چکیده
جمهوری اسلامی ایران در قرن بیست ویکم با شکل جدیدی از جنگ که در ادبیات نظامی به نام جنگ هیبریدی یا ترکیبی معروف است دست وپنجه نرم می کند. بنابراین الزامات حکمرانی در جنگ ترکیبی بایستی در سیاست گذاری کلان کشورها در اولویت قرارگیرد. این پژوهش با رویکرد شناخت شناسانه الزامات حکمرانی در جنگ ترکیبی با رویکرد آینده پژوهی افق1404 را مورد بررسی قرارداده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می دهد که سلطه گری آمریکا از زمان جنگ دوم جهانی تا کنون برای سلطه در جهان، در برابر کشورهایی که حاضر به پذیرش سلطه آن نشده اند، باشیوه های مختلفی هم چون استفاده از سلاح هسته ای، جنگ شناختی، انقلاب رنگی، حمله نظامی، تحریم، شبکه سازی اجتماعی و جنگ ترکیبی برخورد کرده است. در همین راستا این پژوهش به منظور ایجاد الگویی برای دستیابی به حکمرانی در جنگ ترکیبی تدوین شد. ضمن دقت در حفظ انسجام و اقتدار نیروهای مسلح، بایستی این اطمینان ایجاد شود که جمهوری اسلامی ناتوان از برخورد با توطئه ها و فتنه گری آمریکا و متحدانش نیست، اما همه ی راه حل های مواجهه با فتنه ها، توطئه های ناشی از نبرد ترکیبی، سرکوب نیست؛ زیرا بخش عمده آشوب های داخلی، ماهیتی فتنه-گون و روانی دارد و بایستی پرده ها کنار رود تا آن گاه خود مردم بساط آشوب ها و توطئه ها را جمع کنند؛ بنابراین استکبارستیزی ملت ایران، سیاست و نگاهی مستحکم و منطقی بوده و بایستی تداوم داشته باشد.The requirements of governance in combined warfare with the futurist approach of Iran's horizon 1404

This research has investigated the requirements of governance in combined warfare with the futurist approach of 1404 with an epistemological approach. The results of this research show that the domination of the United States since the Second World War until now, for the domination in the world, against the countries that are not ready to accept its domination, there are various methods such as the use of nuclear weapons. Cognitive war, color revolution, military attack, sanctions, social networking and hybrid war have collided. In this regard, this research was developed in order to create a model for achieving governance in combined warfare. While being careful in maintaining the unity and authority of the armed forces, it should be ensured that the Islamic Republic is not incapable of dealing with the conspiracies and seditions of America and its allies, but all the solutions to face seditions, conspiracies The effects of combined combat are not suppression; Because most of the internal riots have a seditious and psychological nature, and the curtains must be removed so that the people themselves can collect the riots and conspiracies. Therefore, the Iranian nation's anti-arrogance, policy and outlook is solid and logical and should continue.
