Blockchain technology is rapidly gaining the attention of financial institutions around the world, especially among decision makers in Islamic financial institutions who are planning to apply this innovative technology into their institutions activities which could be an upright solution for their issues and challenges. This paper contributes to the emerging literature on financial technology by discussing some of the innovative applications of blockchain in Islamic financial institutions. In addition, this paper sheds light on the main opportunities and challenges facing application of Blockchain Technology in the Islamic financial industry and highlight the way forward to address these issues. Relying on the previous literature and analysis; this paper confirms the enormous opportunities for utilizing blockchain technology in various Islamic financial applications such as Waqf, Zakat and Sukuk. On the other hand, the main challenges towards implementing blockchain in this industry are the complexity of Islamic finance products added to the opacity of its application which end up with unclear regulations and lack of standards.

از آنجا که تحول دیجیتال به عنوان پدیده ای جدید در عصر حاضر به برتری فناورانه و راهبردی سازمان ها منجر می شود، در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از مرور نظام مند ادبیات پژوهش و نظریه داده بنیاد و نرم افزار MAXQDA10 اجزاء و ابعاد بلوغ تحول دیجیتال در ایران شناسایی شده است. جامعه اطلاعاتی تحقیق حاضر، تحقیقاتی است که در بازه زمانی 1398 تا 1400 در ایران انجام شده است که در مرحله اولیه جستجو در پایگاه های علمی داخلی (ایرانداک، سیویلیکا، SID ، ISC و ...) 204 مقاله استخراج و پس از غربال گری های مختلف تعداد 16 مقاله به عنوان منبع نهایی تحقیق انتخاب شد. پس از تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات و طی مراحل مختلف کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تعداد 467 کد اولیه، 219 کد ثانویه، 37 مفهوم، 11 مقوله و 3 بعد کلان به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد، مدل بلوغ تحول دیجیتال دارای سه بعد کلان و یازده مقوله، زیرساخت ها (شامل زیرساخت های مدیریتی، فنی، انسانی و فرهنگی)، رهبری تحول دیجیتال (شامل نقشه راه، حکمرانی، سازمان دهی و منابع دیجیتال) و مدیریت ارشد دیجیتال (شامل طرح ریزی و هدایت دیجیتال، هماهنگی و اقدامات دیجیتال و پایش محیطی و شبکه سازی دیجیتال) است. در نهایت، به منظور اعتبارسنجی کدگذاری های انجام شده از روش توافق دو کدگذار با استفاده از ضریب کاپا بهره گرفته شد و مقدار آن برابر با 62/0 به دست آمد که بیش از مقدار آستانه 6/0 آن بود و حاکی از اعتبار قابل قبول مدل مفهومی ارائه شده است. همچنین با نظرسنجی از خبرگان، اعتبارسنجی کدگذاری ها و میزان تأثیرگذاری معیارها نسبت به یکدیگر در مدل مفهومی پژوهش، تأیید شد. بر اساس نظرسنجی خبرگان میانگین نمرات معیارها نسبت به یکدیگر بین 1/2 تا 5/3 به دست آمد که بیش از میانگین نمره 2 (میانگین طیف نمره دهی 0 تا 4) بود و بیانگر اعتبار قابل قبول مدل ارائه شده است.
Challenges in Creating Business Value from Health Information Systems (HIS): A Hybrid Fuzzy Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

For the last three decades, research on Information Technology Business Value (ITBV) has highlighted how organizations can create greater value from IT investments in different industries, including the healthcare sector. There has been some research investigating the business value of Health Information Systems (HIS). However, the current body of knowledge regarding the challenges in front of proper business value realization of these systems is limited. This study investigates the challenges of HIS business value creation using a combination of the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and fuzzy Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). First, this study reviews the literature to identify the main challenges in the field. The outcome of this step revealed three main categories and 22 challenges, including technological (ten challenges), organizational (eight challenges), and environmental (four challenges). Then, this study first uses FAHP to evaluate the weighting for each criterion and then adopts the fuzzy DEMATEL method to establish contextual relationships among those criteria. We find out that technological challenges are the most crucial dimension. Moreover, we observed that “infrastructure costs” has the highest priority. Under the technological dimension, “maintenance costs” and “systems compatibility” challenges are the most critical since they are in the cause area and directly influence the HIS outcomes. Under the organizational dimension, “Change in strategic objectives” is the most important challenge. Moreover, “inter-departmental coordination”, “training costs”, “proficiency”, and “users’ knowledge” are affected by each other as well as influenced by the net causes. The outcome of this study shows that to handle HIS business value creation challenges, healthcare executives should start with infrastructure costs, maintenance costs, and systems compatibility challenges.
Accurate and Effective Data Collection with Minimum Energy Path Selection in Wireless Sensor Networks using Mobile Sinks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

In many significant characteristics of the modern world, including particular industry, agriculture, and military applications, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have begun to emerge. Even though energy consumption is the greatest challenge confronting WSNs, it is essential to analyse the feasibility of the use of mobile components for the data collection on WSN networks. To collect information from their sensing terrain, WSNs use significant numbers of wireless sensor nodes. The method of acquiring data from the sensor nodes and forwarding this data to the node or base station is Data Collection (DC). In such methods, data collection is effective and efficient in data transfer for an extended WSN lifetime. The scientific and investigational analysis demonstrated that Routing Path Selection-DC has the robustness and low energy, is required to reduce the mobile sink's energy demand, which provides better results, and is adaptable dynamically to multiple situations, including the variance between the ground robot and the cost of energy. The research paper developed an approach that creates a data collection schedule that is collision-free where appropriate power limits are allocated and verifies its overall performance of virtual environment network latency.
The Impact of Strategic Vigilance on E-management in the National Railway Transport Company (SNTF)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic vigilance (SV)on the useful application of electronic management in the National Railway Transport Company (SNTR), and to achieve the objectives of the study; a survey was designed and distributed to a simple random sample of 200 individuals from the National Railway Transport Company (SNTR) ), From which 180 questionnaires were retrieved, The results obtained indicate Spanish the respondents' perception of both strategic vigilance with its dimensions (competitive vigilance and technological vigilance, commercial vigilance and environmental vigilance) and electronic management in the researched company, The findings also revealed positive effect of strategic vigilance in the practical application of electronic management in the company National Rail Transport (SNTR).

The article considers the main aspects of the use of digital platforms as a tool for the transformation of strategic consulting in public administration. The study substantiates the feasibility of using the results of consulting activities in the implementation of strategic objectives by the executive authorities at any level of government. The ways and methods of organizing consulting activities on the basis of digital platforms for the purpose of informational and analytical support of management technologies of public administration and civil service reform analyzed. Based on the results of the study, a model of using consulting services in the public administration system was developed. The criteria of efficiency of realization project management consulting in the public sector, based on digital platforms highlighted.
Regression Test Suite Minimization Using Modified Artificial Ecosystem Optimization Algorithm(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Now a day's software is the baseline for the success of any organization. There is a huge demand of quality software in the customer-oriented market. Regression testing makes it possible but it’s a costly affair. Regression test suite minimization is way to reduce this cost but it is NP hard problem. This paper proposes an effective approach for regression test suite minimization using Artificial Ecosystem Optimization algorithm. To improve its performance a modified Artificial Ecosystem Optimization algorithm is proposed for Test case minimization. To evaluate the performance of proposed approach experiment is conducted in controlled parameter setting on open-source subject program from SIR repository. The results are collected and analyzed in comparison to existing approaches using statistical test. The test results reflect the superiority of proposed approach.
Real Time Object Detection using CNN based Single Shot Detector Model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Object Detection has been one of the areas of interest of research community for over years and has made significant advances in its journey so far. There is a tremendous scope in the applications that would benefit with more innovations in the domain of object detection. Rapid growth in the field of machine learning has complemented the efforts in this area and in the recent times, research community has contributed a lot in real time object detection. In the current work, authors have implemented real time object detection and have made efforts to improve the accuracy of the detection mechanism. In the current research, we have used ssd_v2_inception_coco model as Single Shot Detection models deliver significantly better results. A dataset of more than 100 raw images is used for training and then xml files are generated using labellimg. Tensor flow records generated are passed through training pipelines using the proposed model. OpenCV captures real-time images and CNN performs convolution operations on images. The real time object detection delivers an accuracy of 92.7%, which is an improvement over some of the existing models already proposed earlier. Model detects hundreds of objects simultaneously. In the proposed model, accuracy of object detection significantly improvises over existing methodologies in practice. There is a substantial dataset to evaluate the accuracy of proposed model. The model may be readily useful for object detection applications including parking lots, human identification, and inventory management.

The data stored in data warehouse is used for making strategic decisions by integrating heterogeneous data from multiple sources at a single storage place, where data is used for querying and analysis purposes. With the advancement in the technology, Business Analytics and Business intelligence are being increasingly used in the financial sector for forecasting business decisions. Many On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) tools are being largely explored that can contribute to business decision making. Banking operation handles a lot of data as they operate daily. Subsequently, preparing of this tremendous volume of information requires instant and quick tools that can process the information at high processing speeds. Through this research paper, we represent the OLAP cube as one of the tools which can be used for business analysis. A case study of a bank and loan approval process is considered as one of the areas for implementation and analysis of business decisions using business intelligence which can serve as a key factor for increasing intelligence in the banking sector to make reliable business decisions. Higher management can forecast and predict various outcomes from the bank data warehouse using On-Line Analytical Processing technology which provided a multidimensional view of the data. Analysts can make business decisions by analyzing the reports and pattern trends in the graphs. Management can modify existing policies and procedures to increase the growth of the bank and can have a healthy competition with their competitors.

The influence of disintegration processes on the development of regional trade agreements is revealed. Opportunities and threats to cooperation between Ukraine and the EU within the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area at the state level, for enterprises and the population have been identified. To achieve the aim of the research, the method of hypotheses, the method of developing search questions and questionnaires, the method of expert questionnaire survey of government officials, business community and the scientific community were applied in combination with statistical methods of primary information processing and the software SPSS Statistics 23. The aim of article is to identify threats and opportunities of the Ukraine - EU Free Trade Area and priority forms of cooperation. Ukraine is exposed to disintegration tendencies and destabilizing political processes, influence of loss of control over the most industrially developed eastern territories, disruption and severance of established internal economic ties. The efficiency of cooperation forms in ensuring the stability of international economic relations is estimated. Based on results of the study, practical recommendations were developed for both enterprises (micro-level of international cooperation) and for the government (macro-level). In the context of digitalization and informatization in the global environment and the dynamic growth of the IT sector, international cooperation in this area is becoming especially important. According to the results of the study, Ukraine and the EU have mutual economic interests to develop cooperation in the IT field, which requires support and involvement of both parties in improving regulatory conditions and integration mechanisms.
Formation of an Integrated Approach to Conducting Financial Analysis of the Company's Equity Based on Aspects of Information Management(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Equity is the basic structural component of the development of any business, so it is important for an industrial enterprise to develop tools to determine its effective management. It it is impossible without conducting qualitative financial analysis, timely and effective adaptation of valuation approaches in the modern conditions of functioning of enterprises. The effective functioning of enterprises is impossible without the use of modern complex methods, which include not only a methodology, a system of indicators, but also modern technologies for their assessment, planning and control. Information management is one of these technologies. To solve the problems of the study we used the method of structural-logical analysis, methods of theoretical generalization and comparative analysis, synthesis and method of grouping of absolute and relative values, graphical method and information management methods. The result of the study is the formation of a comprehensive approach to the financial analysis of the equity of the enterprise on the formed system of four groups of indicators. These indicators take into account the state of equity, its efficiency, ensuring risks in the process of the enterprise and directions of financial analysis.

اعتقاد به مهدویت اعتقادی اسلامی است و از زمان رسول اکرم| همواره مورد توجه بوده و از سوی آن حضرت و بزرگان دینی مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. مؤید این سخن روایات بسیاری است که فرق و مذاهب اسلامی از پیامبر اسلام| در ارتباط با این عقیده نقل کرده اند. در آن روایات اصطلاحات و شاخصه های مختلفی برای مهدویت و شخص امام مهدی عج مشخص شده است؛ مانند: روایاتی که می گویند: حضرت مهدی عج از فرزندان پیامبر و فاطمه^ و از عترت است و غیبت می کند حضرت مهدی عج از اهل بیت پیامبر| و از عترت آن حضرت است؛ حضرت عیسی عج در زمان ظهور حضرت مهدی عج می آید و پشت سر ایشان نماز می خواند؛ با ظهور وی عدل و داد را در زمین فراگیر می شود و ... شناخت این اصطلاحات و دسته بندی آنها از مهم ترین دست آوردهای این مقاله است که به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع و متون حدیثی اهل تسنن صورت گرفته است. بدین جهت تبیین نظام اصطلاحات مهدوی و دسته بندی آنها از منظر روایات اهل تسنن، مهم ترین اهدافی است که در این مقاله دنبال می شود و این مطلب را می توان از نوآوری های این تحقیق در حوزه مطالعات مهدوی با تأکید بر مدیریت دانش برشمرد.
بررسی نقش ناهمگونی شبکه بر قابلیت های شبکه ای و عملکرد دانشی شرکت ها در شبکه های زیست دارویی کشور(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

شبکه های نوآوری به مجموعه از شرکت ها و نهاد ها اطلاق می گردد که در کنار هم برای یک هدف مشترک که همان توسعه دانش و نوآوری می باشد، تلاش می کنند. اهمیت این شبکه سازی ها در حوزه های فناورانه همچون زیست دارو قابل توجه می باشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش ناهمگونی شبکه بر قابلیت های شبکه ای و عملکرد دانشی شرکت ها در شبکه های زیست دارویی می باشد. به این منظور، ضمن شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های اصلی از طریق مبانی نظری و مصاحبه با پانزده خبره حوزه زیست دارویی، برای پاسخگویی به سؤالات پژوهش، نسبت به تدوین مدل اقدام گردید. به منظور بررسی فرضیات پژوهش، پرسشنامه های جمع آوری شده از تعدادی از شرکت های دانش بنیان زیست دارویی در سراسر کشور با روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Smart Pls مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده نقش ناهمگونی شبکه بر قابلیت های شبکه ای و عملکرد دانشی شرکت ها در شبکه ها مورد تائید قرار گرفت. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که ناهمگونی شبکه از طریق توسعه قابلیت شبکه ای بر عملکرد دانشی شرکت ها نقش مؤثرتری دارد و قابلیت های شبکه ای نقش متغیر میانجی در رابطه بین ناهمگونی دانشی شبکه و عملکرد دانشی شرکت ها در شبکه دارد. بر این اساس پیشنهاد می گردد شرکت ها برای حضور موفق در شبکه های نوآوری در جهت برقراری ارتباط با طیف گسترده ای از اعضای شبکه با ماهیت های گوناگون اقدام نمایند و قابلیت های شبکه ای خود را توسعه دهند.

The aim of the study is to develop a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for integrated training of working teachers and students of pedagogical institutions of higher education to perform labor functions, highlighting the role of teachers in the professionalization of the educational process in a Smart Environment. The article considers the main directions of transformation of the role position of future teachers in the professionalization of the educational process. The article has presented structurally functional model development of role positions of teachers in the formation of professional competencies of students. The development of the role position of the teacher has considered in relation to his professional and personal development and self-awareness as a subject of the educational process under the influence of a Smart Environment. The mechanism of realization of such model has offered by the integrative program which provides integration of formal and informal education and formation on such basis of new competences and development of components of a role position of the future teacher.
Determining Journal Rank by Applying Particle Swarm Optimization-Naive Bayes Classifier(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is one indicator of a journal's reputation. The value is calculated based on several published journals, such as scholarly journals' scientific impact, representing the number of quotes sent to a journal and the relevance or reputation of journals from which the quotations originate. A high SJR value means that the corresponding journal has a high reputation. This study aims to approach the SJR classification by implementing a machine learning approach. A simple yet powerful method Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), is selected. NBC utilizes probability calculations based on Bayes' theorem. However, NBC has an assumption that the attribute values do not depend on each other. This method is optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to overcome this weakness. This study used SJR data of the computer science domain from 2014 to 2017. Publication without Q rank is filtered for better performance. As a result, the accuracy of the proposed method is higher than the baseline. The use of PSO significantly improves the NBC performance based on the performed T-test. The PSO-NBC selects four of eight features: H index, Cites/ Doc (2 Years), and Ref. / Doc. Overall results show that using PSO-NBC is closer to SJR rather than using mere NBC.

سیستم های توصیه گر یکی از ضروری ترین ابزارهای هوشمندسازی تجارت الکترونیک است. این سیستم ها با انواع مختلف روش های فیلتر کردن داده ها و داده کاوی، قادر به انتخاب و ارایه بهترین پیشنهادات از بین انبوه موارد قابل انتخاب برای مشتریان هستند. در بین روش های متنوع سیستم های توصیه گر، فیلترهای اشتراکی پرکاربردترین روش برای ارایه پیشنهادات است. فیلترهای اشتراکی دامنه وسیعی از الگوریتم ها را شامل می شود و در این بین، روش تجزیه ماتریس به مقادیر منفرد یکی از مدل های پیشرفته در فیلتر اشتراکی است. در این مقاله به ارایه مدلی بهینه شده از سیستم توصیه گر فیلم مبتنی بر روش تجزیه مقادیر منفرد پرداخته شده که ضمن کاهش ابعاد ماتریس و کاهش حجم محاسبات و حافظه، با روش تکرار جاگذاری، دارای دقت مناسب نسبت به روش تجزیه ماتریس به مقادیر منفرد ساده و سایر روش های دیگر است. برای این پژوهش از مجموعه دیتاست های 100 هزار امتیازی مووی لنز و از برنامه نویسی پایتون استفاده شده است. ارزیابی میزان خطا با روش های جذر میانگین مربعات خطا و میانگین قدر مطلق خطا، نشان از بهبود مناسب نسبت به روش های مشابه در مراجع دیگر دارد.

Multicasting is an important operation in software-defined wireless sensor networks (SDWSNs). In this operation, a group of nodes specified by their unique node identification numbers is supposed to receive the same multicast message at the approximately same time, if possible. These nodes are termed as multicast members or multicast destinations. They need not be physically close to one another to form a group. The present article proposes an energy-efficient scheduler exclusively for multicast operation in the SDWSN environment. Based on the advantages provided by underlying network architecture, a router can efficiently schedule multicast packets belonging to various multicast sessions. This promotes greenery in the network and significantly increases the packet delivery ratio. These claims are supported and justified by the experimental results presented in this paper. As far as the authors know, there is no multicast packet scheduler in the literature of wireless sensor networks or WSN. SDWSN is a more advanced version, and no multicast protocol has yet been proposed for these kinds of networks. Therefore, while designing the present fuzzy scheduler, we kept in mind all standard multicast protocols in the WSN environment.
Synchronous Web-based Learning during COVID -19 Pandemic: A Survey on Library and Information Science Students of Bangladesh(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The coronavirus pandemic has compelled academic institutions across the globe to initiate online teaching, impacting thereby the teaching-learning process to undergo a structural change. Among various pedagogical techniques that have been adopted, organizing synchronous classes has been found to be the most beneficial. It simulates the classroom environment, facilitating thereby parallel knowledge dissemination to a broader audience. This study measures the efficacy of synchronous web-based learning during this ongoing pandemic, among postgraduate Library and Information Science (LIS) students of Bangladesh. Using an online questionnaire, a survey was conducted among the postgraduate students of the Department of Information Science Library Management (ISLM) of the University of Dhaka. The results revealed that limitation of internet data, unstable internet, along with power blackouts were some of the primary inhibitors blocking the participants to attend classes online. Finally, this study concludes that as most students do not seem to be ready yet to study in a synchronous delivery mode, it recommends educational institutions in Bangladesh to provide an alternative delivery method, in order to sustain academic excellence in these challenging times.

As a result, customers have a very large selection of goods and services, fairly easy access to them, and significant price diversification. All this leads to new requirements for modern marketing. Modern marketing significantly changes not only the functions but also the approaches to business processes. A highly competitive environment requires companies to use a system of interconnected marketing tools using an integrated marketing approach. The paper is devoted to investigating advertising prices and advertising strategies of Google. The list of major Google products is analyzed. The relevance of advertising strategies to goals, ad placement, message creation, budget constraints, and ad delivery is determined. The difference in advertising prices in different countries has been studied. The cost per click analysis of European countries is carried out. Using the DEA model analyzed advertisement efficiency by VRS technology and input-oriented efficiency for European countries.

We used a questionnaire of 78 items, structured in 5 areas: the conditions, the moments, the reasons, the domains, and the objects of experimentation of the new actions in teaching-learning. This questionnaire is administered to a sample of 149 teachers. We proceeded by a descriptive and exploratory research of mixed qualitative and quantitative type) The results of which showed the existence of personal factors and those which are in relation to the context and the working conditions in educational establishments, and which are points of reflection on the logic of school innovation. We can deduce that an analysis of the relationships that teachers have with innovation opens heuristic perspectives in terms of research and training in education.
