چکیده
مقاله «نظم و امنیت در تراز تمدن نوین اسلامی» به عنوان محوری ترین موضوع کارکردهای تمدن اسلامی تلاش دارد ضمن بررسی و موشکافی مؤلفه های امنیت ساز تمدن اسلامی، به برخی اندیشه های این حوزه بپردازد و رابطه این دو را در بستر نظریه های اسلامی و غربی بررسی کند. به عقیده نورث الیاس، فرایند متمدن شدن نه امری «عقلانی» (اگر منظور از عقلانی شدن این است که محصول تلاش های نیت مند و هدفمند آدمیان باشد) و نه امری است «غیرعقلانی» (اگر منظور از غیرعقلانی این باشد که شیوه پیدایش آن قابل فهم نباشد). این فرایند، کورکورانه شروع می شود و حرکت آن از طریق پویایی درونی شبکه روابط و نیز تغییرات معینی که در وابستگی های متقابل افراد اتفاق می افتد، ادامه پیدا می کند. به عقیده الیاس، در تمدن اسلامی، مقام پیامبر اسلام در بروز این تمدن منحصر به فرد است. در همین راستا مقام معظم رهبری و فرمانده کل قوا ضمن تأکید بر احیا و اعتلای مجدد تمدن اسلامی و شایستگی ملت هوشمند و شجاع ایران در انجام دادن این مهم، خاطرنشان می سازند که با سرمایه گذاری در امور فرهنگی و خودکفایی، تحکیم رفاه و تدیّن مردم و با پشتیبانی و تقویت بنیه های فرهنگی می توان نظم و امنیت را در تراز تمدن نوین اسلامی برقرار کرد.Security and Order in New Islamic Civilization
This paper studies the most significant function of Islamic civilization. It analyzes the security-creating factors in Islamic civilization. The research examines the theories on security and order, comparing the concept of security and order in western theories with the concept of security and order in Islamic theories. North Elias thinks that the process of becoming a civilization is neither a rational act (as the product of people’s meaningful and intentional efforts) nor an irrational act (with pointless way of happening). The process, in fact, starts arbitrarily. It moves with the inner dynamism of the networks of relations. It continues with certain changes in people’s reciprocal relationships. Elias states the position of prophet is unique in building Islamic civilization. Accordingly, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized that Islamic civilization must flourish again. The Leader stresses the capabilities of the smart and courageous Iranian nation in the reestablishment of Islamic civilization. Providing order and security in new Islamic civilization requires investments on cultural affairs, self-reliance, welfare development, supports for cultural foundations.
