The main purpose of this research is preparing a suitable management and intelligence sample based on an intellectual capital or comparative approach. The present research is  a correlation descriptive type which has been done by a survey method. In this research for gathering the required data ,  two self-constructed questionnaires have been used the intellectual capital and knowledge management have been used. In order to ascertain reliability  , the content analysis method  has been used (specialists opinion). The findings of the research showed that the model for ascertaining and rendering an ideal sample of knowledge management based on intellectual capital shall have a favorite value.

Supply chains have experienced rapid growth in recent years. Focusing purely on economic performance to optimize costs or return on capital can no longer guarantee development or sustainability in the chain. Hence, the concepts of green SCM and SSCM emerged to emphasize the importance of social and environmental concerns along with economic factors in supply chain programming. Using the SD method and considering KM , this study investigates the variables related to this topic and the variables of sustainable supply chain management and it determines the relationships between these variables and their impact on the research purpose. To achieve this, first, previous studies are reviewed, and the relevant variables are extracted and finalized according to the experts. Next, SD modeling is designed and various scenarios are defined by changing the effective values of the system. Eventually, several policies are presented to achieve the optimal situation. The optimal values for the ten main influential variables are extracted according to the expert opinion and the effects shown in the model are determined by these changes.

The effect of Diamond Levitt and knowledge Management on Organizational Effectiveness(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the impact of Diamond-Levitt and knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, in PNU Kermanshah province. The study was a descriptive - survey. The population of the study, 470 employees of Payame Noor University in Kermanshah province, are included. Using Cochran formula, 212 people were selected. Materials and method: Data collection tools, questionnaires Diamond Levitt, and knowledge management researcher, and organizational effectiveness Parsons (1969). Questionnaire, approved three professors, and reliability with Cronbach's alpha for diamonds Levitt, knowledge management and organizational effectiveness, respectively (86%, 82% and 77%) are. Findings: By SPSS and LISREL, research data were analyzed. The results of the analysis and stepwise linear regression, 95% indicated that the diamond Levitt knowledge management variables (0.226), and organizational effectiveness (0.227) and knowledge management and organizational effectiveness (0.178), have a significant positive effect. The results of the study showed that, in effect Diamond Levitt knowledge management, organizational effectiveness as a mediator (0.263) is. Discussion: Also in this study to test the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used, the results of direct effects diamond variable Levitt, knowledge management, (0.87) and organizational effectiveness (0.66), and the direct effect of knowledge management on organizational effectiveness (0.52), and the indirect effect and the effect of variable diamond-Levitt, organizational effectiveness, respectively (0.69) and (0.11) is indicated and the t-statistic is also witness to the significance of the results is. Finally, the mediating role of knowledge management, the relationship between the Diamond-Levitt, and was supported organizational effectiveness, so that the diamond Levitt indirect impact on organizational effectiveness, with the role of knowledge management (indirect effect = 0.69), Levitt diamonds larger than the direct impact on organizational effectiveness (direct effect = 0.66) is. The above results indicate fit (RMSEA = 0.072 and GFI=0.93) was the optimal model.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to present an applied model for implementing knowledge management training. Methodology: The purpose of this study was applied, and the research method was descriptive-survey and cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study consisted of Mazandaran city managers with experience of management and selected public administration professors in the universities of Mazandaran province (Qualitative) as well as all official, contracted, contracted, volumetric and corporate staff of Sari municipality (quantitative) in summer 1977 (1255). The analysis was based on data collected from 10 mayors and 295 staff of qualitative and quantitative subjects, using stratified random sampling and Cochran's formula (for quantitative phase). Was. The sampling method was "Samples containing rich information" (for the qualitative stage) from the target population. Data were collected in a qualitative phase using semi-structured interviews based on data theory and in a quantitative phase using a designed questionnaire including 88 items based on 5-point Likert spectrum, collected through soft SPSS and AMOS were analyzed. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were used for data analysis. Findings: The results showed that the model of knowledge management training implementation includes 12 variables: organizational culture, organizational structure, information technology, human resources, knowledge process, leadership and leadership support, organizational learning, organizational strategies, communication, environment, It was motivation (benchmarking) and benchmarking. Conclusion: Knowledge management as a process effectively utilizes the competencies, experiences, specialties, skills, talents, thoughts, ideas, actions and imaginations of individuals and integrates them into the organization's information resources to achieve its goals.

Providing a model for organizational empowerment based on the knowledge management model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present a model of organizational empowerment based on knowledge management among employees of Sepah Bank branches in Tehran. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, it was a mixed research (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population consisted of academic and organizational experts including senior managers of Sepah Bank in Tehran and the quantitative department included all employees of Sepah Bank in Tehran. Sample size was estimated in theoretical saturation (20) in qualitative section and 343 in quantitative section. Purposeful sampling and stratified random sampling were used for quantitative sampling. Data were collected through qualitative interviews and quantitative researcher-made questionnaires based on 5-point scale. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several experts, validity was calculated by means of variance mean and divergent validity was calculated by AVE. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.968 through Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, AVE, AVE root matrix, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis, and one-sample t-test. Findings: The results resulted in the identification of 17 components and 66 indicators, including 14 affective components including trust, motivation, commitment, emotional intelligence, participation, communication, structure, education, culture, leadership, technology and reward and 3 affective learning components. Organizational, organizational entrepreneurship and performance, a moderating variable (personality traits) and knowledge management as independent variables affect organizational empowerment based on knowledge management. Other results showed that the status of identified components in organizational empowerment based on knowledge management is desirable. In addition, mechanisms, facilitators, and barriers to organizational empowerment based on knowledge management were also presented. Finally, a research model consisting of influencing factors, content phenomena (constituents, facilitators, barriers, and effective mechanisms for organizational empowerment based on KM) was presented and the degree of fit was confirmed by experts with 95% confidence. Conclusion: Choosing important and effective knowledge and capabilities in the organizational field and enhancing organizational skills is a very effective way of empowering organizational personnel that can lead to enhancing organizational efficiency and organizational integrity of an organization's personnel.

Presentation Model of Entrepreneurial Attitude based on Knowledge Management and Innovation with Mediating Role of Ethical Intelligence in Academic-Applied Comprehensive Universities of West Azerbaijan Province(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Present research aimed to presentation model of entrepreneurial attitude based on knowledge management and innovation with mediating role of ethical intelligence in academic-applied comprehensive universities. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation was descriptive from type of correlation. The research population was the employees of the academic-applied comprehensive universities of West Azerbaijan province in academic years of 2018-19 with number of 600 people. According to the size of the population and based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, 234 people were selected as the sample according to the classified sampling method based on the city of the place of employment. To collect data used from the questionnaires of entrepreneurial attitude (Robbins & Coulter, 1989), knowledge management (Fong & Choi, 2009), organizational innovation (Choupani & et al, 2012) and ethical intelligence (Lennick & Kiel, 2005) and to analyze data used from structural equation method with the help of SPSS-19 and Smart PLS-3 software at a significantly lower level than 0.05. Findings: The findings showed that the model had the fit well and knowledge management and organizational innovation had a positive and direct effect on ethical intelligence, knowledge management, organizational innovation and ethical intelligence had a positive and direct effect on entrepreneurial attitude and knowledge management and organizational innovation with mediating ethical intelligence had a positive and indirect effect on entrepreneurial attitude (P<0.05). Ethical intelligence was a good mediator between knowledge management and organizational innovation with an entrepreneurial attitude. Conclusion: Based on the results, in order to increase the entrepreneurial attitude of the employees of the academic-applied comprehensive universities can through workshops improve the level of ethical intelligence, knowledge management and organizational innovation.

The Relationship between Organizational Knowledge and Alavi Meritocracy with the Mediating Role of Human Resource Management: Universities of the Eastern of Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of human resource management in the relationship Alavi meritocracy and organizational knowledge. Methodoloy: This descriptive-correlational study was applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population consisted of 1050 employees of public, Payam-e-Noor and Islamic Azad universities in eastern Iran in academic year 2018-2019, of whom 275 were selected as a sample size by a multi-stage (cluster) sampling according to Krejcie and Morgan's table. Research instruments included Naghipurfar's (2013) Meritocracy Questionnaire and Knowledge Management Questionnaire, and Martin's (2011) Human Resource Management Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed by formal validity and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha as 0.81. Also, Data were analyzed by correlation tests and structural equations using the SPSS 22 and Amos 20. Findings: Data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational knowledge and human resource management with the Alavi meritocracy of the staff (r = 0.61 and r = 0.5, respectively; P <0.01). The results of structural equations also revealed that the effect of organizational knowledge of the staff on Alavi meritocracy was indirectly significant. On the other hand, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational knowledge and the mediating variable (human resource management) (r = 0.58, P <0.01). Moreover, human resource management directly affected Alavi meritocracy (r = 0.57, P <0.01). Conclusion: Organizational knowledge and human resource management of the staff affect Alavi meritocracy and Alavi meritocracy can be improved by promoting organizational knowledge and human resource management.

Constructing of Self-Learning Assessment Tool in the University(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Considering the role and importance of self-learning in academic success and performance, the present study was conducted with the aim of constructing of self-learning assessment tool in the university. Methodology: The present study in terms of applied purpose and in terms of how it was performed, it was cross-sectional. The population and sample of the research in the first part were the professors of Islamic State and Islamic Azad universities of Tehran and Gilan provinces in the academic year 2019-2010, from which 60 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. And in the second part, the students were from the same universities, from which 450 people were selected by multi-stage cluster method. Based on literature review and interviews with professors, 91 items were designed in six dimensions: Hitagogic ability, self-regulation, critical thinking, knowledge management, adult education, and learning styles. To evaluate the face and content validity of experts, to evaluate the construct validity by exploratory factor analysis and to evaluate the reliability of Cronbach’s alpha coefficients in SPSS software version 19. Findings: The findings showed that according to experts’ opinion 15 items were removed and the final form of the scale had 76 items. Also, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the self-learning assessment scale in the university had six factors of Hitagogic ability, self-regulation, critical thinking, knowledge management, adult education and learning styles that reliability through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for all factors above 0.70 and for the whole scale was 0.932. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the self-learning assessment scale in the university had appropriate psychometric indices and can be used as a suitable and valid tool in other studies to assess self-learning.

The issue of proper career path development is important according to the knowledge management model for employees in many risky businesses in the country, especially since the outbreak of coronavirus and international sanctions against our country, so this study aims to design a model of progress. The career path was based on the knowledge management model in start-up businesses. The statistical population studied in this study consists of 877 people working in new businesses. Statistical sample size 269 people were selected through random sampling method. For statistical analysis, SPSS software version 20 and pls3 were used and the alpha level was considered 05p 05 0.05. The results showed that the value of t in all paths between the research factors is equal to and greater than 2.58. As a result, there is a significant relationship between the main factors and their sub-factors in the conceptual-analytical model of the research and also the results showed that the fit of the general research model is appropriate and strong. In general, it can be said that between the first step of the career path with the second step of the career path, between the second step of the career path with the third step of the career path and between the third step of the career path with the fourth step of the career path of employees There is a direct and significant relationship between start-up business employees in the conceptual-analytical model of career path.

Identifying Indicators and Components of Knowledge Capital and Human Resource Strategies in the Iranian Higher Education System(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The present study aimed to identify the indicators and components of knowledge capital and human resource strategies in the Iranian higher education system. Participants in the present study were managers and deputies of human resources in the higher education system and university professors. Sampling was performed in a purposeful and theoretical manner. Theoretical saturation of the samples was obtained after interviewing 10 people. The number of samples was not determined before performing the study and the sampling process continued until some kind of information saturation was obtained, i.e. no new information was extracted from the data during the interview. The instrument of the present study was semi-structured interviews whose validity and reliability were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha test. Three coding steps were used to analyze the data. Using open coding, model categories were identified. Then, in the axial coding stage, the link between these categories was determined in the form of a coding paradigm. In the selective coding process, the conceptual model was determined in the form of three dimensions and including 14 components as follows: knowledge process capability (knowledge application, knowledge transfer, knowledge integration, knowledge production), human resource strategies (recruitment, human resource development, employee performance, service compensation, working relations), and knowledge capital (human capital, structural capital, innovative capital, social capital, and process capital) were identified. According to the findings of this study, suggestions are presented so that the officials, decision-makers, and educational planners in the higher education system be familiar with the dimensions, components, and mechanisms of knowledge acquisition and human resource strategies in the higher education system and take necessary executive measures while planning and making the necessary policies.

Provision of a Knowledge Management Model for the Branches of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan Province(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: this study was conducted aimed to provide a knowledge management model for the branches of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan Province. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of aim and quantitatively correlated in terms of implementation method. The study population was 654 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan Province during the academic years 2020-21. The sample size was estimated n = 243 based on Cochran's formula who were selected by cluster sampling method with respect to gender ratio and scientific rank. The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire (74 items), content validity of which was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.90. Exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling by SPSS-23 and LISREL-8.8 software were used for data analysis. Findings: The results of factor analysis showed that knowledge management with eight factors of infrastructure and information technology, knowledge management processes, organizational structure and setting, intellectual and innovative capital, human resources and training, knowledge leadership, and organizational management and culture explained 74% of the total variance of knowledge management. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the knowledge management model had a good fit and the eight factors had a direct and significant effect on knowledge management (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the study results, planning to improve knowledge management through factors o infrastructure and information technology factors, knowledge management processes, organizational structure and setting, intellectual and innovative capital, human resources and training, knowledge leadership, and organizational management and culture is essential. For this purpose, the use of training workshops can be effective.

Social media has made major changes in various e-commerce areas. One of these marketing cases is in e-commerce systems. The relationship between customers and business is very much appreciated by marketers. The use of social media by customers has given marketers the opportunity to get more information from customer feedback. Recently, in social media, marketers look for customers who have the most impact on other customers. They can influence the ideas of other customers with their opinions about a new product. In addition, influential users can have the greatest impact on specific domains. This domain may be in the domain of a product or service. Therefore, in this article influential users on social media have been studied in terms of impact in different areas. The proposed approach is for influential users using the social knowledge management approach. The knowledge cycle consists of knowledge organization, storage, retrieval, and knowledge discovery and knowledge management, where all explicit and implicit knowledge has been tried to accurately disclose affected users. In this paper, firstly, the problem was adapted to the knowledge management cycle, and in the steps of this cycle, artificial intelligence techniques such as Baysian networks were used to classify and identify influential users .In order to investigate the proposed method, various scenarios based on a variety of data sets are used for evaluation and the results of these studies show the high accuracy of the proposed method in identifying influential users.

INTRODUCTION: Knowledge is a powerful resource to help governments, organizations, and communities to plan and improve their performance in mitigating the harmful effects of disasters. There is a crucial need for knowledge in all phases of disaster risk management, namely prevention, risk reduction, preparedness, as well as response and recovery. The present study aimed to assess the organizational, discourse, and metaphorical challenges and knowledge management improvement policies in disaster risk management in Iran. METHODS: This qualitative study was conducted in Iran in 2016. The needed data were collected through in-depth interviews with 21 experts and policymakers and analyzed by content analysis method. FINDINGS: Based on the obtained results, the following five categories were extracted: 1. current problems, 2. organizational and structural problems, 3. discourse level, 4. level of metaphors, and 5. knowledge management improvement policies in the disaster response phase in Iran.

The issue of proper career path development is important for employees in many organizations such as the education department according to the knowledge management model, so this study aims to design a career development model for female teachers based on the knowledge management model in the General Directorate of Education. Mazandaran province was done. The statistical population studied in this study consisted of all employees of the General Department of Education in Mazandaran province. Statistical sample size 269 people were selected through random sampling method through Krejcie Morgan table. In this study, Shine's career development and knowledge management questionnaire were used. The reliability of these two questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha was 0.75 and 0.78, respectively. For statistical analysis, SPSS software version 20 and pls3 were used and the alpha level was considered 05p 05 0.05. The results showed that the value of t in all paths between the research factors was equal to and greater than 2.58. As a result, there is a significant relationship between the main factors and their sub-factors in the conceptual-analytical model of the research and also the results showed that the fit of the general research model is appropriate and strong. Knowledge management and its dimensions have an important role in the sustainable development of sport organizations; therefore, the main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of social capital components on knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman. 193 staff in sport and youth offices in Kerman participated in this study through a total sampling approach, and completed a valid and reliable questionnaire. The findings of the research by applying structural equation modeling demonstrated that the social capital components (mutual respect and trust, participation and teamwork, social cohesion, openness to criticism, and relationship networks) had a positive and significant effect on the knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman. According to the research findings, developing social capital and its components can play an important role in the process of knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research factors associated with knowledge distribution that managers can leverage to ensure a strong innovation management process and successfully deliver technological innovations to the intended consumer. Method: These approaches have strengths and weaknesses of their own about technological advances, user's reception, adaptability, and success rate within the real intelligence of generating knowledge. Findings: The learning of data access distribution- how an individual/ the organization obtains access to any individual's own and other knowledge has emerged as a key research area from a broad and deep field of study on technology transfer and innovation, and more recently from the sector of strategic management. Increasingly, knowledge access sharing research has moved to an organizational learning perspective. Indeed, experience and research suggest that successful knowledge access sharing involves extended learning processes and not simply communication processes, as ideas associated with development and innovation need. Conclusion: This study provides basic concepts of data access distribution and its means of realization.

The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for recording human capital experiences based on a knowledge handbook in marine educational and research-oriented organizations. Other objectives of this research are to find the complication of efficient implementation of learning management in marine educational and research-oriented organizations and to achieve a model for acquiring tacit knowledge of experts in the form of a knowledge handbook. In this direction, challenges and solutions to improve the situation and implementation of this model are presented. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative and quantitative in terms of the data collection method. This research has been done in two stages: the requirements for implementing a knowledge handbook and the step-by-step model for developing a knowledge handbook. Finally, both models were evaluated based on the structural equation approach with PLS software, and with the approval of experts, the validation steps were performed and a suitable solution was provided. The organization knowledge handbook implementation requirements model includes 5 main components of organizational leadership, Staff culture, technology, Staff learning, and system process, which are explained by 53 items; Also, the model of compiling the knowledge handbook of the organization includes approaches of recognizing and selecting the appropriate expert, organizing discourse sessions, reasoning the results, localization of

Presenting the Effective Factors Model on the Establishment of Knowledge Management with the Approach of Interpretive Structural Equations (Case Study: Rowing Federation)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Considering the role and importance of establishing knowledge management in various organizations, the purpose of this research was to provide a model of factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management in the sailing federation. Methodology: This study was of applied method in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of execution. The study community was the employees of the Iran Rowing Federation in 1401, 20 of whom were selected as a sample using targeted and snowball sampling methods having conditions to enter the study. The samples responded to the researcher-made questionnaire of the factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management in the sailing federation (44 items) and its validity and reliability were evaluated appropriately. Data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management in the sailing federation have 14 factors of understanding and insight in employees, expertise of employees, committed managers, participation of employees, motivation of human resources, expertise in knowledge management processes, strategic processes, rules and internal processes, functional processes, innovative processes, technological capabilities, technological infrastructures, technological communication and recognition of knowledge management technologies. Also, the factor load of all factors was higher than 0.50, the convergent validity of all factors with the average variance extracted method was higher than 0.40, and the reliability of all factors with the combined method was higher than 0.70. In addition, the model of factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management in the sailing federation had a good fit, and the effect of all paths was evaluated as appropriate. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, an effective step can be taken to improve the establishment of knowledge management in the sailing federation through the identified factors.

Identifying the Dimensions and Components of the Organizational Health of Managers at Azad University Branches of Gilan: A Mixed Method Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Managers are the most valuable asset for every organization. Organizational health is the term given to a business's capacity to adapt in a constantly evolving world. It refers to “the ability of an organization to cope with change and continue to function with a high-performance workplace culture.” And these days, the organizational environment is always shifting. This study aimed to investigate the dimensions and components of managers’ organizational health at the Azad University Branches of Gilan. The results showed that organizational health has 2 dimensions included "structural and managerial". The structural dimension has 5 components including "organizational atmosphere, organization structure, scientific emphasis, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational justice". The managerial dimension has 5 components including "ethics, goal setting, resource support, effective leadership, and consideration". The effect of all dimensions and components on organizational health was confirmed, and the management dimension with a factor loading of (0.960) has the first rank and the structural dimension with a factor load of (0.947) has the last rank. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that organizational health variables "structural and managerial" have a normal distribution (p> 0.05). The results of the KMO & Bartlett test indicate that these assumptions are confirmed (p> 0.05). The findings of the study also showed that the presented model has a good fit. Organizational health is a vital aspect of many jobs, including educational jobs, in which managers are required to comply with their employees and subordinates. On the other hand, organizational health will create a pleasant environment for the workplace and increase the spirit of creativity to achieve organizational goals.
