The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of brand, design and price on the perceived quality and re-intention of consumers to buy sport brand shoes. This is an applied research conducted as a descriptive correlational study in field form. The statistical population of this study included all physical education students across different educational levels in Iran. In this research, 720 questionnaires were collected by random cluster sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with PLS software was used to analyse the data of this research. The results of this study show that design with a coefficient of 0.36, price with 0.27, and brand with 0.26 have a significant effect on quality perceived by customers. The results of this research also show that perceived quality with an effect coefficient of 0.49 has a significant effect on customers’ purchase intention. Generally speaking, it can be concluded that the components of design, price, and brand of sport shoes for Iranian physical education students are very important. Famous brands in the world need to pay particular attention to these components to tap into this lucrative market in Iran and increase their re-purchasing intention by influencing consumers’ perceived quality.

Information technology is becoming a basic tool for many industries, as well as creating an opportunity for direct active communication of all market participants, which significantly increases competition. As a result, customers have a very large selection of goods and services, fairly easy access to them, and significant price diversification. All this leads to new requirements for modern marketing. Modern marketing significantly changes not only the functions but also the approaches to business processes. A highly competitive environment requires companies to use a system of interconnected marketing tools using an integrated marketing approach. The paper is devoted to investigating advertising prices and advertising strategies of Google. The list of major Google products is analyzed. The relevance of advertising strategies to goals, ad placement, message creation, budget constraints, and ad delivery is determined. The difference in advertising prices in different countries has been studied. The cost per click analysis of European countries is carried out. Using the DEA model analyzed advertisement efficiency by VRS technology and input-oriented efficiency for European countries.
Computer Modeling of the Economy Dynamics of Ukraine, Taking into Account the Socio-Economic Clustering of Society(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The object of the research is the economic dynamic of a depressed low-productive economy, as exemplified by the modern Ukrainian economy. With the purpose to analyze the main causes and consequences of such an economy, the characteristic tendencies of its functioning, activation of the processes of reformation and growth, there was developed the dynamic economic model with significant share of consumer import and export of raw materials, with the use of IT technology. The model also takes into account the socio-economic clustering of a society. It is formalized in the space of economic variables, which describes respectively the savings (liquid capital) of the main social groups involved in the economy, the prices of consumer products in the domestic and foreign markets, the price of exported raw materials for the exchange rate.The model is intended for qualitative analysis of the processes occurring in the economy described by it, and for conducting computational experiments on the basis of information technologies in simulation mode with its parameters, which allows to identify the most characteristic features of the object of the research. The results of experimental researches with the model allowed to establish the main periods of economic dynamics represented by the dynamic variables model, its specificity and social consequences for the society, which is characterized by a bimodal distribution of savings. There was investigation the dependence of the mode solution from it parameters which means in practice the dependence of economic dynamics from the change of individual conditions and factors of economic development.The obtained results are important for informational and analytical support of decision making processes in order to bring the being studied economy out of a low-productive state.

تعاملات تجاری فی مابین کشورها در قرن حاضر با سرعت غیرقابل پیش بینی در جریان است که در بسیاری از مواقع تنظیم مقررات حقوقی حاکم بر آنها با کندی انجام میشود. با توجه به اینکه منابع حقوقی کشورمان برگرفته از منابع فقهی و تا حدودی موضوعات روز حقوقی جهان امروز می باشد جملگی باعث شده که در درون این منابع جست وجوی موضوعاتی را هدف قرار دهیم که با به روزرسانی و تبیین آنها بتوانیم به نیازهای جامعه اسلامی کشورمان در لزوم جذب نقدینگی و رشد روزافزون تعاملات تجاری پاسخ درخور شانی را ارائه دهیم. بنابراین یکی از مهمترین این موضوعات معرفی و تبیین عقد استصناع می باشد، عقدی که معنای درخواست ساخت یا سفارش ساخت شی یا چیزی را بیان می کند. این مقاله با روش کتابخانه ای، درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که آیا عقد استصناع در مقایسه تطبیقی با کنوانسیون بیع بین المللی کالا (وین ۱۹۸۰)، روشی جدید برای تسهیل مبادلات بین المللی ایران با دیگر کشورها لحاظ می شود یا خیر؟یافته ها نشان دادند با توجه به اینکه عقد استصناع یکی از فروعات عقد بیع می باشد این عقد می تواند با توجه به نظر برخی از فقها و حقوقدانان که آن را بر ماده ده قانون مدنی مرتبت میدانند می توان این عقد را زمینه ساز تعامل بیشتر فی مابین و متقابل علی الخصوص در زمینه پرداخت ثمن و تسلیم معوض را فراهم آورد.
