چکیده
پذیرش و عملیاتی سازی اصول حکمرانی خوب توسط سازمان های ورزشی، یک گام ضروری برای بازگرداندن اعتبار حاکمیت ورزش است. در عین حال، حکمرانی خوب با چهارچوب های نظری و روش شناسی مختلفی مفهوم سازی شده است. همین امر، دیدگاه های متکثری را نسبت به این مفهوم پدید آورده است. با این وجود، توسعه درک عمیق از حکمرانی خوب در ورزش، نیازمند تجزیه و تحلیل های چند سطحی است که کارهای انجام شده در حوزه های مختلف را یکپارچه سازد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر یک مرور نظامند است که با هدف توسعه درک جامع از گزاره های بنیادین حکمرانی خوب در سازمان های ورزشی و ارائه مدل کیفی الگوهای معنایی مرتبط با حکمرانی انجام شد. پایگاه های اطلاعاتی – تحقیقاتی داخلی و خارجی برای تحقیقات مرتبط منتشر شده در بازه زمانی سال های 2010 تا 2022 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این مرور نظامند از ادبیات حکمرانی خوب، تعداد 215 سند مرتبط را شناسایی کرد که طی فرآیندهای استاندارد غربال گری، 58 سند با گذارندن فرآیندهای ارزیابی کیفیت، مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها، ماهیت سیستمی و چند بعدی حکمرانی را نشان داد. فهرست الگوهای معنایی مرتبط با حکمرانی خوب از طریق تحلیل موضوعی استقرایی، در دو الگوی کلان (ورودی - خروجی) و پنج الگوی کلیدی (الگوی مرتبط با ساختار – عمومیت – ارتباطات – فرآیند و استاندارد - برونداد) و 38 گزاره اولیه مفهوم سازی شد. با توجه به یافته ها پیشنهاد می شود مدل کیفی حاضر مبنایی برای توسعه مطالعات تجربی آینده باشد.Systematic analysis of the fundamental propositions of good governance in sports
Acceptance and operationalization of good governance principles by sports organizations is a necessary step to restore the credibility of sports governance. At the same time, good governance has been conceptualized with different theoretical and methodological frameworks. This has created multiple views on this concept. However, developing a deep understanding of good governance in sport requires multi-level analyzes that integrate work done in different fields. Based on this, the current research is a systematic review that was conducted with the aim of developing a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental propositions of good governance in sports organizations and providing a qualitative model of semantic patterns related to governance. Internal and external research databases were reviewed for related research published in the period of 2010 to 2022. This systematic review identified 215 related documents from governance literature, which were examined through standard screening processes, 58 documents were examined by applying quality assessment processes. The findings showed the systemic and multidimensional nature of governance. The list of semantic patterns related to good governance, through inductive thematic analysis, was conceptualized in two macro patterns (input - output) and five key patterns (pattern related to structure - generality - communication - process and standard - output) and 38 initial propositions.
