime, controlling and preventing the skills and tools necessary to commit a crime and confronting it. Preventing the emergence of a suitable situation will be a crime. Also, the management of organized crime brings a reduction in criminal cases by correcting delinquent behaviors and preventing crime. Also, on the moral level, by reducing crimes and anomalies, it leads to preventing the violation of citizen's rights, preserving people's privacy, and establishing and maintaining security. Also, the rule of law and rule of law is obtained by establishing the management of organized crime for the correct implementation of the law, because the way of abnormality and disorder and breaking the law is closed and the field becomes narrow for the lawbreakers.

Attar's View of the Infra-structure of Self-Knowledge of Man's Perfection and the Ethical Society(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: Self-knowing and self–recognizing are the issues which have been studied in psychology, mysticism and religions. From any view which it is regarded, it shows the man's ability and aptitude in the line of dynamism of individual and the society. With regard to the importance of self-knowing, the main goal of the present research is to study the role of self-knowing for attaining the individual perfection and the formation of ethical society from the view of Attar. Material and Methods: In this essay, descriptive method has been employed and the researchers by studying and reviewing the books and essays about anthropology-religions – sociology and philosophy have looked for the factors of intuition, appearance and vision in the stories of "Manteq-ol-Tayr"; Conclusion: The main view of Sheikh Farideddin Attar, as one could see in most of his works especially in Mantq–ol-Tayr is returning man's attention to himself. Attar in this story explains his self-knowing doctrine to attain an ideal society and then announce his manifest of alliance on the basis of wisdom in the format of a story of birds who plan to find their king=themselves. Any of the birds of Manteq-ol-Tayr is the symbol of people with various thoughts and views.

The Role of Ethical Values in the Meaning of Life and Its Impact on Education from the View of Frankl's Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: No one could give meaning to the other's life, for the meaning of life is a personal not a general affair. Therefore, anyone should look for the meaning of his own life. The main goal of the present research is analyzing the role of ethical values and their contribution in education from the view of Frankl's approach. Material and Methods: The present research with the help of descriptive-analytic, comparative and deductive methods has been written and its information have been collected through the documentary – library searching. Conclusion: The measures and values could help men to find meaning in life to guide him to make better decision. In other words, a meaningful life is equal to valuable life, namely in the case the life could be meaningful that man recognizes the three creative, perceptive and experimental values. One can say that there is an interrelated condition between the values and the meaning. To Frankl the most indicators of spiritual life are magnanimity, accountability to the call of conscience and searching for meaning.

The Model of Ethical Variables Affecting Branding(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: The concept of ethical branding comes from the intersection of business ethics and brand management. An ethical brand is a brand that prevents harm to others. The purpose of this research is to provide a model of ethical variables influencing branding. Material and Methods: The current research is qualitative and among exploratory and applied research. The statistical population of this research includes business owners in East Azerbaijan province. Through targeted sampling, 15 people were selected as a sample from the target population. The data collection tool was semi-structured in-depth one-on-one interviews. Finally, the obtained data were recorded and analyzed by theme analysis method using MAXQDA18 software. Results: Examining the findings and conducting thematic analysis indicated the effect of 4 main ethical variables or main themes, which included: corporate ethical philosophy, corporate ethical communication, corporate ethical culture and ethical image. Conclusion: The unethical activities of businesses have caused many concerns for managers and academic researchers, because unethical behavior on the one hand affects the brand's personality and on the other hand, the decline of the company's reputation among customers, lack of it leads to repeat purchases and sanctions and punishment of the business by customers. Paying attention to the 4 factors presented in the formation model of ethical branding can have a significant impact on creating brand trust and satisfaction in commercial businesses.

The Role of Sense of Security and Social Cohesion in Adherence to Social Moral Values(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: This research aims to investigate the role of the sense of security and social cohesion on adherence to social moral values from the perspective of Tehrani citizens. Material and Methods: The current research was applied, which was carried out by survey method and correlation method. The statistical population of this research includes all citizens over 15 years of age living in Tehran, which according to the statistics center in 2015 was equal to 10,585,086 people. Among the target population, 388 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data were collected using a questionnaire and finally analyzed using the Pearson correlation test with SPSS software. Results: The results of the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between adherence to social values and a sense of social security (r=0.434) and social cohesion (r=0.587) and also between a sense of security and social cohesion (r=0.263) there is a positive relationship. Conclusion: The present research showed that with the increase of social cohesion (popular participation and activity in the community, normative acceptance and legalism, local belonging and interest in the environment) and the feeling of security both subjectively and objectively and conditions, the level of adherence and respect It increases the values of social ethics, including commitment, honesty and adherence to family relationships

Identifying Moral Damages Caused by the Lifestyle of Students Affected by Cyberspace(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: Identifying the moral damages of the cyberspace used by students can effectively play a role in the correct use of this space, with the understanding of this importance, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the moral damages caused by the lifestyle of students affected by the cyberspace. Material and Methods: The method of the current research is practical in terms of its purpose and it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data collection. The qualitative research method was content analysis with an inductive approach. The participants of the qualitative part of the research, the students of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province, who were aware and knowledgeable about the moral damages of cyberspace, the purposeful theoretical sampling method was used with 12 people. The estimation of the desired sample size was done based on the theoretical saturation of the data. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview. Triangulation method and Christiansen angle technique were used to check the validity in the qualitative part. The research method was descriptive-survey quantitative. The statistical population included all the students of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province (N=43), 399 were examined using stratified random sampling method through Cochran's formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data. Data analysis was done using confirmatory factor analysis in SPSS22 and Amos statistical software. Results: The results of the survey showed that the moral damages caused by the way of life of students affected by cyber space include emerging and classic social damages, educational-cultural damages, political damages, security damages, psychological damages, and physiological damages. Conclusion: As a result, to reduce moral damages, it is possible to pay attention to the identified damages.

Prediction of the Auditor's Professional Skepticism Based on the Ethical Climate of the Organization and Demographic Characteristics of the Auditor(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Introduction: Professional skepticism is an important and effective element on auditors' judgment and overshadows audit quality. Therefore, the main goal of the current research is to predict the auditor's professional skepticism based on the ethical climate of the organization and demographic characteristics such as gender, education and experience. Material and Methods: The research method in this research is descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population includes auditors working in the auditing profession and the statistical sample of the present study is auditors working in auditing institutions. Sampling method, sampling is available. About 70% of the sample are men and the rest are women. The instrument for measuring research variables is a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire is determined based on Cronbach's alpha. Multivariate regression test using SPSS software was used to analyze the collected data. Results: The results of the research confirm the positive and significant relationship between the ethical climate and the auditor's professional skepticism. In other words, the growth of the moral atmosphere leads to the improvement of the professional skepticism of auditors. Also, the results showed that gender, level of education and experience have no significant relationship on the professional skepticism of auditors. Conclusion: The moral atmosphere of the organization is an important factor in the exercise of professional skepticism. Therefore, the development of ethical atmosphere in audit firms can improve audit quality.
