تطبیق برنامه های تد با اسناد راهبردی امنیت ملی آمریکا (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تد در آمریکا با هدف فناوری، سرگرمی و نظریه پردازی راه اندازی شد و سالانه همایش های مختلفی با موضوع های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، آموزشی و پژوهشی در کشورهای هدف برگزار می کند که مأموریت اصلی آن، تغییر جهان(کشورهای هدف) از طریق تغییر اندیشه ها ، نگرش ها، رفتار و گفتمان، با استفاده از نظریه های جدید و بهره گیری از کارگزاران داخلی خود کشورهای هدف، مخاطبان(زنان، دانش آموزان، دانشجویان و هنرمندان) و نیز ایجاد شبکه و شبکه سازی در اقشار مختلف است؛ براین اساس، این تحقیق که با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و با روش تحلیلی توصیفی کاربردی صورت پذیرفته است، با هدف شناسایی نظریه های مذکور و تأثیرگذاری تدایکس بر مسئله امنیت ملی با تغییرات اجتماعی و برای پاسخ به این سئوال انجام پذیرفته است که «برنامه های به اصطلاح علمی و آموزشی تد و تدایکس در جهان، چه ارتباطی با سیاست ها و راهبرد آمریکا در راستای ایجاد تغییرات الگوی اجتماعی در کشورها دارد؟» طبق نتیجه تحقیق، فعالیت های تد و تدایکس ها در کشورهای مختلف، با اسناد راهبردی امنیت ملی آمریکا تطابق دارد و بسیاری از برنامه های آنها در راستای رسیدن به همان اسناد صورت می پذیرد؛ به عنوان نمونه، دریافت اطلاعات از تدایکس ها در دنیا و انتقال اطلاعات افراد شرکت کننده به سازمان تد در آمریکا، شناسایی نظریه ها و صاحبان آنها و پرورش مدیران برای جایگزینی یا الگوپروری، از فعالیت های آنها در کشورهای هدف است. بررسی مراحل تد و تطبیق آن با سیاست های راهبردی آمریکا، نشان از فعالیت های هدفمند آن بر ضدّ کشورهای مختلف از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران است؛ بنابراین، لازم است تا از طریق برنامه ریزی های هدفمند، برای پیشگیری و مدیریت اطلاعاتی موضوع های تدایکس، سخنرانان و مخاطبان اقدامی جدی صورت پذیرد.Matching TED’s plans with US National Security Strategic Documents
TED was launched in the United States for “technology, entertainment, and theorizing” and annually holds various conferences on cultural, social, educational and research topics in the target countries and its main mission is to change the world (target countries) by changing the thoughts, attitudes, behavior and discourse of these target counties using new theories and agents within the target countries, the audience (women, students, students and artists) and by creating networks and networking in different strata; therefore, this research has been done using library studies and is descriptive-applied analytical in terms of method and the study was conducted to answer the question, “What do the so-called scientific and educational programs of TED and TEDx in the world have to do with US policies and strategies to change the social pattern in countries?” According to the research, TED and TEDx’s activities in different countries are in line with US strategic national security documents and many of its programs are aimed at achieving the same documents; for example, receiving information from TEDxs around the world and transferring information about participants to TED in the United States, identifying theories and their owners, and training managers to replace or model them are among TED’s activities in target countries. Examining TED’s steps and adapting it to US strategic policies shows its purposeful activities against various countries, including Iran; therefore, it is necessary to take serious action through purposeful planning to prevent and manage the information of TEDx subjects, speakers and audiences.
