تحلیل گفتمان ورزش مدارس در ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدرسه ای مقوله ای است که در هر اجتماعی جایگاه ویژه ای دارد و نقش آن در شکوفایی استعداد های مختلف افراد و متعاقب آن تقویت و افزایش ظرفیت های جسمانی و ذهنی افراد انکار ناپذیر است. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل گفتمان مدیران ورزشی در حوزه ورزش مدارس بود. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی بود که با رویکرد کیفی و تحلیل گفتمان از مرور سخنرانی و مصاحبه های 30 نفر از مدیران ارشد در حوزه ورزش و جوانان و کدگذاری آن در یکسال و نیم اخیر از فرورین 1399 تا مهر 1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده های حاصل از مصاحبه و سخنرانی ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی و در قالب 20 مفهوم و 7 مقوله ی بهداشت روح و تن، ظرفیت سازی، فعالیت های مکمل و فوق برنامه، توسعه الزامات ورزشی، مساعدت دولت، فراوری مضمون و تقسیم کار اجتماعی طبقه بندی شدند. به نظر می رسد گفتمان رایج در حوزه ورزش مدارس به خصوص در هر سه بخش درونداد، فرایند و برونداد در راستای بهبود وضعیت جسمی و روحی دانش آموزان متمرکز است. همچنین مدارس باید در جهت توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی تلاش نماید تا با هم افزایی بهتر بتوانند به اهداف متعالی دانش آموز تندرست دست پیدا کنند.Analysis of school sports discourse in Iran
Physical education and school sports is a category that has a special place in any society and its role in the flourishing of different talents of individuals and subsequently strengthening and increasing the physical and mental capacities of individuals is undeniable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the discourse of sports principals in the field of school sports. The research was descriptive in nature and with a qualitative approach and discourse analysis of lectures review and interviews of 30 senior managers in the field of sports and youth and its coding in the last year and a half from March 2020 to September 2021 was examined. The data from the interviews and lectures of the managers were classified into three stages of open, axial, and selective coding and 20 concepts and 7 categories: body and soul health, capacity building, complementary and extracurricular activities, development of sports requirements, government assistance, thematic processing and division of social work. It seems that the common discourse in the field of school sports, especially in all three parts of input, process and output, is focused on improving the physical and mental condition of students. Schools must also strive for social and cultural development in order to better achieve the lofty goals of a healthy student.
