چرخه اعتماد در روابط بین الملل: مطالعه موردی ایران و امریکا (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
با توجه به نقش اعتماد به مثابه امری معناشناختی در مصالحه ها و منازعات بین المللی مقاله حاضر به بررسی مفهوم اعتماد و ابعاد مختلف آن می پردازد، در این مقاله ضمن بررسی ابعاد مختلف مفهوم اعتماد و با در نظر گرفتن آن به صورت چرخه ای که قابلیت ایجاد، تداوم، شکست و یا بازتولید خود را دارد با استفاده از گزاره های مکاتب برساخته گرایی به رابطه دو کشور ایران و امریکا و جایگاه آن ها در درون این چرخه می پردازیم. پژوهش ها نشان می دهد کشورهایی که وارد چرخه ی اعتماد می شوند به دلیل دگرگونی شرایط و عوامل مختلف درونی چرخه، اعتماد بین آن ها ممکن است خدشه دار شود و گاهی بهبود یابد و بازتولید شود و یا در صورت عدم توانایی بازتولید و بازگشت به اعتماد اولیه با فروپاشی کامل چرخه ی اعتماد روبه رو شوند. تکیه اصلی بحث با توجه به عدم تغییر چهل ساله ی ساختار موجود جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به تأثیر کارگزاران و گزاره های معنایی و روانشناسی بین آن ها مربوط می شود. با عنایت به اینکه یافته های تاریخی این مقاله حاکی از تأیید ظهور و سپس افول اعتماد بین دو کشور از زمان ایجاد ارتباطات اولیه تا به امروز و از چشم انداز نظری یافته های این مقاله معطوف به تأثیر کارگزاران دو کشور در تصمیم سازی ، در طول تاریخ خود ابتدا وارد چرخه ی اعتماد شده اند اما در نهایت با وارد شدن در چرخه ی بازخورد رفتارهای متقابل باعث بی اعتماد در رابطه خود شده اند. روش تحقیق در این مقاله تجربی_ تحلیلی است و روش جمع آوری داده ها نیز کتابخانه ای است.Cycle of Trust in International Relations: Iran and the US

The main focus of the discussion, given the 40-year-old unchanged structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran, relates to the influence of the agency and the semantic and psychological propositions between them. Given that the historical findings of this article confirm the emergence and subsequent decline of trust between the two countries since the establishment of initial communications to date and the theoretical outlook of this paper's findings on the impact of the two countries' decision-makers throughout their history. They have entered the trust cycle, but in the end, they have become distrustful of their relationship by entering the feedback loop. The research method in this paper is empirical-analytical and the method of data collection is library.
