چکیده
ایران و آمریکا دوران پرتنشی را در روابط خود تجربه می کنند. شدت این تنش ها تا بدان حد است که برخی از امکان آغاز جنگی ناخواسته در منطقه خبر می دهند. دولت ترامپ با هدف اعلانیِ بازگرداندن ج.ا.ایران به میز مذاکره و انجام توافقی جامع با این کشور، تحمیل تحریم های اقتصادی و سیاسی را در قالب آنچه "سیاست فشار حداکثری" می خواند، دنبال می کند. این مفهوم بیش از همه فشارهای اقتصادی حاصل از تحریم ها را تداعی می کند. با وجود این، تعمق در سیاست اعمالی دولت ترامپ علیه ج.ا.ایران، گویای این واقعیت است که آمریکا، راهبردی را در مواجهه با ایران در پیش گرفته که تنها به ابعاد اقتصادی محدود نمی شود. راهبرد آمریکا در برابر ج.ا.ایران ترکیبی از فشارهای اقتصادی، سیاسی، نظامی، حملات سایبری و ایجاد مه جنگ در مناطق نفوذ ایران است. هدف نهایی نیز تغییر نظام سیاسی و یا فروپاشی سامان سیاسی ج.ا.ایران است. تعینات گوناگون راهبرد ترامپ علیه ج.ا.ایران نه در قالب سیاست فشار حداکثری بلکه در چارچوب مفهوم "جنگ ترکیبی" با دقت بیشتری تبیین می شود. بدین سبب، این مقاله سعی بر آن دارد تا با کاربست مفهوم جنگ ترکیبی، سیاست عملی دولت ترامپ علیه ج.ا.ایران و اهداف تعیین شده برای آن را به گونه ای مبسوط تر تببین کند.Hybrid War: A Theatrical Basis for Understanding the Trump Administration's Strategy in Facing Iran
Iran and the US are experiencing turbulent times in their relations. The tension is so intense that some are concerned about the possibility of an unwanted war in the region. Trump administration with purpose to return Iran to negotiation table and signing comprehensive agreement with Iran imposes economic and political sanctions in what it calls "maximum pressure policy". This concept most closely resembles the economic pressures of sanctions, nevertheless, pondering the Trump administration's policy against Iran, shows the fact that America, It has a strategy for dealing with Iran that is not limited to economic dimensions. US strategy against Iran is a combination of economic, political, military pressure, cyber-attacks, and fog of war in Iranian areas of influence. The ultimate goal is to change the political system or disintegrate the Iranian political system. The various determinations of Trump's strategy against the Iran are explained more precisely, not in the context of the policy of maximum pressure, but in the context of the concept of "Hybrid War". For gaining this purpose, with application of the concept of Hybrid War, this article seeks to explain the Trump administration's practical policy against Iran.
