چکیده
شناسایی ابعاد و موُلفه های آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی در دانشگاهفاطمه آخوندی * حمیدرضا آراسته**نادرقلی قورچیان ***پریوش جعفری ****چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعادو مولفه های آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی در دانشگاه می باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، کیفی با تحلیل محتوا می باشد.جامعه نمونه استادان دانشگاه و صاحبنظران این حوزه بودندکه بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری تعداد 15 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته و بررسی اسناد و متون تخصصی بود. برای اعتبار ابزار از روایی محتوایی و جهت پایایی نیز از روش کدگذاری مجدد استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید.یافته ها نشان داد که 5 مولفه (شایستگی های شناختی، شایستگی های علمی و تخصصی، شایستگی های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، شایستگی های اخلاقی و شایستگی های خود بالندگی مستمر) و16 زیرمولفه به عنوان عناصر آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی شناسایی شدند.واژگان کلیدیشهروند جهانی، شهروند حرفه ای، آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی، آموزش عالیIdentify the dimensions and components of global professional citizenship education in the university

This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative with content analysis in terms of implementation method. The statistical population was university professors and experts in this field, 15 of whom were selected by purposeful sampling.The research tool was semi-structured interviews. The findings showed that 5 dimensions (cognitive competences, scientific and specialized competences, cultural and social competences, moral competences and continuous self-growth competences) and 16 components They were identified as elements of global professional citizen education.Keywords : global citizen, professional citizen, global professional citizen education, higher education
