چکیده
توافقات هسته ای هند و آمریکا این سئوال را برای اندیشه ورزان موضوعات امنیتی به دنبال دارد که تحرکات نظامی و دفاعی امنیتی هند را چگونه می توان تبیین نمود؟ هند دارای چه راهبرد دفاعی امنیتی می باشد و چه تغییر و تحولاتی پس از 2003 در رویکرد هند اتفاق افتاده است؟ در پاسخ به این سئوال ها می توان گفت که راهبرد دفاعی امنیتی هند از زمان استقلال به ترتیب رویکرد نظامی "واکنشی"، رویکرد نظامی"ابتکاری"، راهبرد نظامی "توازن گرایی"، دوران "ابهام استراتژیک" و چندجانبه گرایی و در نهایت دوران حرکت از "چندجانبه گرایی" به سمت "وضوح استراتژیک" همراه با ائتلاف با آمریکا و هم پیمانانش از 2003 به بعد در رویکرد دفاعی امنیتی هند قابل مشاهده است. این مقاله به بررسی سیر تحولات در رویکردهای راهبردی هند، چشم انداز جایگاه هند در آینده نظام بین الملل و چالش های پیش روی آن را واکاوی می نماید.India’s Defense and Security Strategy
The nuclear deals between the US and India raise the question about military and defense-security behavior of India. What is the defense and security strategy of India and what changes occurred in this strategy after 2003? The authors believe that India’s defense and security strategy from the time of independence has had different phases which could be named as, the ‘reactionary’ military strategy, the ‘innovative’ military strategy, the ‘balance-oriented’ military strategy, the period of ‘strategic ambiguity’ and multilateralism and finally the move to ‘strategic transparency’ joint with coalition with the US and its allies. The present article aims to make an assessment of the history of developments in India’s strategic approaches, the prospect for India’s status in future international system and the challenges for this status.
