کارورزی در برنامه آموزش مهارت آموزان طرح استخدامی ماده 28 آموزش وپرورش؛ چالش ها و راهبردها (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
در اسناد بالادستی تربیت معلم در ایران، به ارتقای قابلیت های حرفه ای معلمان توجه شده است؛ اما نتایج به دست آمده از اجرای برنامه کارورزی مهارت آموزان در پردیس ها و مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان، بیانگر آن است که بین برنامه قصدشده و آنچه اجرا شده، کم و بیش فاصله وجود دارد. این پژوهش، با روش تحلیل محتوایی اسناد به روش گال و همکاران (1994) و با رویکرد اکتشافی بر روی گزارش های جلسات مسئولان کارگروه آسیب شناسی کارورزی پردیس های دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران و گزارش کارورزی مهارت آموزان، انجام شده است. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل محتوا 22 نشانگر، شناسایی و در قالب 8 بعد دسته بندی شده اند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد مهم ترین چالش های این برنامه به ترتیب عبارتند از: فاصله بین برنامه قصدشده و اجرای آن در پردیس ها و مراکز تربیت معلم، سرفصل ها و منابع درسی برنامه آموزش مهارت آموزان، ارزشیابی برنامه، پیش نیازهای درس و عناصر اصلی برنامه که شامل: استادان راهنما، معلمان راهنما و مهارت آموزان است. یافته های این مقاله، ضمن ارائه راهبردهای بهبود وضع موجود، می تواند در تحقق و پیشبرد اهداف کارورزی دانشجویان ماده 28 طرح استخدامی آموزش وپرورش مؤثر باشد.Internship in the Skill Training Program of the Employment Plan of Article 28 of Education; Challenges and Strategies
In the upstream documents of teacher training in Iran, attention has been paid to improving the professional capabilities of teachers. But the results obtained from the implementation of the internship program for skilled students in the campuses and centers of Farhangian University show that there is, more or less, a gap between the intended program and what was implemented. The present research was carried out in a descriptive manner with the aim of identifying challenges and providing strategies for developing and improving the internship program using the approach of reviewing documents. The statistical population of this research consists of the reports obtained from the implementation of the internship program of skill students of the Article 28 plan of the Farhangian University campuses in Tehran province, which are completely enumerated and selected as a sample. The method of data analysis in this research is a descriptive-applicative method. Based on the results of content analysis, 22 indicators were identified and categorized into 8 dimensions. The obtained results show that the most important challenges of this program are: the distance between the intended program and its implementation in the campuses and teacher training centers, the topics and curriculum resources of the student skills training program, the evaluation of the program, the prerequisites of the course, the main elements of the program include (mentors, tutors, skill learners). The findings of this article, while providing strategies to improve the current situation, are a step forward in realizing the goals of student internships in Article 28 of the Education and Training Employment Plan.
