Analyzing the Relationship between Perceived Social Responsibility and Employees' Affective Commitment and Green Behaviors: Mediating Role of Ethical Climate(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: This study aimed to investigate the effect of perceived social responsibility on employees' affective commitment and green behaviors with the moderating role of ethical climate. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population of this study is all employees of health care centers including health centers, emergency and hospitals (public and private) in Tabriz. The sample size was determined based on the Cochran's formula 385. The sampling method was random due to the infinity of the statistical population. A questionnaire was used to collect data and structural equation method with SPSS and SMART PLS software was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results: The results showed that the relationships between perceived social responsibility and employees 'green behavior (b = 0.318) and affective commitment (b = 0.494) as well as the relationship between employees' affective commitment and green behavior (b = 0.218) were positive and significant. Was. The moderating role of the moral climate variable was also confirmed in this model (b = 0.227). Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that perceived social responsibility along with the ethical climate of the organization creates an affective commitment in employees towards the organization that this high affective commitment also leads to green behaviors in employees. Investigating the Effect of Organizational Culture and Team Work on Teachers' job Performance Emphasizing the Mediating Role of Professional Ethics(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: Teachers are the most effective factor known in school and their job performance is one of the basic indicators of success and continuity of goals of educational organizations. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture and team work on job performance with emphasis on the mediating role of professional ethics among teachers. Method: This research is correlation using descriptive methods for applied goals. Structural equation modeling was used for data collection. The statistical population of the study included all teachers working in schools in the city of Galehdar with 600 people. The sample size was 234 according to the statistical population and using stratified random sampling method and Morgan table. Data were collected by the questionnaires of organizational culture (Denison), teamwork (Lanchioni), job performance (Patterson) and professional ethics (Gregory & Petty). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling in SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.8 software. Results: There is a positive and significant relationship between the variables organizational culture and job performance (β=.40), teamwork and job performance (β=1.04), organizational culture and professional ethics (β=.41), teamwork and professional ethics (β=.33) and job performance and professional ethics (β=.64). At the same time, through the mediation of professional ethics, the variables of organizational culture and teamwork can anticipate job performance. Conclusion: This study showed that organizational culture, teamwork and professional ethics have an effective role on teachers 'job performance and in order to improve and improve teachers' job performance, these factors should also be considered. Analysis of the Relationship between Self-Control and Social Desirability with the Ethical Report of Banking Delinquency (With Emphasis on Demographic Characteristics of Employees)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: Reporting delinquency as an important and effective moral behavior can be influenced by the moral values ​​that govern the organization and personality traits of individuals. Therefore, given the importance of the role of reporting in identifying and preventing organizational delinquency, it is necessary to gain a better understanding of the factors that affect it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-control and social desirability on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency of bank employees, with emphasis on demographic characteristics. Method: This descriptive-survey study was conducted and its sample size consisted of 306 employees of public and private bank branches. The research variables were measured using standard questionnaires and finally structural equations, confirmatory factor analysis method and PLS software were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results: The findings indicate that the effect of self-control and social desirability on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency is confirmed. Social desirability also affects the relationship between self-control and ethical reporting of banking delinquency. On the other hand, work experience, type of job position and gender of employees have a direct impact on the ethical reporting of banking delinquency. Conclusion: The results of the study show that people with higher self-control, seek more social desirability and are more inclined to report delinquency. It also seems that bank employees, in proportion to job promotion and increasing work experience, better understand the value of reporting delinquency and with a greater sense of commitment, try to identify and report violations in order to improve the position of the bank. Therefore, by formulating ethical guidelines, incentive policies and accountability, positive personality traits (self-control and social desirability) and inherent reporting motivations of bank employees can be strengthened. The Effect of Professional Commitment on Auditors' Ethical Whistleblowing: Moderating Role of Gender and Age(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: The auditing profession has a critical contribution in upgrading information transparency, economic health, and confidence in the community. With the spread of financial corruption, ethical whistleblowing as a control mechanism and part of corporate governance was raised as an essential approach to prevent and identify immoral behaviors. This study aimed to investigate the effect of professional commitment on auditors' ethical whistleblowing, emphasizing the moderating role of gender and age variables. Method: The method of the present study is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, and applied from the point of view of purpose. The statistical population of this study includes all auditors working in private institutions under the membership of the Society of Certified Public Accountants. The statistical sample consisted of 392 participants selected using simple random sampling method and via the Cochran's formula. The data of the study were collected using a standard questionnaire tool. To investigate the effect of research variables on moral warning and also to fit the proposed model, the structural equation modeling method was performed using the Smart PLS software. Results: The research results indicated that professional commitment has a positive effect on ethical whistleblowing. The variables of gender and age also have a moderating effect on the relationship between professional commitment and the level of independent auditors' ethical whistleblowing. Conclusion: In accordance with the findings of this study, strengthening professional commitment leads to the development of ethics and ethical whistleblowing and health the economic atmosphere. Testing the Pattern of Social Responsibility as a Component of Educational Ethics(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: The university is a thoughtful, knowledgeable and innovative institution in society and it is expected that by performing its duties and missions, it can take effective steps in achieving the goals of society and always lead the country towards progress. Therefore, it is very important to study the level of attention to the concept of social responsibility in universities. The present study examines the pattern of social responsibility as a component of educational ethics. Method: This study was applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of approach. The research method was descriptive survey. The research community consisted of 180 faculty members, deputies and administrators of Islamic Azad University who were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling of 123 of them. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive indices of mean, standard deviation, bootstrapping method and t-test using PLS3 software. Results: All components of social responsibility played a significant role in explaining the model at a significance level of 5%. In addition, it can be stated that scientific, educational and public responsibility have had more effects on social responsibility than other components. Their effects are reported to be 0.24 and 0.21, respectively. Organizational responsibility and technology, on the other hand, have the least effect on social responsibility compared to other components. Their effect is 0.105 and 0.11, respectively. Conclusion: Paying attention to the components identified in this study, including moral, environmental, social, scientific, educational and economic components in the Islamic Azad University can play a key role in the social responsibility of the university, as an effective educational institution. Effectiveness of Motivational Patterns on Creativity, Self-Worth & Ethical Commitment to School(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of motivational models on creativity and self-worth and commitment to school as ethical factors in female high school students in Ahvaz. Method: The type of research was based on the purpose of the experimental field research method of pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study includes all female high school students in Ahvaz who were studying in the 99-98 academic year. The sampling method was multi-stage. One hundred twenty participants were selected as a sample group. Data collection tool included a questionnaire. Finally, the data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. Results: The results showed that the differences between the group of motivational models and the control group were 41.67 in self-worth, 9.94 in commitment to school and 11.34 in creativity, which were significant at all levels of 0.005. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, it can be inferred that intervention programs related to motivational patterns can lead to increased levels of creativity, as well as ethical components such as a sense of self-worth and self-importance and commitment to the school. Designing a Branding Model for a TV Talk Show with an Emphasis on Ethical & Social Factors(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: Today, the influence of the media on the moral relations of individuals at the interpersonal and social level is an important part of the field of social sciences. The structure of TV talk shows is one of the most influential programs in the lifestyle and behavior of the audience. Therefore, the present study was formed with the aim of designing a branding model for a television talk show with an emphasis on ethical and social factors. Method: This is a qualitative research in terms of the purpose of applied research and exploratory research that used the Grand Theory method. The community included media professionals and TV producers and programmers, from whom 30 people were selected as a sample by the method of snowball and achieving theoretical saturation. It was an in-depth interview tool. And data were analyzed using selective open-axis coding method. Results: The findings showed that 51 open codes in 14 central dimensions affect the branding of television talk show. Conclusion: Based on the model obtained from the present study, in order to brand a television program, it is very important to observe ethical components as a central category. This central category is influenced by causal conditions such as the identity of the program and the professional ethics of managers, and with strategies such as incentive and punitive policies, the development of ethical policies and continuous improvement can be approached to the ultimate goal of branding. However, it should be noted that this way political, cultural, social and economic factors intervene, and contextual issues such as center management, conflict of interest and communication channels should also be considered. Presenting a Model for Creating a Glass Roof as a Factor that Reduces Organizational Justice(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: Glass roof is one of the most important obstacles for women to reach the top management level of the organization and one of the important factors reducing organizational justice. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to design and develop a model for creating a glass roof for women in higher education. Method: The research method was mixed in terms of the nature of the data. The first part was meta-combined. The statistical population in this section was 196 articles from prestigious domestic journals from 2013 to 2020, of which 70 articles were selected by available methods. The second part was the quality of the statistical community of organizational experts in the field of higher education, 10 of whom were purposefully selected. Data were analyzed by Delphi technique. The third part was a little survey. The statistical population of the study was female faculty members in the top ten universities of the country (453 people) and the number of statistical samples was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 112 people and selected by available sampling. Finally, for data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation calculation and fuzzy expert system were used. Results: Since the target population confirmed the dimensions, components and extractive indicators of the research model, the results showed that if managers pay attention to the category of job conditions 34.25%, to the category of extra-organizational 21.07%, if the individual condition is 20.10%, then the model of creating a glass roof with 75.42% will be the desired combination. Conclusion: The most basic indicator and criterion affecting the glass ceiling of women is the working conditions, which along with individual and extra-organizational conditions provide the basis for reducing or increasing organizational justice. Designing and Assessing the Model of Developing Employees' Moral Courage(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Background: Employees in organizations are considered as the main driving force, so any action to identify their capabilities and develop those capabilities can help the organization achieve its goals. Due to some inconveniences in organizations, they need employees who, despite many threats and employees under various pressures, employees still maintain their moral courage when making decisions. This research has been conducted with the aim of designing and evaluating the development model of employees' moral courage in the railways of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method: The present study is an applied type and has been done by mixed method. In the qualitative part of the statistical population including rail experts, a sample of 20 railway experts has been selected using snowball sampling method which is interpretive structural modeling of courage development model Employee ethics is explained. In a small part of the statistical population of railway employees, a sample of 220 people is made available by available sampling method using a questionnaire and is evaluated by structural equation method using PLS3 and SPSS21 software. Results: In this study, the findings show that personal, environmental, occupational, managerial and organizational dimensions are effective in developing the moral courage of employees. The environmental dimension plays an important role as an independent variable and the other dimensions play an important role as mediating variables. Conclusion: In this study, a model is presented to develop the moral courage of employees. The model is evaluated and all its relationships are approved. Article number: 83
