Designing Total Interpretive Structural Model of Entrepreneurial Orientation(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research is designing an Total Interpretive/Structural Model for the Entrepreneurial Orientation of SEM Subsidiary Oil. In this qualitative and quantitative methodology, five university experts in the field of entrepreneurship participated in the meta-analysis and Delphi field to identify the research components and propositions from the same research and then to reach competence. The identified component theory and propositions were analyzed by Delphi analysis. In the quantitative part, with the participation of 25 managers of SMEs Subsidiary Oil Subsidiary Oil and using matrix questionnaires, the identified propositions were stratified into a range of most influential propositions to the least effective ones. The results in the qualitative analysis section illustrate the existence of 3 main components in the form of the 15 final statement based on theoretical adequacy and are quantitatively identified; (X4) As Entrepreneurial Tendency Component Propositions at the Level of Information Technology Capabilities and Proposals to Change Traditional Warehousing (X7); Agile Production by Scale-Saving (X8); and Cost Control through Timely Evaluation of Machinery Depreciation (X9) Entrepreneurial at the competitive level The most influential causes in the oriented SMEs Subsidiary Oil Technologically are the entrepreneurial businesses.

Investigating the Impact of International Entrepreneurial Orientation on the International Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises

Today, all organizations must shift their business orientation to be able to understand and meet customers' needs faster than their rivals and pioneering them, in a highly competitive environment. In this area, the entrepreneurial orientation, internationalization and competitive strategies by understanding customer demands and focusing on business benefits, can Guarantee the performance improvement and the survival of these organizations. Therefore, the present study seeks to assess the impact of international entrepreneurship orientation on the international performance of small and medium enterprises, considering the mediator role of competitive strategy and international marketing orientation. In this research, descriptive-survey method has been used. A questionnaire consisting of 65 items was used to collect data. The statistical population of this study was all managers and employees of small and medium enterprises in Bushehr Province. Sampling method is simple random sampling method. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling with partial squares approach was used with the help of Smart PLS3 software. The results of this research show that the international entrepreneurship orientation has a positive and significant effect on the international performance of small and medium enterprises. The results also confirm the mediator role of the competitive strategy and the international market orientation in the relationship between the international entrepreneurial orientation and the international performance of small and medium enterprises.

Investigating the Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Company Performance with Considering the Role of Sustainable Entrepreneurial Orientation and Its Consequences(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose : Entrepreneurial orientation as a new phenomenon in the economy is in a wide range and in interaction with entrepreneurship. Therefore, the purpose of this research was investigating the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance with considering the role of sustainable entrepreneurial orientation and its consequences. Methodology : This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of quantitative. The research population was the entrepreneurial managers of companies located in the scientific-research of Isfahan city in 2020 year with number 208 people, which all of them selected by census sampling method, but the questionnaire for 187 people was received. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 38 items and seven components of innovation, pioneering, risk-taking, sustainable entrepreneurial orientation, creation and expansion of new markets, organization and effective use of resources and company performance, which whose validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and their reliability was evaluated as suitable by Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings : The findings showed that the factor load and average variance extracted of all components of innovation, pioneering, risk-taking, sustainable entrepreneurial orientation, creation and expansion of new markets, organization and effective use of resources and company performance was higher than 0.50 and the reliability of all of them with Cronbach's alpha and combination methods was higher than 0.70. In addition, the model of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance with considering the role of sustainable entrepreneurial orientation and its consequences had a good fit. Also, the sustainable entrepreneurial orientation had a direct and significant effect on innovation, pioneering, risk-taking, creation and expansion of new markets, organization and effective use of resources and company performance and company performance had a direct and significant effect on creation and expansion of new markets and organization and effective use of resources (P<0.05). Conclusion : The findings of this research indicated that entrepreneurial orientation was effective on the company performance with considering the role of sustainable entrepreneurial orientation and its consequences.

Mediating effect of Knowledge management mediating effect on relationship between organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation (Case study: employees of Qazvin’s municipalities of districts one and two)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The aim of the present research was to study the impact of organizational culture on entrepreneurial orientation given the mediating role of knowledge management. The statistical population consisted of the employees of district 1 and 2 municipalities of Qazvin who were about 200 in number, of whom 130 people were selected based on stratified random sampling method and Cochran formula. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL 8.8 software and Smart PLS 2 in two parts: measurement model and structural part. In the former, technical characteristics of questionnaire were evaluated and the necessary amendments were made; and in the second part, the coefficients of structural model were used to test the hypothesis of the research. The results indicate a significant and positive impact on the entrepreneurial orientation of organizational culture and knowledge management on the one hand and on the other hand a significant impact on the relationship between the two of the mediator of knowledge management.
