چکیده
کووید 19 از جنبه تخصصی در حوزه علوم پزشکی قرار می گیرد اما گستره تأثیرگذاری آن فراگیر شده است. همه گیری و همه درگیری کرونا از جنبه علمی همه علوم و رشته های دانشگاهی و از جنبه عمومی، همه حوزه های زندگی انسانی را در برگرفته است. بنابراین از جنبه های مختلف موضوع گفتگوها، جدال ها و چالش ها در سطح عمومی و در سطح علمی شده است. پژوهش حاضر معطوف به کرونا و توسعه، کرونا و انتخاب مسیرهای پیش رو است. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی، بزنگاهی و نقطه عطف بودن بحران های گذشته و کووید 2019 را نشان داده ایم و با بررسی این پرسش که کرونا چگونه به عنوان واقعه بزنگاهی در انتخاب مسیر آینده کشورها نقش مهم و بزنگاهی را ایفا می کند، این ادعا بررسی شد که کرونا به عنوان واقعه بزنگاهی در قالب وارد ساختن شوک، تلنگر و بحران، زمینه ساز بازسازی، اصلاح و تغییر است. سخن گفتن از قبل و پس از کرونا در توصیف و تحلیل پدیده ها بیانگر لحظه انتخاب تغییرات گزینشی است؛ تبیین کننده نگاه و تأمل مجدد به روش ها، استراتژی ها، مدل ها و مسیرها است. کرونا می تواند نقطه عطف انتخاب های مجدد در عرصه داخلی و خارجی کشورها باشد. با این رویکرد به مسأله کرونا به مثابه واقعه بزنگاهی شاید پژوهشگران در آینده برخی کشورها را باتوجه به انتخاب روش ها، استراتژی ها و مسیرهای جدید در لحظه و بزنگاه کرونا به موفق و شکست خورده تقسیم کنند.Corona as a Critical Juncture to Escape from Underdevelopment
Covid 19 is specialized in the field of medical sciences, but its scope of influence is pervasive. The Corona pandemic and all-encompassing conflicts has influenced scientifically almost all academic disciplines as well as all spheres in human life. Accordingly, from various aspects, the subject of discussions, debates and challenges has become public and scientific. The present study focuses on corona and development, as well as the choice of potential paths ahead. In this descriptive-analytical study using archival and Internet resources, we have shown the moment and turning point of previous crises related to Covid19. Therefore, through examining how Corona plays an important and timely role as a momentary event in choosing the future course of events in many countries, the claim is examined that the present challenge as a momentary event in the form of shock, flip and crisis, lays the groundwork in many spheres of Reconstruction, correction and change. Speaking before and after the corona in describing and analyzing phenomena represents the moment of selection in selective changes; Explains looking and rethinking methods, strategies, models, and paths. corona could be a turning point in the domestic and foreign elections. With this approach to the Corona issue as a turning point, researchers may in the future divide some countries into successful and failed ones by choosing new methods, strategies, and paths with and without Corona.
