چکیده
زمینه و هدف : اعتیاد به مواد مخدر یکی از مهم ترین اشکال انحرافات اجتماعی و یک پدیده چند علتی است که ضرورت دارد از ابعاد و زوایای مختلفی به آن نگریسته شود؛ منویات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی)، به عنوان شخصیتی که اشراف کلی به امور جامعه دارند و نظرات علمی ایشان در تمام عرصه های مختلف، مؤثر می باشد، مرجع پژوهش قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر به دنبال پاسخ گویی به این سؤال است که از دیدگاه معظم له، علل گسترش اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در سطح جامعه چیست و چه آثاری دارد؟ روش: این تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع توصیفی - تبیینی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، کلیه اسناد، منابع مکتوب و سخنرانی های معظم له از سال ۱۳6۸ تاکنون (1400)، موجود در سایت و نرم افزار حدیث ولایت به صورت تمام شمار مورد مطالعه و روش جمع آوری داده ها به صورت اسنادی - کتابخانه ای و تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. شاخص های احصاء شده به تأیید نخبگان و خبرگان رسیده و با تکنیک دلفی اولویت بندی شده است. یافته ها: مبتنی بر بیانات معظم له، گسترش اعتیاد در سطح جامعه از علل بیرونی (اقدامات و تبلیغات دشمنان) و درونی (نقش حکومت پهلوی، فقر و بیکاری، ضعف ایمان، سودآوری و مقابله نادرست) ناشی می شود و آثار آن در سطوح مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و امنیتی بروز می نماید. نتیجه گیری: عوامل فقر و بیکاری، سودآوری و اقدام دشمنان به ترتیب در گسترش اعتیاد بیشترین تأثیر را داشته و آثار آن بر اساس اولویت بیشتر در ابعاد اجتماعی، فردی و امنیتی نمودار می شود.Analysis of drug addiction and its effects at the community level from the perspective of the Supreme Leader
Background and Aim: Drug addiction is one of the most important forms of social deviations which is the basis of many problems in society and like other social phenomena is a multi-causal phenomenon that is necessary from different dimensions and angles. To look at it; Therefore, by examining the perspective of the Supreme Leader, as a person who has general knowledge of society and his scientific and religious views in various fields, is effective. The present study seeks to answer this question from the perspective of the Supreme Leader. What are the causes of the spread of drug addiction in the community and what are its effects? Research method: This research is qualitative and descriptive-explanatory. The study population is all documents, documents and written sources and speeches of the Supreme Leader from the beginning of his province, ie until 1397 (1399), which are available on his website and the sample size is studied and analyzed in full. Have been taken and the calculated indicators have been approved by the elites and experts and have been prioritized. The method of data collection is documentary-library and the technique of data analysis in this research is content analysis (coding). Findings and Conclusion: According to the research findings, the spread of addiction in society is due to external causes (actions and propaganda of enemies) and internal (role of the Pahlavi government, poverty and unemployment, weakness of faith, profitability and wrong confrontation) and Its effects occur at various levels of individual, social, economic and security.
