چکیده
با وجود ارتباط وثیق و عمیق بین محیط امنیتی و فرآیند تدوین و تجویز استراتژی های امنیتی، چارچوب و الگوی خاص و مشخصی برای تحلیل و تبیین رابطه میان این دو وجود ندارد؛ از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با طرح این پرسش که چه ارتباطی میان محیط امنیتی یک کشور و استراتژی های امنیتی آن وجود دارد، تلاش کرده است تا ضمن ارائه یک الگوی تحلیلی در این زمینه، چارچوب روش شناختی مشخصی برای شناخت و تحلیل محیط امنیتی و ارتباط آن با استراتژی های امنیتی ارائه نماید. فرضیه اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که محیط امنیتی یک بازیگر ورودی و نهاده نظام راهبری و تدوین استراتژی امنیتی آن محسوب می شود. این ورودی در فرآیند ادراک محیطی و دریافتی که تصمیم سازان از داده های محیط امنیتی دارند، پردازش شده و خروجی آن با نگاه به جهت ساز های راهبردی و در قالب کنش ها و تصمیمات شناخته شد ه ای همچون استراتژی امنیتی بروز و ظهور می یابد.Pattern of recognizing and analyzing the security environment

This input is processed in the process of environmental perception and perception that decision makers have of security environment data, and its output emerges by looking at strategic orientations and in the form of known actions and decisions such as security strategy.
