چکیده
پویش انقلاب اسلامی محصول گفتمانی بود که در این دوران اسلام گرایان با خوانش جدیدی از اسلام پدید آوردند. هدف این گفتمان بازسازی جامعه بر اساس اصول اسلامی بود و دستیابی به این هدف را تنها از طریق بازگشت به اسلام و تأسیس حکومت اسلامی امکان پذیر می دانست. استقرار حکومت اسلامی در ایران، مرحله دیگری از پویش گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی را بازنمایی کرد و آن تأسیس آرمان شهر اسلامی بود که به جای ملت سرزمینی به امت تمدنی تکیه داشت. از این پس دل مشغولی اسلام گرایان، شناسایی ظرفیت های تمدنی در نظام سیاسی نوتأسیس بود که بنیادهای آن را بر ارزش های اسلام سیاسی بنا گذاشتند. این مقاله در پی بازنمایی این ظرفیت ها در اسناد راهبردی فرادستی از جمله قانون اساسی و سند چشم انداز 20 ساله جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. البته مؤلف معتقد است ارائه ایده آرمان شهر فلسفی به تنهایی کافی نیست، بلکه نیازمند تکاپوی خودآگاهانه برای تبدیل آن آرمان شهر انتزاعی به واقعیت تمدنی است. بنابراین باید به سه جنبه توجه کرد: نشانه ها یا همان نظام معنایی؛ سازه ها یا ساختارها و نهادهای اجتماعی؛ روندها یا عناصر پیش برنده به سوی تأسیس و گسترش تمدنی.New Islamic Civilization in the IR of Iran’s Constitutions and 20-Year Vision Plan
The Islamic Revolution, as a movement, was the result of a particular discourse formed by Muslim thinkers who had new readings of Islam. The objective of this discourse was to rebuild the society in terms of Islamic principles. This could not be possible without returning to Islam and establishing Islamic government. The establishment of an Islamic government in Iran introduced a further chapter of the Islamic Revolution, which is founding an Islamic city relying on a civilizational Ummah rather than a territorial nation. Therefore, Islamist thinkers’ concern was the identification of capacities in the new political system of the Islamic civilization whose principles are based on Islamic values. This paper represents these capacities in the chief strategic documents including the Constitution and 20-Year Vision Plan. It argues that proposing the idea of a philosophical utopia does not serves the purpose; it requires self-conscious efforts to materialize an utopia, achieving a real civilization. Three points are of great moment: signs or the semantic system; structures including social structures and bodies; procedures, that is, components moving towards the establishment and expansion of civilization.
