چکیده
منافع ملی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه شکل می گیرد؟ چرا با هر تغییر در هیأت دولت ایران، نگرش ها و رویکردها به منافع ملی نیز تغییر می یابد؟ و چرا با گذشت بیش از سی سال از انقلاب، هنوز برنامه و راهبرد مشخصی در راستای تعریف "منافع ملی ایران" تدوین و پیگیری نشده است؟ ایده محوری این مقاله این است که ریشه چنین مشکلاتی تا حد زیادی به وضعیت دولت ملت سازی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران باز می گردد. بر این اساس، نویسندگان مقاله معتقدند علاوه بر تحریکات و تلاش های خصمانه بازیگران نظام سلطه در سطح بین المللی و منطقه ای که از توسعه گفتمان عدالت محور انقلاب اسلامی نگران هستند، نواقص و نقاط ضعف دولت ملت سازی در ایران که خود نتیجه رویکردهای هویتی و نقشی دولت هستند، در بسیاری موارد سبب جناحی شدن و تضییع منافع ملی ایران گردیده اند.The Challenges of Nation-State Building and the National Interests in the Islamic Republic of Iran
How the ‘national interests’ in the Islamic Republic of Iran is shaped? Why the approaches to national interests always change in Iran with the advent of new administration? Why after more than three decades of the Islamic revolution, there is yet no single strategy and agenda to define Iran’s national interests? The core idea of the present article is that the root of these challenges back to the status of nation-state building in Iran. The authors believe that besides the hostile efforts of the players of the hegemonic system at international and regional levels, who are worried of the justice-oriented discourse of the Islamic revolution, the shortcomings of nation-state building process in modern Iran is a contributing factor which, on its own, is a result of various ‘identity and role approach’ of different administrations.
