کاربرد داده کاوی در استفاده بهینه از بانک های اطلاعاتی پلیس؛ راهبردهای نوین

چکیده
در هر سازمانی، رشد فزاینده پایگاه داده ها به کارگیری ابزارهای جدید و قدرتمند تحلیلی در امر پردازش و بهره برداری از داده ها را ضروری کرده است.علم داده کاوی یکی از ابزارهای مورد نیاز در تحلیل داده های حجیم می باشد که این حوزه را به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین حوزه های پژوهشی مطرح نموده است. یکی از عرصه های مهم کاربرد داده کاوی حوزه جرم شناسی است. نیروی انتظامی به عنوان یکی از سازمان های فعال در عرصه نظم و امنیت، با توجه به ماهیت مأموریتی، با حجم، تنوع و گستره فراوانی از فرایند ذخیره سازی و به کارگیری بانک های داده ای انبوه در حوزه های گوناگون اجتماعی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی در ارتباط است. از این رو، ضروری است برای اجرا و تحقق مأموریت های محوله، استخراج الگوهای مفید و کاربردی از پایگاه داده ای، با کمک علم داده کاوی، از اولویت های اصلی این سازمان می باشد. در این مقاله پس از معرفی روش های داده کاوی و الگوریتم های آن به بیان مدلی کاربردی در آماده سازی و پیش پردازش داده های جمع آوری شده مواد مخدر، شامل ویژگی های شخصیتی و دیگر اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از این مجرمان، به خوشه بندی در پنج دسته پرداخته شده است. هدف نهایی در این نگاشته آشنایی مدیران عالی برای درک اهمیت راهبردی علم داده کاوی در اقدامات آتی پلیس است. گفتنی است، این مقاله بخشی از کار عملی بوده که نگارندگان آن در حوزه پردازش اطلاعات انجام داده اند و مثال های آن واقعی و اطلاعات سیستمی آن موجود است و به همین دلیل، نگاه کتابخانه ای و ارجاع به منابع در آن کمتر دیده می شود.New Strategies: Usage of Data-digging in Optimum Application of Police Data-banks
In every organizations, increasing growth of database had been inevitably led to use of new and powerful analytic tools in data processing and utilization of data. Science of Data-digging is one of the necessary tools for analysis of huge data that has been expressed it as one of the most important research fields. One of the important areas is application of data-digging in the field of criminology. NAJA with respect to nature of its duties and as one of the active organizations in area of order and security, involved in extensive bulk and domain of storing process and utilization of mass databasesin various social, security, economics and cultural fields. Consequently, performing and fulfillment of assigned duties, extracting useful and applicable patterns from databases, by means of data-digging science, regarded as one of the main priorities in NAJA. In the present study, after introduction to data-digging methods and its algorithms, has been dealt with an applicable model in preparedness and pre-processing data-collected from drugs, including personal characteristics and other collected information of offenders and fivefold clustering. Final purpose of the study is acquaintance of high level managers with strategic importance of data-digging in future activities of police. It is to be said that this examination is small part of practical work that is authors have performed in the field of data processing and its instances is true and its data and information is available. By this reason, this study has not so much used library- based approach and reference to sources and books is less in it.
