Model of appropriate leadership style for Amin University of Law Enforcement Commanders
Aim and Background: The aim was to provide a suitable leadership style for the commanders of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. This also requires horizons with people who are bio-empirical in order to develop a correct understanding of the effective command style in the field of queuing in an empathetic process. Method: The research approach is qualitative and interpretive research and the data strategy of the foundation has been used. The data collection tool is semi-structured interviews. The participants in this research are current and former commanders and managers and experts in the field of officer training. Results: After the interview coding process, 21 sub-categories were extracted from the total code and finally 8 main categories were obtained from the ventricles of the sub-categories as follows: contexts and requirements for the development of line commanders, development and training of commanders, The values of line commanders are mentoring, interpersonal skills of line commanders, orientation and policy of line commanders, individual skills of line commanders, and specialized competencies of line commanders.
