Explaining the Background Factors of Competitive Advantage based on the Empowerment of University Professors(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: A competitive advantage based on the empowerment of professors can create a competitive advantage for the university. As a result, this study was conducted with the aim of explaining the background factors of competitive advantage based on the empowerment of university professors. Methodology: In an applied research from type of qualitative, the educational elites of universities and non-governmental-non-profit higher education institutions of Mashhad city were investigated. For this purpose and according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 21 people were selected as a sample with the purposive sampling method and were individually subjected to semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed with open, axial and selective coding methods in MAXQDA software. Findings: The findings indicated that for the background factors of competitive advantage based on the empowerment of university professors were identified 34 indicators, 9 sub categories and 4 main categories. The main categories were included the categories of organizational (with 2 sub categories of organizational dependence and governance view), cognitive (with 3 sub categories of organizational learning, knowledge management and educability), psychological (with 2 sub categories of limited control and passive thinking) and cultural (with 2 sub categories of organizational culture and organizational ethics). Also, according to the main and sub categories, the pattern of background factors of competitive advantage based on the empowerment of university professors was drawn. Conclusion: According to the pattern of background factors of competitive advantage based on the empowerment of university professors in the present study, to create a competitive advantage based on the empowerment of university professors, can be provided the context for the realization of background factors through the identified main and sub categories.

Drawing a Scientific Map of the Knowledge-Based Businesses Development with a Bibliometric Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Today, having knowledge-based organizations and businesses is considered an important and main capital for a country and can create a competitive advantage. As a result, the aim of this study was to drawing a scientific map of the knowledge-based businesses development with a bibliometric approach. Methodology: The current research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive. The population of this study was the conducted research in the field of knowledge-based business development in the Scopus database from 1985 to 2023 year. The data of this study were analyzed by the bibliometric method according to the systematic approach with the two objectives of functional analysis and citation network analysis and with PRISMA protocol in VOSViewer software. Findings: The functional analysis findings showed that in the field of knowledge-based businesses development, Gambardella and McGahan had the most citations (372 times) with an article entitled Business-model innovation: General purpose technologies and their implications for industry structure. Also, authors including Crenicean, Ichijo, Kohlbacher, Markopoulos, Popescu, Sequeira, Vanharanta and Will and countries including United Kingdom, China, United States, Germany, Italy, Romania and South Korea respectively had the most research in the field of knowledge-based businesses development. In addition, the findings of the citation network analysis showed that for collaboration between authors there were 21 links, 7 keywords and 1 cluster and for collaboration between countries there were 34 links, 22 keywords and 5 clusters. Also, for co-referencing words there were 1475 links, 138 keywords and 6 clusters, which were more related to the words of business development, knowledge-based systems, innovation and knowledge management. Conclusion: The results of the present research about the knowledge-based businesses development with a bibliometric approach can have an effective role in designing and implementing programs to improve knowledge-based businesses.

Knowledge, as one of the pillars of success, is an essential factor for innovation, production and economic growth. Knowledge management is a new strategy that organizations, would need that so as to increase their performance and success. In case companies don’t use knowledge management system correctly and at proper time, they would be either faced with failure or obliged to leave the arena of contest. Agricultural knowledge-based companies have a key role for the regeneration of the agriculture and increase of the employment of agricultural graduates in this field. As presently the challenge of managers is to provide a suitable environment for the growth of the human mind in knowledge-oriented companies that embrace a cutting-edge approach to knowledge management, wherein knowledge is tailored to fit the specific context, are poised for success. By fostering effective learning, this approach leads to enhanced performance and improved efficiency. In this study, many studies were reviewed and generations of knowledge management were analyzed with a paradigmatic approach. Almost 100 related books and articles were reviewed through archival research. The findings showed that knowledge-based companies should go from the first generation of knowledge management to the use of the fourth generation; that way the internet use, social networks, analytical tools, intelligent agents, etc., might have a great participation with one another, which leads to their stay in the contest scene, and their faster achievement of future-oriented and dynamic results. Therefore, it is suggested that agricultural knowledge-based companies have focus on transformational management and its characteristics.

A Search for Knowledge Leaders in the Schools of Tehran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the characteristics of knowledge leaders in Tehran schools. Based on this objective, the study was conducted using a qualitative method. Data was collected through triangulation, including semi-structured interviews with administrators and teachers of all-girls secondary schools and knowledge management specialists, observation of schools and the study of relevant documents. Interviews were conducted with 28 people using criterion-based sampling method and 8 schools were observed in the areas under study using sequential sampling method. The Document of the Fundamental Evolution of Education and the Regulations for the selection and appointment of school administrators were also reviewed. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The characteristics of the school administrator as a knowledge leader were categorized into 3 main classes including: knowledge network builder, knowledge guardian and school knowledge flow facilitator, and 10 subcategories. The emergence of knowledge leaders in the schools under study requires the following criteria: development of a digital physical space in the school, financing and sufficient educational budget, development and training of school administrators for the role of knowledge leaders, reforming the conditions for the selection and appointment of school administrators, granting independence and freedom of action to school managers, scientific and practical directives and instructions. It is suggested that professional development programs for school administrators should be developed and implemented, and the renovation of the public space of classrooms and school libraries based on knowledge literature should have a place on the agenda of the Ministry of Education.

The present research examines the benefits of implementing knowledge management (KM) principles in the Jordanian banking sector to enhance performance. The study emphasizes the significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how Jordanian banks utilize it to improve the quality of customer service they provide. This study targets managers at all levels and focuses on the Jordanian banking sector as its research environment. A questionnaire is created to gather information from a random sample to achieve the research's objectives. The study involves a sample of 250 managers. Additionally, the research adopts a descriptive methodology, and SPSS is used to analyze the data. The statistical findings provide robust evidence for the importance of performance expectations, social influence, and perceived risk in influencing consumer intentions. Marketers and decision-makers within the banking industry can leverage these insights to shape their long-term strategies for effectively utilizing and maximizing AI technology in the banking sector. Furthermore, by providing policymakers and practitioners of Jordanian commercial banks with insight into the variables influencing user satisfaction, the findings will help these complex institutions operate more effectively.

Empowerment of farmer villagers using electronic knowledge management model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

To empower the farmer villagers, execution of training programs including semi-presence training, open training and virtual training is essential. The main purpose of the present research is to determine the factors affecting the enabler trainings to farmer villagers with an emphasis on the component of culture and education technology using the interpretative structural modeling together with structural equation modeling. The combined method has been used as the research method. At the first stage, the main indices were extracted by data collection via Delphi method from the knowledge transfer and management and their validity were determined, and at the qualitative stage the questionnaire was given to the participants after determining the reliability. The statistical population consists of 1930 individuals including faculty members, promoters, educational instructors and those employed in agriculture research centers and institutes. With regard to Morgan table, the sample size has been estimated to 641 individuals by separation of groups per their population and the samples have been selected using the stratified random sampling method. The research question was examined and standardized using factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Research findings elaborate the component of remote education technology and organizational culture as the dimensions of management and electronic knowledge transfer. It is suggested to the managers at agriculture information and knowledge system to take action to expand the agriculture service centers and equip them with information and communication technology facilities for fast transfer of research findings to farmers and culturalization in sharing the research findings.

Mediating effect of Knowledge management mediating effect on relationship between organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation (Case study: employees of Qazvin’s municipalities of districts one and two)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The aim of the present research was to study the impact of organizational culture on entrepreneurial orientation given the mediating role of knowledge management. The statistical population consisted of the employees of district 1 and 2 municipalities of Qazvin who were about 200 in number, of whom 130 people were selected based on stratified random sampling method and Cochran formula. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL 8.8 software and Smart PLS 2 in two parts: measurement model and structural part. In the former, technical characteristics of questionnaire were evaluated and the necessary amendments were made; and in the second part, the coefficients of structural model were used to test the hypothesis of the research. The results indicate a significant and positive impact on the entrepreneurial orientation of organizational culture and knowledge management on the one hand and on the other hand a significant impact on the relationship between the two of the mediator of knowledge management.
