چکیده
افزایش سریع جمعیت سالمندان کشور، واقعیتی غیرقابل انکار است.عدم آگاهی از وظایف ومسؤولیت هایی که افراد ویا نهاد ها در برابر آنها دارند تأثیر قابل توجهی بر افراد سالمند،خانواد ه آنها و جامعه دارد. با توجه به اینکه دامنه و نوع مسؤلیت ها در برابر سالمندان با نیازهایی که انها دارند متناظر است،پس از بحث مقدماتی درباره این نیازها به ویژه در دنیای مدرن و به دنبال تغییراتی که در ارزش ها،الگوهای رفتاری و معیارهای اخلاقی بوجود آمده،در مورد جایگاه اجتماعی سالمندان در نهاد خانواده و مقدار ونیز چگونگی مسؤلیت فرزندان وافراد دیگر ونیز نهادهای اجتماعی به ویژه دولت بررسی می شود. منبع اصلی الهام بخش این تحقیق آموزه های اسلامی است به ویژه روایات اسلامی ازاهل بیت است. در بخش اول مهم ترین نیازها توضیح داده شده اند ودر بخش اصلی مقاله دامنه مسؤلیت در قبال سالمندان فراترازفرزندان دیده شده است.ونیز جهت گیری اصلی مسؤلیت ها حفظ کرامت سالمندان وبرآوردن نیازهای آنها با این رویکرد است. روش تحقیق این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای و با مراجعه به منابع معتبر، کتب و مقالات گردآوردی شده است. نتایج بدست آمده: - مسئولیت اصلی یعنی حفاظت فیزیکی وحمایت روحی وعاطفی همه جانبه در قبال والدین برعهده فرزندان است گرچه نزدیکان ونهادها نیز در قبال آنان مسئولند وانجام این مسئولیت باید همراه با تکریم وحفظ حرمت والدین باشد.The Ethical Responsibility of Elderly Care in Islamic Doctrine (Scope and Territory
The rapid increase in the country's elderly population is an undeniable fact. The lack of awareness of the duties and responsibilities that individuals or institutions have towards them has a significant effect on the elderly, their families, and society. Considering that the range and type of responsibilities towards the elderly correspond to the needs they have, after the preliminary discussion about these needs, especially in the modern world and following the changes that have occurred in the values, behavioral patterns and ethical standards, in The case of the social position of the elderly in the family institution and the amount and manner of responsibility of children and other people as well as social institutions, especially the government, are examined. The main source of inspiration for this research is Islamic teachings, especially Islamic traditions from the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). In the first part, the most important needs are explained, and in the main part of the article, the scope of responsibility towards the elderly is seen beyond the children. Also, the main direction of the responsibilities is to preserve the dignity of the elderly and meet their needs with this approach. Methods: The research method of this article is descriptive-analytical. The required information has been collected using the library method and by referring to reliable sources, books and articles.
