چکیده
پنج دولت نوردیک، به عنوان دولت های کوچک تعریف شده اند. شناخت اولویت های امنیتی و چالش های پیش روی این دولت ها از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. کشورهای نوردیک، سطح همبستگی بسیار قوی دارند. اسکاندیناوی ها به لحاظ استراتژیک هم در اروپا تأثیرگذار هستند و هم موقعیت منحصر به فردی در شمالگان دارند. مسائل امنیتی این دولت ها پیچیدگی های خاصی دارد. سوالی که در این جا مطرح است این است که دولت های کوچک نوردیک، چگونه سیاست های امنیتی خود را در پرتو گذارهای امنیتی بین المللی طراحی کرده اند؟ در پاسخ، به سیاست های پناه گاه امن، بی طرفی، اتحادها، دنباله روی، استراتژی موازنه سازی و پوشش خطر (ریسک) به عنوان استراتژی های امنیتی دولت های کوچک نوردیک در مواجهه با گذارهای امنیتی محیط بین الملل (از جمله گذارهایی شبیه به فروپاشی نظم دوقطبی، گذار به محیط امنیتی جدید بعد از سال 2001، گذار در پرتو محیط امنیتی شرق اروپا) اشاره خواهد شد. به منظور نیل به این فرضیه، روش پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، توسعه ای و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده ها، کتابخانه ای است.Nordic small states; Security policies in transitions of the international environment
The five Nordic states are defined as small states in International Relations (IR). Understanding the security priorities and challenges facing these states is crucial. The Nordic states have a very strong level of solidarity. The Scandinavians are strategically influential both in Europe and have a unique position in the North. The security issues of these states have certain complexities. The question here is how did the small Nordic states design their security policies and priorities in the light of international security transitions? In response shelter seeking policies, neutrality, alliances, band wagoning, balancing and hedging policies as security strategies of small Nordic states in the face of international security transitions will be regarded. In order to achieve this hypothesis, the method of the present study is developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method and library in terms of data collection.
